What is this lame-brained move by our lawmakers in Washington  paying  Central America and Mexico a whopping $10.6 BILLION DOLLARS to make the people of those countries stay in their own country? Are they nuts?

They are using our taxpayer money basically to bribe the residents of these countries not to come to the United States. But, you know they will still come here. Those countries are so corrupt they will take our $10 billion and spread it our among the leaders of those countries and still send their people to America. That is throwing  our tax dollars away. My personal opinion is that instead of paying these corrupt countries $10.6  billion dollars, President Trump should also cut off all foreign aid to these Central American countries.

If we want to stop these caravans and migrants from illegally entering the U.S we should immediately get the border wall on the Southern border built. That $10.6 billion dollars could be  paid to build the wall. At least our tax dollars would be spent here in America on the wall instead of  paying corrupt politicians in Central America and Mexico.

I suggest that the border wall could be built quickly if Congress would stop taking payoffs from big business and instead, do their job and protect American citizens. I also fault quite a few Republicans for having their hands out to big business and doing their bidding to allow illegals to flow into our country.

We already know that all of the Democrats  are against the wall just because Trump wants it.  All of the Democrats voted for the wall and fencing a few years ago and Obama and both Clinton's made a case to build  walls and fencing to stop illegals from entering the U.S. But now just because it's Trump, the Democrats hatred for him do not want him  have any sort of accomplishments.

The President has ways of getting the wall. Here are just a few.

1. President Trump could have the Senate  use  "budget reconciliation" that would require only 51 votes to pass. Have all of the Republicans back this effort and pass the bill. It's time for those spineless and feckless Republicans who are beholden to big business and other entities  to rally and back up the President and use the 51 votes to pass the bill.

2. Trump  could use an executive order to build the wall, or

3. The President could declare a national security emergency and then move about $25 billion from the military's budget. Which I think would be a great move on his part.

The President could make these moves right away and I think he should DO IT. Trump should also go before the nation with an oval office address stating why this invasion on our Southern border is a national security problem and directly tell the people of the danger of having  a porous border and stress the point that our nation cannot have an open border policy, and he should address the visa overstays, the  visa lottery and birthright citizenship. - And, that's  my opinion. PRESIDENT TRUMP, ADDRESS THE NATION FROM THE OVAL OFFICE REGARDING THE  WALL. DO IT NOW!

I suggest that President Trump  present his case to the people for a border wall by addressing the nation in an oval office speech laying out the national security need for the wall. Tweets are great but the president has to reach the entire nation to show he is serious.

He should elaborate on the need for the wall citing we have over 50,000  people a month flowing across our borders and thousands more illegals evading the border patrol and ICE.  Other mention, could be reference the terrorists, the  enormous cost per year (billions of dollars) to the taxpayer who are supporting the millions of illegal aliens already in the country, and the additional cost of at least $70,000 per each illegal that enters our country. And what  about the asylum seekers now in Tijuana, Mexico who are tossing their babies and children over the fence so as to have them processed through the system  plus the hundreds of asylum seekers that have jumped the fence in the past couple weeks so they could be processed, knowing that if they put one foot on the ground of the United States, they will  be allowed to stay in the country.

I submit that a presidential address from the  White House would have most of the nation on  the presidents side in this ridiculous border stand-off by our  lawmakers and Senator Chuck Schumer's resistance.

Right now we have about five individuals out of the entire House and Senate wheeling and dealing to set the agenda for the entire country. That's wrong! In the past we had the "gang of eight" making the decision for the entire country. Now we have "five"people meeting and huddling behind closed to make the decision of which way the country will move forward. And, these airheads are members of the old, Washington establishment that have  been entrenched in the swamp of Washington politics for decades. These majority and minority leaders are arrogant people to think they can  speak for the rest of America. To hell, with democracy.

People, what these "gang of eight" and  arrogant " gang of five" are doing is nothing more than what occurred in the early 20s, 30s and 40's with the smoke filled, back room deals, to corrupt and sway elections and and politics.  Just because Schumer, McConnell, and Pelosi sat in Washington for decades and finally became the leaders in the Senate and House does not give them the right to make  decisions without the entire Congress. Schumer and McConnell cancelled the vote yesterday because they are protecting themselves and Congress members from reveling who is for and who is against specific legislation. That's disgusting.

Personally, I don't want only "FIVE" people telling me what is good for me. What is the good of having the House and Senate we citizens voted to represent us to carry out the  countries legislation and then wind up having FIVE individuals say, "This is the way it's going to be", and tell the rest of Congresspeople, "now vote on it, and pass what we say?"

The matter should be put to both chambers and then put up for  a vote, involving every member of Congress. Then, we the American citizen can see who actually voted for the bill and who did not. This idea  and policy as stated by Senator Schumer, "We five people will meet and negotiate a deal." That is unacceptable to me and millions of other citizens.

So to end where I started, President Trump, GO BEFORE THE NATION, from the oval office and present your case to the people. Do not let these arrogant Congress leaders come on television and make sound bites spinning their views.  - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

TRUMP IS CORRECT ON BORDER ISSUES. CONGRESS IS ABDICATING THEIR DUTIES.

WOW! The thousands of migrants from Central America  who are now in Tijuana gathered at our southern border is DEMANDING entry into the United States. Can you imagine, migrants from another country and flying their flag is demanding that we Americans open the border and let them in.

President Trump was correct in  sending troops to the southern border and vowing to close the border completely if this mob becomes violent and unruly.

Folks, these immigrants have no right to "demand" anything from the U.S. If they want to come into the U.S. they should proceed to an American Embassy into their country of origin, request the paperwork, and wait their turn (the right way).

As I write this article, I heard on the radio that a number of the caravan mob in Tijuana made a serious attempt to rush our border. Our border patrol had to use tear gas to repel these people.

If the caravan invaders really wanted asylum they would have applied for it in Mexico, the first country they reached after leaving their own country. But they didn't. They traveled to our border, through Mexico to invade our country.

Any of these caravan migrants that illegally try and succeed in crossing our border should immediately be taken into custody deported IMMEDIATELY, not being allowed to enter the U.S. at any future time. Also a side note regarding illegal aliens, president Trump should issue an executive order which states that any illegal alien caught  trying and/or voting in one of our election is subject to immediate deportation. That's my own personal view.

People, even now many in the Democratic Congress is saying president Trump should let these people in. Even though they will  dodge and evade detection once they set foot on our soil. 99% never show up for their hearing that are scheduled with our courts. And, all the while. we hard working taxpayers have to pick up the tab for their entire family for health care, schooling, housing  and welfare. That's WRONG!!!!

I also blame Congress for not closing these loopholes that allow these illegals and asylum seekers to run willy-nilly around our country while we support them and their families. Ir is a big, glaring  flashing light that our lawmakers in Washington are abdicating their sworn duties by not enacting proper legislation to  immediately close these  gaping gaps such as  chain migration, the visa lottery scam and allowing illegals to stay in the U.S. (if they set one foot on our soil.) The courts say we have to release them into the population after 20 days. What a joke.

The Republicans in Congress had better get together and vote as ONE BLOCK, like the Democrats always do. Stop fighting among themselves and agree to do what president Trump wants.. But we have that segment in the Republican party that do not want to support Trump and does  want these loopholes closed because they are collecting enormous amounts of cash from  big business, corporations, and the chamber of commerce for their war chests knowing big business wants illegal labor to work for their companies. And the Democratic Congress people want all the illegals so they can vote in elections for their party.

Then you have the Republican.lawmakers that want to subvert Trumps agenda. They don't like him and never did,. Two good examples, Senator McConnell and Paul Ryan. They have obstructed presidents attempt to build the wall from the get-go and use every excuse to dissuade him at every opportunity. They always promise him--"next time", "next time." But there never is a "next time".

I'm glad to see Paul Ryan leaving, it's about time, not soon enough though.. And, McConnell, I wonder when Trump will come to realize that he is a large detriment to his agenda.

So, Republicans, get off your duffs, gather around and support president Trump and pass what he wants. Period.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

THE MASSIVE CARAVAN FROM CENTRAL AMERICA HAS TO BE STOPPED.

Here it comes. The "invasion" on the United States border. The tens of thousands of migrants coming  from Central America is now gathering in Tijuana, Mexico. Many of the  invaders that were interviewed by the press flatly stated that will will get into the United States by any means possible. Many interviewed said they would illegally enter the country.

The Mayor of Tijuana, Mexico said that the large influx of people from Central America is overwhelming the city and he can't handle the mob. He also said that there are indeed criminal and lawbreakers in the massive crowd.

It should be noted that many of the caravan was assisted by the Mexican government to get them to the southern border of the U.S. Fact is, government troops assisted the members of the caravan by providing bus transportation through Mexico to the U.S. border. That's wrong.

I would suggest that all of these people be refused entry into the United States. If they were really fleeing their country because they feared for their life and seeking asylum they should have taken asylum in the first country outside their borders once they left their country. Fact is, they were offered asylum by Mexico but with the exception of a very few in the caravan they all refused asylum in Mexico. They had their opportunity for asylum but did not take it. So, I ask? Why should they get asylum in the United States?. The answer. They SHOULD NOT.

This organized and structured caravan initiated by political groups only want these invaders to take advantage of all of the freebies such as free healthcare, welfare, schooling, housing, etc., that our own U.S. citizens are not entitled too. Folks, us taxpayers have to foot the bill for these parasites. That's wrong!

I sincerely hope that president Trump makes sure the Border Patrol with the assist of the military close the border  tight, like a drum, and stay true to his promises that any illegal crossing results in immediate deportation and no chance for that person to gain citizenship - And, that my opinion. GOVERNOR, DeSANTIS HAS TO CLEANUP VOTING IN FLORIDA IMMEDIATELY.

One of the first acts by Governor DeSantis, of Florida should be to make sure that "Sneaky Snipes," the elections supervisor overseeing Broward County is removed IMMEDIATELY. In addition, the Governor should completely overhaul the entire office by removing and replacing everyone in  office. Why? An attorney that had sued  and had Snipes in court  over the past few years has appeared on major networks and said that not only Snipes, but  the entire office took part in and conspired in thwarting elections. for years. It was the office culture and mission to alter and change election results in favor of the Democratic Party. The Governor should start off with Broward County having a complete clean slate with all NEW PERSONNEL. Also, he should do the same in Palm Beach County.

Governor DeSantis clearly has to take swift action and clean up the voting and election process in Florida, especially with the upcoming presidential elections. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS TO ACT ON HIS OWN TO  CORRECT THE VOTING SYSTEM.

The midterm election was a fiasco. Close to two weeks after the election was over and winners declared the election continued to go on involving numerous court actions. What a joke. Florida once again tried every trick in the book to overturn the will of the voters. It's 2000 all over again.

The democratic party stronghold in Broward  and Palm Beach Counties violated a number of voter registration laws, came up with tens of thousands of votes after the election was concluded, mixed illegal ballots with legitimate ones, refused to allow observers from both parties to witness ballot counting. Allegations of fraud were leveled.  The Florida election was a complete disaster.

The state of Georgia is no better. The democrats claim voter suppression, and fraud against the Republican candidate and even after the final votes were tallied the democratic  refused to concede and blamed the loss on race. The democrat candidate for Governor in Florida also  blamed race as a factor why he wasn't winning. Wow!!!! It appears democrats refuse to  accept losing with grace, dignity,respect and courtesy. Apparently they play a scorched earth policy to win elections which include lying, cheating , manipulating in attempts to steal elections. That's wrong.

I believe the Republicans have to grow a backbone and stand together and fight back on the same terms the democrats use.

My question: Why do news reports and the media call winners on the night of election? After the election concludes on election day it appears there are still votes being tallied, sometimes for days.Yet these talking heads on the  major channels , on election night, declare winners and losers and we voters find out days later that they were completely wrong.  The elections should not be allowed to be called "unless" the media knows for certain and fact that the winner called is actually the winner.

For those states that are known to count ballots after election night, their races should not be called until all their ballots are accounted for.and counted.

The courts is no  place to settle elections. One judge or a panel of judges should nor be able to lay down a decision who is a winner in a duly applied election. The people who voted should be able to say who holds the elected offices. So, COUNT ALL THE VOTES that were legally cast without discrepancies on their ballot, eliminate all ballots that were marked incorrectly or not' at all and determine from the vote count who is the winner for any particular office. Folks, this idea of having people look at ballots to try  to determine what the voter meant when they marked their ballot is unwarranted. Who really knows what a person intended to do? I say, count up the correctly filled out ballots and let that determine the winner of the race. There should be no courts involved in our vote counts.

We  have to fix our election system, especially well before the 2020 presidential elections. We cannot continue to have possible voter fraud and illegal aliens voting in the elections and have a repeat of the Florida and Georgia races.

Here's a few suggestion that should be done IMMEDIATELY:

We know that Congress won't take on the task of cleaning up election fraud, including illegal aliens voting in our elections so I would suggest that president Trump himself take on the job and do it using a few precise "executive orders". He can accomplish these tasks with a stroke of his pen.

1. He should declare and  state in an executive order that we in this country will have a"national ID card " for voting in any election. He could use a template of the national card used in Mexico. The card should have a photo and thumb print. Present the card at the poling place and if the card matches up, you have the right and privilege to cast your vote. If not, You are refused the right to vote. Period.

It must be stipulated in the executive order that each and every voter who is an American citizen have a card in order to vote. Plus, no excuses for people saying they cannot afford to pay for a card.  In his executive order the president can say all the cards are free from the Federal government to every voter. Hey, it's worked well in Mexico. Every Mexican citizen there gets a vote. That's fair and should be applied to our elections here in the U.S.

2. President Trump should also make it mandatory that English is the official language when voting. Why? This is America. Everyone should be able to read and understand the issues on the ballot. Folks, do you think China, Afghanistan, even Mexico would allow you to vote in their elections? I doubt it. In most other countries around the world the voting ballots are printed in the language of their country. Why should we in America have to print ballots in 20 or 30 different languages? If a person cannot read English and understand the ballot there is a big problem. Plus, the millions and millions of dollars the country would save by printing ballots only in English could be used for other things like infrastructure.- And, that's my opinion. UNRULY AND DISRUPTIVE JOURNALISTS AT WHITE HOUSE SHOULD BE REIGNED  IN.

The White House Press Corp needs revamping. It's out of control. CNN's Jim Acosta caused a disgusting scene in  a news conference with the President of the United States last week. He had an altercation with a presidential intern.  His hard press pass was eventually revoked by the White House. Rightly so for such bad behavior. He argued and challenged the president during the news conference. He sued to get his press pass back so he could attend press sessions. He won, and will be back in the White House press room now. The White House should have had specific policies and rules laid out for the so-called reporters years ago.

To prevent the unruly action  of the press acting out like a bunch of children in the future there should be a specific set of rules and guidelines laid out for the reporters to adhere to and abide by and if they violate the rules they should be removed and forbidden to return to the press room and the White House grounds.

It should be obvious that the press pool of reporters that are assigned to the White House should be grown up enough to conduct themselves with decorum and be courteous and polite and treat the office of the president with respect, especially when the president himself is conducting the news conference. That said, I have proposed for years that there should be rules and policy for reporters to adhere to.  Hopefully if the White House decides to set a policy and a set of rules for reporters  I would like to suggest that they include:

1. Reporters wait util they are called on by the press secretary or the president to offer their question for a  reply.

2. Reporters should be limited to "only one question" each and should be allowed follow up if  needed and then the microphone passed to another reporter who has been called on.. Following their question they should be seated until called upon again.

3.  The  reporters should be  instructed to allow their colleagues have an opportunity to ask a question.

4. If  any reporter  causes any disturbance or disruption they will be immediately removed from the  news briefing or news conference and White House grounds.

5. The rules and policy should state that the White House spokesman or the president can and will shut down the news session if the rules are violated.

Personally, I believe if these press briefing and conferences are turned into a circus by the reporters  the White House should limit the briefings and conferences  to  a minimum and  further I believe that the daily or weekly briefing should be conducted without cameras or video of any kind, including cell phones.. If that policy was enacted these showboating reporters would lose their platform to act out. 

Folks, the reporters job is to ask questions about the matter being discussed and reported by the press person at the podium or whatever subject matter the president is discussing. The reporters job is not  to argue and combat interns or "challenge" the president as Acosta said he wanted to do to president Trump.

Please note that there are about 49 seats for reporters in the press room. But there are thousand of journalists across this country that would love to ask  the president questions and will never get the chance because the seats are filed with the same journalists every day. I think that should change.
Other journalists should have the opportunity to be in the press room. Why? Because the reporters that have been there so long get lazy and take the privilege for granted. They start going off he rails and think the television camera in the press briefings is for them to act out and get a few minutes of fame.

So, I suggest that the White House immediately set out policy and rules for the White House press room and even post the rules on the entrance door of the press room. And it would also be helpful if the press secretary advise all of the reporters prior to the briefing being started each time that  decorum and respect is the policy and the reporters wait until they are called to offer up there question. And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

PRESIDENT TRUMP-LOCK DOWN THE BORDER TO ANY ENTRY IMMEDIATELY.

The White says that it is considering executive action to  stop the caravan invasion of Central Americans into our country. There should be no considering. It should be DONE, immediately.

Mr. President, SHUT DOWN the border. LOCK IT DOWN!!! It should be shut down now so as to let the  hoards of the illegal aliens attack on our country know that they are not welcome. Period. Don't wait until after the midterms or weeks from now when this  mob is estimated to arrive at our southern border.  DO IT NOW so everyone around the world knows our border is SHUT and LOCKED down.

As the President has stated, if they want to come to this country they should go to a embassy in their country and apply like any other person wanting admission to the United States. Then wait in line like everyone else who does it the legal way.

Fact is if these  illegals are claiming asylum  as they claim they should have filed for asylum in Mexico which is the first country they  set foot in after leaving their country. That is the international  recognized way to file for asylum

Second fact is that Mexico offered the caravan  people the opportunity to file for asylum  but as of today the violent mob of Central American refused Mexico's offer and said they are proceeding to the United States southern border.  Well, I submit that since they turned down and refused asylum in  the first country outside of their country(Mexico), this unruly caravan should not be allowed to claim asylum to enter the United States. They had their chance in Mexico.

The bleeding hearts both in this country and south of the border who are pushing to have this invasion of people into the United States  tell us these people are poor and malnourished and should be allowed entry. Are you kidding me? Look at most of these so called refugees. It certainly looks to me like they haven't missed a meal.. They appear well nourished  and most are wearing name brand clothes and sneakers and such, many if not most have cell phones. Plus they already have their hand out for free stuff from Mexican citizens. They ask for food, transportation and anything else they can get FREE.

Folks, that is what they are really looking for. They want free benefits such  free food, healthcare, housing , welfare and everything else millions of illegals are already  receiving here in the this country.

If this mob of invaders say they are afraid of the gangs and violence in their country. I remind every citizen here in the USA. We have gangs in most every city in this country. Are they violent? You bet. We  have people killed each and every day here  by violent gang activity but we manage and live with the fear and use our laws to protect us. So, this idea of the caravan people saying they are afraid of gangs and violence is no excuse to come here and say ---Protect us.

They also claim poverty. That's a joke. Just look at them.  On the other hand, just look  at the number of people we here in the United States that is suffering in extreme poverty. We have millions, including the homeless. Example, California There are people living in the streets, they have tent cities stretched  over miles of beach properties from San Diego to San Francisco. They are urinating and pooping  in front of city halls and on sidewalks. There are millions of veterans and children who are citizens of the United States that are  in poverty. So, when this invasion of free benefits seekers say they are poor and scared. I have no sympathy. Out citizens are going through some of the same situations they claim to go thought in their country.

Again, these invaders under the guise of asylum seekers are  and will break the law if they try to enter the USA  illegally.

My suggestion. If thy really want claim asylum stay in their country or Mexico and apply through the correct channels where they can  be evaluated before even stepping onto United States soil. Better yet, stay in their own country and fight for their own freedom , rights and elections to better their life just like our ancestors fought to make America what it is today.

I predict that if President Trump, the White House and this administration does not STOP these caravans from other countries he and the Republican party will lose its support by all those who voted for them to take action and "build the wall" and get a handle on immigration.

President Trump should not buckle under to the  entrenched lawmakers in Washington  for politics sake and allow any of these caravan people to enter the USA by telling us citizens that there is nothing he can do because of the  Democrats.  He is mandated to secure our border and protect the citizens of the United States. And if he does not realize that this situation of a foreign invasion is a matter of National Security then he should not be President., - that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

JP, ASKS:WHAT'S SEPIS?

JP , from Austin Texas asked me what sepis is.

JP, sepis is your bodies overactive and even a toxic response to such things as infections. Staph infections are  a common cause as well as E-coli. Some Streptococcus, and some that's associated with pneumonia, and many times, urinary infections-(UTI).

Notable signs of sepsis can been seen as acquiring a high fever,  problem in catching one's breath, heart rate increases, sporadic pain throughout the body,  your skin may feel somewhat clammy,  and  a person may experience fatigue and tiredness. Please note that the elderly may also experience bouts of memory loss, confusion, and even dementia.

Sepsis often rears it's ugly head in assisted living facilities and nursing homes. I cannot express the point enough. WASH YOUR HANDS. If people would take efforts to wash their hands it would go a long way in preventing sepis. It is "important" that  staff who work in health and medical care  facilities concentrate their efforts  on good hygiene.  Believe it or not, washing one's hands goes a long way in protecting patients.- And, that's my opinion. WALL NOT FULLY FUNDED THIS BUDGET. SHUT DOWN GOVERNMENT NEXT BUDGET.

The President  just signed the spending bill. Again, the WALL came in underfunded.
 The $854  billion spending bill is to keep the government open through December 7th.

Trump only received $1.6 billion for his wall. That is a far cry  from what is needed. However, Senators McConnell and Speaker Ryan supposedly told Trump that after the midterms they will fully fund his wall. I suspect the leadership in the Republican party are once again patronizing the President. Based on their past action regarding the wall construction I feel it is  very difficult to trust what they say. The leadership in the Republican party has taken a page from the Democratic party and continually obstructed and delayed Trump's wall. The lawmakers keep moving the wall goal post for the President. First, they say, next time. Next time comes and goes and no wall. Next they say "please Mr. President, do not shut down the government. The midterms are coming up and if you demand the wall or  shut down the government that will hurt us in the midterm election." So again the President caved to their demands.

But, I suggest that the President  STOP giving in to this weak, feckless Republican leadership next time. If they do not fully fund the WALL--SHUT down the government. Period. He should stop buckling under the whims and wishes of these lawmakers and act on his own good instincts. Following the midterms he should hold fast and tell these weak acting lawmakers: "it's the money for the Wall or nothing.

But I  believe even after the midterms these same entrenched, established Republicans will tell Trump, "We have the 2020 presidential election coming up and it will hurt the party. Wait until after your reelected." That seems to be their game plan. They will flatter and patronize the President to get him to  keep postponing and delaying  the wall project.

Mr. President, shut down the government and refuse to sign the next budget bill if full funding for the wall is not in  it. Stop conceding to your leadership. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Well,  the RINO (Republicans In Name Only) Republicans again snookered President Trump to obstruct and delay. These people are Democrats. always pretending to be Republicans so they  can reap the benefits of Congress and the power of the title. What a shame.

Yesterday, September 28th.,  Jeff Flake (R), the flake from Arizona decided to side with his  friends in the Democratic party to scuttle a nominee for the United States Supreme Court. Following his announcement three or four other RINO's jumped on his bandwagon. That guaranteed there was no way to move to a vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.

Keep in mind that FLAKE is not running for office again so he has nothing to lose by sinking President Trump's agenda and policies. He has  made it clear  over the past couple years that he has a very large hate on for President Trump a has has been opposing and throwing up roadblocks  against Trump over and over again.

Thus guy promised to vote to confirm judge Kavanaugh only a few hours earlier but at the last minute, like his buddy, the late John McCain he chose to obstruct.

If there were more Republicans in Congress that actually supported  the President's policies the party would not have to have depended on his vote. Since there were not enough Republicans he knew he had the power to  get what he wanted from Congress, I suspect this flaky character is auditioning for a job  when he leaves Congress. I imagine he has a lucrative job offer and it was contingent on him deep- sixing  the nomination.

Very few, if any, in Washington, especially in the Republican party like flaky FLAKE  and the voters in his home state of Arizona let him know they would vote him out of office this time around and that is why he decided not to rum again. He couldn't win reelection. His constituents hated him. So, this last minute move was his swan song from Congress. Although he did say and promise if the Judiciary Committtee would allow the "one week" extension for an FBI investigation of the proposed nomination he WOULD vote to confirm judge Kavanaugh. Let's see if he follows through.  He changed his mind the last minute yesterday, so can you "trust" this guys thinking and scheming? We will see.

My suggestion to  the Judiciary Committee and Congress: STOP these constant delays. and pandering to outside attorneys. I submit that if Senator Grassley and the weak Republican party would have insisted and held a  straight up and down VOTE two weeks ago, the judge would have been already been confirmed and we would not be where we are today..The Judiciary Committee and the CIRCUS clowns on the Committee giving way to demands of outsiders is ridiculous.

I would further suggest that whether it takes the FBI 3, 5 days, or one week to wrap up their interviews the nomination should be brought immediately for a VOTE. I say, call for a vote, win or  lose, and get all these milk toast lawmakers, one by one, ON THE RECORD with their VOTE--yea or nay so the people across this country can see who is for or against this nominee and the Trump agenda. AND do this well before the midterm elections.- And. that's my  opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

President Trump should "declassify" any and all documents relating to the "Russian" investigation immediately. Former Justice Department employees,  media hosts and their guests and members of Congress have repeatedly said the documents should be released and that President Trump can  have that done with a stroke of his  pen. These requests have been ongoing for  approximately a year now.

Recently President Trump  told the nation that he would declassify the documents from the FBI and the Justice Department without any redaction's so there would be complete transparency but  it appears some of his White House staff and  lawmakers once again played the President and convinced him to delay the declassification. Now the  Inspector General has access to the documents to determine declassification. What a Joke!

President Trump has been buckling and giving in to some of these people around him. Example,  The  border wall money, the president caved. We have no wall because entrenched  career Republicans and Democrats , (Ryan and McConnell), and others want to keep things as they were in Washington and dislike and resent President Trump. They do not want the wall built. Period. During the last budget deal: the President caved and signed the legislation (without the wall).

President Trump said he would shut down the government this time if he did not get the total amount of funds for the wall this time. However, he caved again. during this current budget deal. The  President caved again and bought Ryan and McConnell's excuse that  if he shut down the government it would hurt the mid-term election. What a crock!

Now, it's the declassification of documents that the nation is waiting to see and trusted the President when he said he "would" declassify the documents in unredacted form but----he caved again..

I voted for Trump thinking his being no lawmaker or a politician and his strong businessman qualities would change things in Washington. But folks, I'm sad to say I am becoming disappointed with the President's "indecisive" tendencies. He is allowing the Washington establishment to roll over him again and again. That's sad.

I would like to see this president do what he says he is going to do and DO IT. If he says he is going to shut down the government. DO IT. If he says he is not going to sign a budget. DON'T' IT, don't sign it. If he says he is going to declassify FBI and Justice documents. DO IT.

I suspect the President has good instincts. He should use them and  ignore these established Washington insiders that want to hurt his presidency. These spoilers in Congress and the White House are leading him around by the nose. I submit if he stuck to his guns and followed through with his statements-- we would have the wall paid for in this next budget. We would have a clear understanding of the content of the FBI  documents in question. And a number of his campaign promises would have been met, and kept by now.

Finally, he should immediately get rid of Deputy Attorney Rosenstein. He should not listen to his White House and Congressional advisers. Fire the bad guy. Rosenstein's like a bad infected tooth. He has to be yanked to get rid of the infection. Do it in one decisive move. Quick and easy. Then let the chips fall where they may. People, the world's not going to stop over the firing of this sleazy, lying character. Same goes for Attorney General Sessions. The President promised to drain the swamp. Well, these swamp creatures have to go and then government can get back to taking care of business, And, that my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

CHUCK GRASSLEY'S PUSSY FOOTING HAS GOT TO STOP. VOTE SEPT. 24TH.

GOP Chuck Grassley should stop  jumping through hoops for the attorney's of Dr. Ford. He has been more that accommodating. It's  now Saturday afternoon and  he  and the Judiciary Committee is still be  "jerked around". Christ,  this is Congress. Congress asked doctor Ford to appear and offered a number of different options for the doctor to be comfortable in giving testimony. Congress sets the rules for someone to appear before their committee. But Grassley has been moving the goal post and pooping around pushing back date after date that he said were dates certain at the time he issued them..

Grassley is being led around  by his nose. That goes to show the people in the country that Congress cannot even keep their word on most "anything". Grassley is so "indecisive" that he looks like a clown.

He should tell the American people that this  deadline of Saturday, September 22, 2018 was not met. Why? Because he told us that  doctor Ford's Saturday deadline was the final dateto  say if she would appear and testify. She wasn't offered the opportunity by Grassley to continue to negotiate . He was specific about Dr. Ford appearing and testifying. Instead, the recent letter to Grassley and the Committee today was a bumch of mumble-jumble,--- AGAIN!  The doctors attorney's still  are demanding negotiating. They did not meet the demands of Grassley.

I submit that doctor Ford and her attorney's had ample time to meet the demands of the Committee  and it time for Grassley to finally stick to his word and put an end to the pandering of this good doctor Ford and her attorney's, give a public statement that Dr. Ford failed to comply accordingly and tell the public that he is going to hold a vote on Judge Kavanaugh Monday, September 24,th. -- And, that's my opinion. DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL ROSENSTEIN HAS TO GO. MR. PRESIDENT, FIRE HIM.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein  has to go. Why? After the allegations of him discussing secretly recording the President to undermine the administration is outrageous. Rosenstein denies the allegations but  I submit that Rosenstein's discussing such a matter as secretly recording the President in an attempt to damage the Presidency is grounds for immediate dismissal. Come On! What person in their right mind working in the Administration would even consider covertly recording the Commander-in-Chief? We clearly do nit need these types of people working in government  service.

Folks we already know that at least one person has already secretly recorded White House officials for  apparent personal and financial gain. I say, we certainly do not need others doing the same thing, especially law enforcement people like the Deputy Attorney General.

There were approximately seven (7) people in that room when Rosenstein said he would  secretly record meetings(s) with President Trump. I would suggest that the White House have all seven people testify " under oath"as to what was actually said and  discussed in that meeting which was reported by the  New York Times. Then, President Trump should interview each and every person  that was present during the meeting and make a decision as to their veracity and truthfulness.

President Trump should also  consider the damage  that is now being done to him and the Administration by law enforcement Justice Department officials even discussing such a matter.

One individual that was present in the room  said that  Rosenstein made the comments but it was Rosenstein being sarcastic. My opinion about this persons evaluation of Rosenstein's comments is that:  This person really does not know what Rosenstein was thinking or meant. Hey, the Deputy Attorney General said it. Let Rosenstein explain, in his own words, to  President Trump  why he said  such a thing and allow the President to decide the  context of this unwarranted discussion.

My view is that the President should immediately fire Rosentstein. He should make it clear to Rosenstein that subject matter such as secretly recording him throws a cloud over the entire Justice system and leaves people across the country and in Congress always wondering if conversations and discussions like this are used against the public and lawmakers on a regular basis. The President should  also tell Rosenstein that in order to clear the air it would be best if he would resign immediately--- or, be fired.

Further I suggest that President Trump fire all of the remaining seven people who are still employed  by the government who were present in the room discussing the idea of taking such action against the him. A clean sweep and a clean house of these individuals is the only disinfectant that will settle this matter. -- And, that's  my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Wow! Vice-President Pence went on nationwide television yesterday and told the interview host that he is"100%" confident that NONE of his staff is the NY Times Op-Ed author. When asked he said he knows his staff and  their character and they are not the author of the Op-Ed.  He was asked if he had asked members of his staff if they were the author of the Op-Ed in the NYT He relied, "No.. I know their character." When asked if he would take a lie detector test, (polygraph) He replied, "in a  heartbeat."  That's great. Speaking for himself  is the correct  response. But to speak for his entire staff is a big mistake.

There is  no one on this planet that knows (for certain) what is going on in the mind of another individual, no matter how long you have known a person or how close they are to you. How many times have you heard people say such things as:  "I would never have suspected he would kill a person, he was my neighbor for years." Or, " my husband cheated on me with another woman for years. The affair lasted 10 years. I had no idea ." Or, " I was married to the man for over 20 years, and had no idea he was  someone else leading a double life."

And, what  is the first thing lawmakers in Washington say when one of their own private club commit a crime? " That;s not the man/woman I knew. I would never have suspected the person was capable of such a crime." Then, the head of the office or agency that had the person on staff begin making excuses to distance themselves from the  offender.

I would suggest that Vice-President Pence ONLY speak for himself. Not present a blanket clearance for  his entire staff, especially when he did not sit down with each one and ask them directly if they were in fact, the author of the piece. I would say, that's no way to run an office. But, what  boss would not say "my people's okay". They want to believe that individuals they hired, vouched for and employed are squeaky clean people. That;s nice , but not realistic, especially in today's world.. But really, does anyone really know what a person is capable of?

Good example, look what is currently occurring in the FBI, the Justice Department, State Department and our FISA courts. No one would have suspected the people that were found to be liars, corrupt individuals thus far would do such a thing. BUT they DID. They were caught in their own web they built for themselves. So again, let each person speak for themselves Mr. Vice-President. Let the person defend their own position.

Let me say, I have administered polygraph (lie-detector) examinations for federal, state, county and municipal agencies for  many years. I have taught the  technique to federal investigators. And, as any law enforcement or criminal investigator  knows "EVERYONE IS SUSPECT during an investigation. This  approach specifically  applies in regards to a polygraph examiner. Until all of the alleged suspects are administered the lie detector test to determine the actual involvement in the issue at hand everyone is suspect. I would suggest that Vice-President Pence let each and every member on his staff SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

If it comes to administering lie detector tests in this Op-ED  mess I would also suggest that no one be exempt. Each department/agency or office  in the administration should send each and every employee in, one by one, office by office, from the Vice-President on down. I would think that under the umbrella of National Security concerns  every employee working in the administration would be subject and mandated to undergo the lie detector (polygraph) examination.

Final thought, if the courts would step in and get involved they could have the New York Times reveal the author of the Op-Ed. That certainly would save a  lot of stress and strain on the administration, regarding any lie detector examination and clearly would  end the speculation as to WHO wrote the Op-ED. I believe this route would be best for the entire country and the person unmasked could be prosecuted for any crime(s) determined to be committed by penning such accusations against the President of the United States or subverting the constitution for their and their groups agenda of a secret "coup d' etat". - - And, that's my opinion. AIRLINES ARE GOUGING US AGAIN. WHERE'S CONGRESS & NEW  REGULATIONS.

Well, here we go again. The airlines are at it again. Jet Blue, Delta, American and other airline are raising fees again,.  Th cost of the first bag will be $35.00, instead of the previous $30.00. The second bag will increase also. Another increase is if you wish to change your flight plans or cancel. That fee goes from $200.00 to $250.00.

People,  when is enough, enough? Remember when these airlines started dinging us for bag fees. They told us they would keep the cost down and the fees might only be temporary. Since the inception of charging us traveler's the additional bag fees, those fees continued to increase.  The airlines found that charging for the bags increased their bottom line by millions and they continued to get greedy.

The airlines cut all amenities when and where ever they could. The meals, the beverages and even the small pack of peanuts are a thing of the past.They reduced the amount of seating space allowed for the  flying customer just to allow them to pack in even more passengers on the plane. One airline years ago  mulled over the idea of having people stand instead of sit so they could carry more passengers on each flight. I really believe the airlines could, and would make a passenger stand during a flight  if it meant cramming more people on the  plane.

The airlines were deregulated decades ago with our lawmakers saying it would allow for cheaper airline fares. And they suggested mote people would be able to afford to fly. However, since the airlines were deregulated they gamed the system and now, look  where the flying public is.? We have only high prices, lost amenities, cramped seating space,  flight delays,  passengers stranded on  runways for hours on end without food, water, and restrooms. And that's just some of the problems we now have with a deregulated airline industry.

I would suggest that the Congress and government step up and formulate brand new regulations. The airline industry should be mandated to follow new, strict regulations. Hold the airlines accountable and stop the gouging. The FAA has been falling down on the job for years when it comes to holding any airline accountable for their gross abuses to the flying public.

I remember the time (40's ,50's, 60's and 70's) when flying used to be a fun experience. The employees were courteous, there was ample seating space for everyone on board, food was served to the passengers, snacks and drinks were always available. Now,  to squeeze every penny out of the customer the airlines eliminated most ,if not all of the amenities,. They began charging for the little extras that used to be part of the flight and when they found they could get away with  applying a fee for  extra bags, the airlines went wild.. It turned out to be a real  moneymaker for them. They made  millions more a year. At every opportunity they raise those fees. The airlines now are looking to find each and every thing they can attach a fee to.

Folks, once the greed starts and sets in, it only escalates. And the airlines have been on this greed trip for years, taking advantage of the flying public. And, unless we scream to high heaven  and  insist our  milk toast lawmakers in Washington set new rules and regulation AND insist they stop taking money for the airline industry LOBBYISTS, our flying on an airline will only get worse..-- And,  that's my opinion.  Make your own decision. THE ANONYMOUS LETTER WRITER BURROWED IN  THE WHITE HOUSE: CALL IN SECRET SERVICE, JUSTICE DEPT, AND COURTS.

A recent op-ed published in the NYT stated that there was a high level  administration official, and a group described as a sleeper cell working in the the White House to  resist, obstruct, cause turmoil and thwart President Trump and his policies and agenda.

Some  in Congress said the the ethics committee should investigate the matter and hold the person responsible. ARE YOU KIDDING. Once a matter is turned over to the ethics committee, it gets lost in a maze and dark hole.  Any investigation by this lame, ineffectual committee is done in SECRET and no resolution  is ever reported to the taxpayer. IT's a JOKE. The only purpose of the ethics committee is to "protect all members of congress. Nothing more.

As an example, look what happened when we, the taxpayer demanded action to know about the payments made to men and women who were sexually assaulted by these lawmakers in congress. This slush fund to pay off the victims was kept secret for decades.  We were paying off these claims against the congress people with our hard earned money. All the while they were laughing at us while they continued to sexually assault, knowing that it wasn't their money that was paying the bill.

That matter is still  lost somewhere in the  belly of the  beast, the ETHICS COMMITTEE. Again, this committee is only there to protect the entire congress and hide and cover up for each of these over paid, lazy lawmakers. The public still doesn't have any real answer as to how the congress is going to STOP using our money to pay-off their wrongdoing. I would bet dollars to donuts that these lawmakers in congress are still using our money to pay for their misdeeds.

So, to have the congress people say that the "ethics committee" should handle any investigation into this unknown person that penned the  article is ludicrous. They will immediately bury it  and cover it  up.

My opinion: This op-ed from " Mr. or Ms. ANONYMOUS "is an act of sedition against the government, the White House and the president of the United States.  If in fact, this person and a group of colleagues in the government are working against the administration to change and overturn the results of a legitimate election , it is clearly a National Security  risk.  Where's the Secret Service, the Justice Department, and the courts.? They should be all over this.  I believe the courts could compel the New York Times to name the anonymous source. Folks, we DO NOT need a shadow government from within working to tear down the government. Forget the ETHICS COMMITTEE for any answers.. Federal law enforcement and our courts should step in and uncover this traitor and their entire group and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. - And, that's my opinion. SAFEGUARD ELECTIONS? KEEP IT SIMPLE. RETURN TO PAPER BALLOTS.

A so-called expert panel from the National Academy of Sciences was formed to weigh-in on reforming the election system. I fear this panel will piddle around, take forever to reach a good consensus and come up with a  flimsy,  hollow report.

While they are doing this we get closer to  the Midterms and  the 2020 presidential election.

My two cents in this matter is a very simple solution in order to guarantee an election of safety, free from hacking and computer voter fraud.

First, I would  suggest that the nation go back to the PAPER BALLOT that was used  decades ago. Use a human and readable ballot. If this is done the voter ballot can be verified and used in any recounts.  A computer, electronically record of the vote cannot be verified like the paper ballot can.

People, technology is fine for many things, in many situations, but using  it for voting, casting ballots is not the place. It is a red flag to criminals that manipulation and fraud is the name of the game. The threat from all of these hostile foreign nations is not worth computer elections.

 Electronic/computer technology clearly is not the future of of the ballot box and the voting public.

Second, have the voter show identification at the polling place prior to entering the voting booth. This move will verify their registration as a voter and a citizen of the United States.  As an  additional measure the government  could authorize and mandate a thumb print be put  on the paper ballot. This move would guarantee that the person casting the vote on the ballot was indeed the person voting.

Why wait for some "expert" panel to come up with reams and reams of suggestions to  improve elections? My idea is simple and logical. It was a proven method of voting since the early 1900s. It worked. And, like the people say. "If it ain't broken, don't fix it.. Folks, I'm all in  to the return of paper ballots that can be tracked and verified.--And, that's my opinion. MY TAKE ON THE NFL FIASCO.

I had a few people  ask me to give my opinion on the NFL controversy. So, here goes.

I would suggest that the owners of the teams step up and grow a backbone, put on their big boy pants and tell the players  something like:

"I am the owner of this team. I am paying each of you millions of dollars in salary.Sure, you have a right to protest and you can do it anytime and anywhere you wish except during a game, on the field. Men,  I'm here to make money and when your protests cost me customers and ticket sales, and  that move is affecting my business, my bottom line, it is my business.  So, I am instructing all of your players to stand during the national anthem, and our flag. Any player that refuses  or chooses not to do abide by my rules will be benched immediately and will be traded to the worst team I can find at the earliest date."

I feel that if these wimpy owners would have set the rules and have the players abide by those rules this whole fiasco would not have gotten a foothold. Folks, these players are paid millions and millions of dollars and if  you hit them in their pocketbook and they realize they will lose money and possibly  lose their job, they will play the game and leave politics out of  the game experience. - And, that's my opinion. PRESIDENT TRUMP SHOULD SHUT DOWN THE GOVERNMENT IF CONGRESS DOES NOT GIVE HIM THE WALL.

President Trump  said that he is considering shutting down the government if he doesn't get his border wall money. Hooray! But his Republican cohorts  in Congress, like  Senate Majority leader McConnell and Speaker Paul Ryan are already going to the media and saying there will be no shutdown. What a joke. These two Republicans are clearly not a friend of the president and have been blocking  president Trumps agenda from the get-go.

The two lame brains are using the excuse "wait until after the midterm election." Just another tactic to keep the old entrenched Republicans way of life continuing. They hate Trump's change and  don't want him to succeed in  anything he does. They  promised him the wall last year and then pushed a  spending bill on the sly that didn't give the president his wall.. They keep telling  the president, "next time." Or, it's not a right time. Now, they're using the midterm election as an excuse and you can bet then they will tell the president that's it too close to the 2020 election. And they will push to have him wait until his second term begins. They, Ryan and McConnell, are part of the swamp people that want to keep Washington as it was and they, their friends and friendly lobbyists are making tons of money for  not  building the wall on the southern border.

My suggestion to president Trump --SHUT THE GOVERNMENT DOWN until you get the  funding you want and need for the wall. First, if the government shuts down it always seems to run better. The world is not going to stop. On all previous shutdowns the feds always keep the essential personnel they need to run the government and it has always run just fine without serious interruptions.

The government always calls back their employees, and guess what? They  pay them back pay for the time the government was shutdown. Side note: I have a problem with that part of a shutdown. I say if and employee is off the job, not working, THEY SHOULD NOT be paid. Period.

The people working outside the government who gets laid off when their  company lays them off temporarily or when and if the company shuts down the employee  is on their own. They usually file for unemployment or take another job until they are hired back. The pampered government workers should not be entitled to anymore that the average worker across the country. But that is another story I will cover in  another blog.

In summary, President Trump should  go for the government shutdown even if it is before the midterm elections. Why? Because no matter what he does he's going to take heat for it. The RINO Republicans and the Democrats want him out of office so bad that if he came up with a cure for cancer, they would find fault with that.

I hope  the president does not allow these spoiler Republicans and Democrats who continually work against him win out again. He promised the wall and if he does shut down the government until he gets the money for it the voters will reward him with their votes and continue to back his agenda. It's time he told these spoilers where to get off the Trump train. -- And,  that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Wow! Anything to play the race card and  bash president Trump at the same time.

Ron DeSantis (R), running for Governor in the state of Florida made an innocent comment and the Democrats and Socialist once again turn to race.

 Desantis said "don't monkey this up." and the Dems, Socialists, Andrew Gillum (D), running against Desantis plays the bug, fat, race card.

I submit that if DeSantis used the "N" word Gilllum and the Dems would have a clear right to come down on him. That word is derogatory and denigrating. But come on, "monkey."

Folks,  I, and millions of other people use the word monkey often and don't mean it in a derogatory context. I recall I have said to family, friends relatives and others on many occasion. Things like, "Don't monkey with that "; or, "Don't monkey around"; or, "Don't monkey with a good thing.."

Speaking for myself, I have worked with many black people in my lifetime,and I had many black friends through the years and I have heard them say things as: "Don't monkey around with that";  "Don't monkey with the ( fill in the word) such as , TV, radio, car,  table, chair, boss, etc.

People it's a phrase we all used since childhood. And for Gillum's big donors , Democrats and Socialist buddies who dumped hundreds of thousands of dollars to get him elected turn such a phrase into a "RACIAL" thing, they should be ashamed of themselves and Gillum should not be elected to hold any office whatsoever. If this man and his cohorts think in this fashion and use such thinking to make decisions for an entire state - - I say Florida  is in for big, big trouble if Gillum and his colleagues take this course. They will bring the  state of Florida to it's knees.

Gillum's convoluted  thought processes and thinking and ideas is what is currently running the country of Valenzuela (which used to be a rich, vibrant country), and now, it's trashed and in turmoil, disrepair, and the economy is nowhere to be found. (it takes a wheel-barrel of  money to buy a loaf of bread.)  I would hate to see Florida go down that road.. If this guy wants to run for office, he should go to a socialist country and  put his hat in the ring.

I suggest that the Democrats , Socialists and Gillum  who are stirring  the pot on the word "monkey" is scraping the bottom of the barrel for "ANYTHING" to devide the country.

And to top it off, Gillum then tries to tie the DeSantis  words to, who else? President Trump. He said that DeSantis took a page out of the Trump playbook. What a stretch.

I predict that if Gillum is elected as Governor of Florida his only purpose will be to obstruct, resist and set up road blocks to tear down the state of Florida and  the constitution and thwart any Trump policies and agendas in this country.

Since Gillum quickly blamed the "monkey" word on president Trump  I believe  it clearly shows that he is a Trump hater and -- Florida be damned. He will  stop at nothing to denigrate the president and his policies.

Further, I suggest that if  Gillum gets elected  as Governor of  Florida he will continue to play the race card every chance he gets.. I can imagine him blaming  all of his mistakes and gaffes that he will make on race. I can imagine him also saying people, things or organization are picking on him because he is back.  Why? Because it seems he is clearly predisposed to use this track  already.

And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

PRESIDENT TRUMP SHOULD REMOVE SECURITY CLEARANCES TO  'ALL" FORMER GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. PERIOD.

President Trump should immediately  rescind and revoke the security clearances of any and all  previous intelligence personnel in the government. It has always been a perk, courtesy and privilege for those former employees. They are not entitled to it.

I suggest the president take action to stipulate that whenever a government employee leaves the administration or government service, whether they be intelligence  personnel,  White House employees or  employed in any of the numerous government agencies it should be standard practice to have their security clearance stopped on the date  the person leaves government service.

If the president and his White House staff continue to threaten to remove the clearance by saying things as  "I am considering it," or "maybe I will  remove the clearance" it provides fodder and ammunition  for the people that want to keep their  security clearance to pose a legal challenge to the move like ex-CIA Director Brennen is  throwing around.  We also have the  group of congress people that are threatening to enact legislation to stop president Trump from removing security clearances. Most of these Congress people are partisan and have an agenda to  take away the president's legal right(my opinion), to exercise his authority and want to strip the president of as much power as they can in order to tie his hands. And, these dame congress people would like to  have such  a security clearance privilege when they leave office. It bolsters their resume'.

My suggestion: Mr. president, stop hem-and- hawing around and immediately pull the security clearances from all previous government  employees. Yank the clearances like a dentist would yank a bad tooth. Do it fast, very quick, and be done with it. Then,  once it's done if these former government employees have a problem with that, let them say or do what they want. You did it. I believe they will will  lose any challenge if they try to take legal steps against your authority to act.

Mr. president, don't let this matter simmer and peculate from day to day. The longer it does, the more your opposition will set up battle lines. Whomever in your White House counsel or staff who is pussy-footing around is hurting you more that helping. You are known to be a street fighter from Queen's, so tell your staff to immediately rescind and  revoke the security clearances of "any and all" former government employees. If you take away  security clearances from all government employees as they leave government service your detractors cannot accuse you of "picking" on any one specific individual. And personally, I believe it is a good move. Once the government employee leaves they really don't need the perk. --  And, that's my opinion. Make your own decision. You decide.

The state of Colorado has an execution scheduled for a man that's been on death row for a crime he committed in 1997. In Nevada a man  on  death row for years and who continually requested  that the state to put him to death has drug companies and opponents still delaying  his execution. What a farce.

The appeals process in death penalty cases allows convicted murders to avoid punishment for  20, 23, 25, years and  even more. This should not happen.

The bleeding heart attorneys and courts cry the  blues and say the use of the drug combinations  are cruel and inhumane punishment for the murdering animals. It never ceases to amaze me that some states  who  use the  drug combinations  carry out the death penalty execution successfully. Yet, a state somewhere else in the nation that  uses the "exact" same drug combination has the courts and attorneys screaming to high heaven that the practice is cruel. WOW!

Folks, about seven states and Washington, D.C. actually allow terminally ill patients to obtain a prescription from their doctor and  end their own life, Yet,  when it comes to convicted killers the-courts and attorneys play these games about what is allowed to be used to end someones life.

The state of Tennessee carried out an execution  a week or two ago on a convict who raped and murdered little  7-year-old Paula Dyer, a girl he was babysitting. The weak, feckless, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote a dissenting opinion saying: "In refusing to grant Irick, (the convicted rapist-murder) a stay the Court today turns a blind eye to a proven likelihood that the state of Tennnessee is on the verge of "inflicting several minutes of torturous pain on an inmate in custody."

Can you believe that dumb reasoning. I can't. My question Justice Sotomayor. What about the  excrutiating and long lasting pain little 7-year old Paula endured while she as being raped and then murdered by this animal? My view is the rapist/murderer should feel some of the pain he inflicted on the little girl. Why should the 7-year old feel the pain and torture she experienced while he raped and murdered her, and not him.

People, I believe these lawsuits brought by the drug companies saying their drugs can't be used for executions is just a way to circumvent the death penalty and protect death penalty inmates. My position, if a drug is on the open market and for sale then drug companies have no right to say who can and cannot use it. Hell, if it's for sale and the state legally purchases the drugs, then is is up to the state to say who it is used on.

This false argument of the bleeding hearts saying they object to a drug being used for the first time because they don't know how it will affect the person taking it is way off base. My answer to the drug companies, courts and lawyers who argue that  position is: "Hey, there is always a first time for everything. Every drug combination that has ever been used BEFORE had to be used for the FIRST TIME. And, if we citizens allow these drug companies or attorneys to tell us how  a drug is supposed to be used-- even if a licensed, practicing physician approves its use is going down a slippery slope of eroding our  FIRST AMENDENT.

Folks we can use a drug prescribed by a licensed veterinary doctor who each and every days puts terminally sick animals of all kinds down in a peaceful comfortable way. And, as previously stated we have the  doctors who prescribe a comfortable way for  us terminally sick humans to  be put to death is a comfortable, humane, easy manner. But yet, when it come to carrying out a duly rendered verdict of death to murderers  the courts and lawyers play these silly games. We are supposed to have swift justice in this country but delaying a death penalty by 20 or more years is not carrying out the will or wishes of the  people that rendered  the sentence. That's justice DELAYED.

Further, I say the government is incompetent. We should bring back only two ways of carrying out the death penalty. The first, HANGING, the second, FIRING SQUAD. Period.  Both methods of putting someone to death are  clean and efficient and very fast. By using these two methods there will be no argument of what drug works and which one don't .

 It was in 1977 when Oklahoma and Texas began using the drug combinations by injection. This only gave people who were against the death penalty ammunition to HALT executions. And, because of the  snowflake courts and attorney's looking for a way to stop executions these drug combinations did the job for them.

A couple weeks ago 13 members of the  doomsday cult group  that killed 13 people in Japan using a serin gas attack in the subway system were put to death. They were hanged. As I said, clean, efficient and fast. So, if we want swift justice in the United States we have to limit the  appeals process for death penalty cases. Put a time limit for all appeals to be heard within a year. There is no reason why a person sentenced  the death penalty should sit comfortably on death row being housed and fed for 20, 25, years and longer while the victims family and friends suffer. So carry out the death sentence by one of two ways, hanging and firing squad. And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You  decide.

Illegal immigrants are flooding into the United States because  the lousy Congress people fail to enforce the current laws and close loop holes in the system. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and big business has all of these greedy politicians in their pocket and pays off the lawmakers to continue the flow of cheap labor. Folks American citizens will take the jobs. This myth  about  only illegal immigrants can do the job is ridiculous. It wasn't too long in the distant past that all of our lawn work  and landscape, construction jobs and other occupations were done by Americans, mostly white. The work force consisted mostly of adult and teenagers.The teens learned the trade from the bottom working along side of American citizens. But following the 1986 amnesty fiasco by president Ronald Reagan and our lazy congress people the job market went to to pot. Big business took over and began hiring  a cheaper labor of illegal immigrants.

We have to get our immigration problem under control and fast. Only a few years ago people showing up at out border requesting asylum and entry into the USA were low compared to the tens of thousands now massing on our Southern border (our Northern border has a big problem also, but that's another story for another time). Our lawmakers and the  squeamish and feckless court system is allowing this to happen. The USA demographics is changing very drastically and quickly.

My thoughts are: Illegal is illegal. The law is being broken by both adults and children from other countries that want the USA to shower them with all the freebies of free health care, free education, welfare, a check from us taxpayers each month, and free housing, among other  lucrative benefits. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP.

Whether adult or children the government should send them back where they came from. Period.
As long as we give these illegals all of the free benefits, the  mob will continue to come. Our lawmakers and courts set up an enticement program for the flow of illegal aliens to continue.

Can you imagine, the bleeding heart lawmakers, the courts and legal aide people are giving FREE housing to the illegals (they do not have to pay rent folks) but us American citizens and taxpayers have to pay our rent and mortgage every month.

The government is now allowing these illegal aliens to to be housed, fed, and clothed (free of charge) at our military bases around the country. I submit that this money being spent on these "illegal aliens should be spent on American citizens who are homeless and our military veterans. Question? Why don't the government provide housing, food and clothing for our homeless and vets on these military bases instead of "illegal aliens". I believe that the American  citizen deserves this give-a-way much more that  an illegal person. The way I see it is that our citizens and veterans are much more deserving of this kind of treatment  and benefit that a  person that comes to our country illegally.Bluntly put, these illegals are "criminals", nothing more. Again, these illegals are committing an illegal act, committing a crime and my answer is to immediately send them to jail or prison and deport them following the jail/prison time.. Better yet, immediately send them out of the United States, back to their country of origin.-- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

TRUMP GETTING BAD ADVICE FROM SENATOR GRAHAM AND OTHERS.

 Senator Lindsey Graham plays a few rounds of golf with president Trump and continues to work against  the presidents agenda and policies. I've said it before and will say it again, Senator Graham is "no friend "of Trump. He, along with Speaker Paul Ryan and Senator John McCain and McConnell is part of the swampy establishment that secretly want to keep things as they have been in Washington for decades.

I believe they tell the president to his his face that they want to further his polices and agenda but behind his back collude to take him down and get him out of Washington.

Recently Graham went golfing with the president and told him the GOP would suffer if  Trump cut off Mueller and the witch hunt into the Russia collusion..  I  submit that the only interest Senator Graham has is maintaining his grip in Washington and gaining more power so he can continue the old establishments ways. Keep in mind that Graham stands a very good chance of being  Judiciary chairman if the Republicans hold the  Senate next year. That my friends is Senator Grahams only interest. He's not looking out for the presidents best interests. Who is he kidding? He, Senators McCain, McConnell and speaker Ryan is an anchor around the presidents neck. Always has been and always will be.  Hell, Senator Graham and John McCain have been joined at the hip for decades and they have been doing nothing to benefit the president. I wish he could see that.

As far  as the  corrupt investigation by Mueller, I believe the president should pull the plug on this $25 million dollar taxpayer fiasco. I further submit that if the president would pull the plug and shut  Mueller down the nation could move on  and Congress and  Washington could get on with conducting the nations business. The people of this country want to have Congress move toward taking care of what really matters like  the economy, infrastructure, THE WALL. With the Mueller investigation shut down president Trumps promises could be put on the front burner and carried out. And carrying out  the presidents agenda and policies he promised would be the topic of conversation--NOT the MUELLER PROBE.

These RINO Republicans and Democrats and the swamp  monsters DO NOT want anything front and center EXCEPT this  Russia investigation because it continues to stop the president from moving his  agenda forward.What the country really needs is a uncluttered election going into the mid-terms. With no ongoing investigation taking all the oxygen out of the country both parties can possibly get to work on getting back to the nations business.

The presidents attorneys continue to go on television shows and gripe and complain that they are still trying to work out a deal to have the president testify. But out of the other side of their mouths they say they advised him  not to testify. Well they should "insist" to the president that he should not testify

I further believe that Trumps attorneys should advise Mueller that there will be NO testimony by president Trump, period. If Mueller wants to issue a subpoena for the presidents testimony, let him. Then let the matter go before the Supreme Court to be heard. I predict Mueller will lose because his investigation has been biased, tainted and corrupt from the get-go.

And, yes, the White House  counsel should also advise the president to issue an order to "declassify" unredacted  papers, notes and materials which relate to the Justice Department that the Congress has been requesting for over a year. Let the sun shine in--transparency is what the people of this nation need. Mr. president declassify this info and let we citizens read the entire record for ourselves. And, that's my opinion. Make up your own minds. You decide.

President Trump:

PLEASE DO NOT BACK DOWN ON SHUTTING DOWN THE GOVERNMENT!!!!

You promised after the fiasco on the omnibus bill you "would not" sign another bill like that again. You did not get any of the things you wanted because of the Democrats and the Republican establishment entrenched in Congress. Those established Republicans do not want to change the status quo in the cozy, financial and lucrative benefits they have been receiving all these years.

If you do not know it by now, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and  House Speaker Paul Ryan ARE NOT  your friends. They are a major part of the swampy congress and establishment that have never wanted to or intend to follow your winning policies  and agenda. They, like Senators McCain Flake and Graham have not been with you from the "get go."

Mr. President, these  Republicans have been working against you to further their own agendas and protect the establishment and organizations such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. It is clear they actually want illegal aliens in the United States for the sake of "cheap labor." And Democrats want illegal aliens for votes. It has been that way for decades and  continues to this day.  It is obvious that McConnell and Ryan talk to you and give you what I believe  to be misinformation. They want you to keep kicking the can down the road on the wall and immigration like they themselves have been doing for decades. especially  when it come to strict immigration policy like lottery, chain migration and closing the loop holes in the law. How many times can they  whisper in your ear saying that if  you shut down the government it will affect the mid-terms.  That;s hogwash. Once you  postpone your decision, you can bet following  the mid-terms they will again tell you they do not want you to make waves or ask for a wall or  immigration reform because it will affect the 2020 presidential race and election.

Mr. President,  you clearly need people around you that support YOUR policies and AGENDAS. You should not have to support their agendas. Ryan and McConnell  have been throwing up roadblocks against you from the beginning and they were successful for approximately two years now.

You ran on immigration and the wall as a signature promise. So, I would suggest that you make these self-serving lawmakers like McConnell and Ryan follow your lead, you policy, your agenda. It is time for them to get on board or get out. Personally, I think Ryan should have been gone long ago. This man has always hurt you more that help you, and he's doing it in the name of the establishment.

It is enough you have to contend and battle against the resistant  Democrats and the biased media. You clearly do not need obstructionists like McCain, Flake, Graham, McConnell and Ryan thwarting your every move.

You, Mr. President, have done amazing things with the economy,  rules and regulation,  foreign and world affairs. Thus far, you have did more that previous presidents have  done in their eight year terms. Imagine what you could accomplish without these established  Republican anchors around your neck telling you "they know best." NEWS FLASH!  They are  a major part of the problem, not the solution. They do not want your type of change in Washington, They want to hold on to the power they had for these many decades.

I suggest you do not let them continue to get away with their self-serving agenda. My advice would be. SHUT DOWN THE GOVERNMENT. Mr. President, it wasn't to  long ago that the Democrats were going to do the same thing.  And, when the government has been shut down in the past the world  did not end. Fact it, it seemed the government worked more efficiently during the shut down.  All that happens on a shut down is that a few parks and federal buildings close, non-essential federal personnel get time off and business goes on as usual.. And,  because of the federal rules-- all of the  federal employees always get back pay for being off. (Which I and many citizens across the country do not agree with). Some of these Republicans you have in leadership roles always back down on important bills, issues, and policy. They allow the Democrats to always win am argument . The Democrats always vote in lockstep but the Republicans  who are led by these feckless instigators lose all the battles. SHUT IT DOWN!

Mr. President, you promised the wall and immigration change. You said you would not sign another bill like the one the establishment Republicans talked you into signing in the recent past. Please keep you word and say what you mean and mean what you say. Do your own thing. Follow your own thinking and instincts.I believe you have been receiving bad advice from those in Congress. C,ALIFORNIA WAS THE GOLDEN STATE. NOW IT'S A GARBAGE DUMP LANDFILL.

California is now a cess pool. It;s disgusting. I used to live in the state. I lived there  between 1956 and 1993. But now , I don't recognize the state and what it has morphed into. Believe it or not it used to be the GOLDEN STATE. But now it's nothing but one big trash bin. For one,  the homeless population is wrecking the state, big time.  What used to be pristine, sunny, clean beach communities has turned into  homeless tent cities spanning the entire Southern Coastline,   Northern California is getting even worse. Look at San Francisco. It once was a pinnacle of style, class and cleanliness , now it  looks like a garbage dump.Its streets are lined with stacks of garbage. Homeless encampments are set up even on the downtown streets by the city hall. The streets are filthy.They are littered with used drug needles, and the homeless urinate and "poop" on the street, in the mornings, and evenings, in front of other people trying to carry on daily business. This is occurring in  high rated tourists spots, exclusive hotels, government centers, and children's parks and playgrounds. The homeless also  have tent communities set up near schools, business properties and they even flow over into  upscale,  residential areas throughout California.

Now lets talk about the illegal immigrants in the state. California is filled with about 11 million.  California has one of the highest number of people on welfare in the entire country. And  the majority appear to be illegal aliens taking advantage of the system.And another drain on California taxpayers is the food stamp program which is abused by the same group of people. Combine,the welfare and food stamp give-a-ways to these people and I would suggest it is even a larger that many countries on the globe provide. It's a disgrace.

Keep in mind also that the illegal immigrants who are living in California do not want to assimilate into American society. They want to have their own separate country within the country of the U. S. Fact is, 40 to 50 percent of the Californians (mostly illegal aliens) living at home do not speak English. The state has a number of cities that filed or went bankrupt and that doesn't surprise me because the state is running a debt of an approximate 1,5 TRILLION DOLLARS. Is it any wonder that the bridges and highways are trashed and crumbling before your very eyes and the school and educational  system  is failing dramatically and rated as one of the worse in the nation?

It's a sad state of affairs. You can blame  most of these problems on a very liberal group of political power people maintaining a stranglehold on the state, the sanctuary city policy of protecting criminal illegal aliens and allowing them to  run amok in the streets , raping, committing burglary, armed robberies,  and collecting all the freebies that the state gives away.

I submit that California politicians forgot the American citizen, the hard working middle class person that pays the  taxes for their  greed. They give away more benefits and advantage to illegal aliens than they ever even consider giving the the American citizen that built their state and  made into the GOLDEN STATE, which is long gone now. I  see California as one big garbage landfill getting larger by the day. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decision. You decide.
