FECKLESS, INCOMPETENT CONGRESS, SCAMMED US ON STIMULUS VOTE.

LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
A couple of days ago the Congress just passed the $2 TRILLION DOLLAR stimulus package to combat the caronavirus pandemic. Great, the country needed that. But I really have a concern and problem with HOW IT WAS PASSED. I believe that this Congress shred a part of our Constitution of the United States. Why I think that? They denied the citizens of this country and the media to a transparent and full disclosure regarding Congressional action.
The cowards and spineless Congress people denied us of an "ON THE RECORD VOTE" as to where each of them stood regarding this important stimulus package, the largest in the history of the nation. Folks, these wimpy do nothing Congress men and women could have clearly went on the record with their "on the record vote" to indicate where they stand. But they took a very easy way out with the excuse of not wanting to congregate in Washington because of the caronavirus. That people, IS A COP OUT on their part. So they only shouted out a "voice vote"where the loudest voice vote passes or fails. WHAT A CROCK.
I submit that these feckless lawmakers could have traveled to Washington D.C. and instead of meeting in Senate Chambers as a large group could have self-sheltered in their OWN capitol office and voted, individually one at a time. How? By Skype, or by video, (like telehealth medicine does) at this time. That is an innovative way to get a message out.
The media could have covered each Congress person as they signified their vote (yes or no) from each Congress persons mouth, in their own office while televising the results to the people of this nation as each person cast their vote. For those Congress people who was already on quarantine in their homes it would have been very easy for them to go on record with their vote in the same manner. Folks, it would have been an easy procedure to do this with the media and communications expertise we have in this country.
The media and television networks do this on a daily basis with lawmakers each and every day. We viewers across the country see it put into place quite frequently wherein the TV host conducts an interview or gets a statement by Skype, tele-video, etc. It is common practice for media to set up remote broadcasts, even via telephone.
I suggest these Democrats and Republicans wanted to take the EASY WAY OUT so they got together in the backrooms and the halls of Congress, possibly by phone and decided they were going to snooker the citizens of this great country and pull the wool over our eyes to save face by NOT GOING ON THE RECORD to let us know how each of them personally vote for the package.
These are the same Congress men and women that allow truckers, grocery store clerks , restaurant people, food delivery people, law enforcement and the medical health personnel travel out in the open and know every citizen goes out in public to buy groceries in these dire circumstances EVERY DAY. But IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM? WOW!!!
This Congress people's wimpy act of cowardliness committed what I believe to be abdicating their responsibility and duties during this crisis and fled Washington for their time off from Congress, shortchanging the nation.
They will be out for WEEKS now. These greedy self-centered, do nothing Congress people who make a whopping $174,000.00 a year, and have the best medical plan on the globe (that the average citizen will never see, and that we, the taxpayer is paying for)in order to cover their healthcare needs are worried about sitting in their own private office or residence to carry out the governments business and perform their solemn duty? What a joke! People across the country who are working in large corporations, companies and small business, and average Jane and John Doe are conducting business from home but these entitled elite circus clowns in Congress can't, won't or refuse to do it? That's wrong people. We have to hold these lawmakers accountable for their actions ,or lack thereof.
What is wrong with this picture? One Congressman recently went on television and said that if he comes down with the caronavirus that Congress has the best health care available to them. What does that tell you people? It speaks volumes.
I further submit that these Congress people COULD have and SHOULD have went on the record with their vote regarding this important stimulus. I say hold these incompetents accountable at the ballot box this November. - And, that's my opinion. I suggest you consider the situation and form your own conclusions. You decide.

PRESIIDENT TRUMP SHOULD NOT HAVE CAVED IN TO CUOMO AND ADVISORS.

In a previous blog report, I wrote that the President along with the Governor's of each and every state should have taken steps to close state borders to one another in order to limit the spread of the deadly coronavirus. It was a no-brainer for any prudent person to put that policy in effect.
Now, I notice that yesterday March 29, 2020, President Trump indicated that he was considering restricting New Yorkers, New Jersey and Connecticut residents to their own states by restricting travel to other states. I was glad to hear that. I had hoped that someone in the Administration heard my suggestion. BUT, I soon became very disappointed when I heard later that evening that President Trump backed off of his multi-state quarantine and put in place a "travel advisory" instead. WOW! Once again, like in past actions the President caved to pressure and politics.
After a call with the whining, bitching, complaining and demanding New York Governor Cuomo, President Trump backed off, and caved. I think that decision was a big mistake. He should have stuck to his first decision.
It appears that the President has the predisposition to allow close people and advisor's around him to sway his opinion for political gains.The president has the tendency to waffle back and forth on many issues and is persuaded to alter his decisions, which I think he should push back on.
President Trump has great insight and his ideas and policies should be put into effect as he sees them, not as people with vested interests sees them.
Another fault I see in President Trump which currently hurts him and his agenda is his "telegraphing" to the press and media his ideas and possible decisions days in advance of initializing them. That in itself is just offering red meat for the press and media to begin to pound and denigrate the possible decisions.
It is a known fact that 99% of the media have a negative opinion of the President and they are just looking for anything they can use to bludgeon the President every chance they can get. And by giving the media and press and the Democratic Party a heads up on what he is thinking of doing, or going to do, allows them a great amount of lead time to gear up their spin machine to present controversial arguments of his upcoming decisions.
I remember when the President was campaigning and running for the office he was asked a number of times by the media if he would give a timeline and date of of when he would withdraw troops from a war zone. He responded with what I think was a correct response saying, he would not announce when troops would be withdrawn from the field of battle in Afghanistan, etc., because that would allow the enemy to ride out the time until the date of withdrawal and then regroup once we leave. I suggest that was the correct tack to take and the president should adhere to that same policy when he is making critical decisions for the nation.
I say he should not have announced and telegraphed his plans to quarantine New Yorker's from leaving the state to the press and media. He should have held that decision close to the vest and then JUST DO IT, without fanfare and a heads up. I submit that once the decision is made and done and put in place the Governor's would have to live with that decision and adjust accordingly. So, my suggestion to the President would be: Mr. President, PLEASE, do not broadcast in advance your possible decisions in advance, especially during this coronavirus pandemic. MAKE YOUR DECISION AND ACT. PEROID!
I further submit that by just putting a travel advisory on New York and other states will NOT be effective because people are people. They are going to ignore it because of their fears and they WILL leave the states who are scheduled for quarantine. Just look at how the people across the country ignored recommendations not to hoard and over buy groceries and household items. The greedy hoarders walked over senior citizens and others to raid the shelves of toilet paper, hand sanitizers, pasta, bread and many other food items.
I also cite the health care professionals who are looking out only for themselves. There have been numerous reports of doctors hoarding the promising medications that could be used against this coronavirus. It appears they order and take these meds home for themselves and their families. So, the point is: People are people. Whether a doctor or nurse, or a grocery clerk or everyday grocery shopper. There is that BAD low percentage of people that do take advantage.
So to expect people from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut to respect a travel advisory ON THEIR OWN is just spitting in the wind. Christ, people have been fleeing New York City for Florida and other states for weeks now. Many of those people from New York carried the coronavirus to those other states which in turn began infecting residents of those other states. Florida is a glaring example of the coronavirus spread because of the infected people from New York entering that state.
I still maintain that each Governor of each and every state have to mobilize the National Guard and State Troopers to check license plates, drivers license and identification of anyone trying to enter or exit each state at roads and border crossing, take their temperature and then on entering the other state, that state should require and insure that those travelers REMAIN in self quarantine for AT LEAST 14 days. There is a reason for borders, whether it be a Country, State, County or City. Look at many of the cities across the country now.They insist that we residents stay in "our own little borders" of our houses or apartments. So, why shouldn't the Administration restrict travel by issuing an edict to stay within your own state --Maybe for at least ONE MONTH. - And, that's my opinion. I suggest you look at the situation, draw your own conclusions. You decide.

STATE GOVERNOR'S, PRESIDENT FAILED ON COVID-19.-STATE BORDERS SHOULD BE CLOSED.

Folks, Governors of the various states are falling down on the job when it come to containing the coronavirus. WHY? Because they failed to lock down travel in and out of their particular state.
For example, Gov. Andrew Cuomo of New York, is a day late and a dollar short. I have always suggested that from the first day of discovery of the corona virus in New York, the Governor should have immediately mobilized New York State Troopers and the National Guard and closed all entry and exit points in the state. When he closed down all bars, restaurants and non essential business in the state, he correctly touched bases with Governors from surrounding states to do the same so New Yorker's could not in to their states to eat and congregate. That was a great move. But he should have also restricted travel from NY into the state an had an agreement with surrounding states Governor's to do the same. The sad consequence of his failing to prohibit New Yorker's to travel out of the state was a BIG, BIG, mistake. Large numbers of INFECTED New Yorker's fled the state and traveled to Florida, also to the Carolina's and elsewhere across the country.They introduced the coronavirus to people in those states and those states began to experience the pandemic. If Governor Cuomo would have had the surrounding states Governor's also mobilize their State Troopers and National Guard to prevent entry and exit to and from their state, they could have put a quick stop to the spread of the corona virus.
These state Governors still have time if they would take state entry and exit action in and out of their states. So far, because of Governor Cuomo's lack of leadership, "the horse has already left the barn" or "the cat is already out of the bag," whatever and however you want to refer to the situation. BUT, at least if they start now, they will reduce the spread. Have State Trooper's and National Guard check ID's of people trying to enter and leave their state and keep each resident within their own state.
Take a page out of the book from Europe. They have open borders where people travel from country to country. And looked what happened. Example: People crossed from Germany, France, and the UK into Italy and vice versa and look at Europe now. Italy is one of the most serious hot spots in the world. Now, look at China. They locked down and restricted travel from the hot spot city of Wuhan where the virus started but kept the rest of China's cities open and rates of infection decreases dramatically.
I suggest that the Governor's of each state immediately mandate and forbid residents within their state from leaving the state for at least thirty (30) days. Mobilize the State Trooper's and National Guard, station them at entry and exit roads in and out of their state, check ID's of people trying to enter and exit their state and insure that the person is a resident of that particular state. I also suggest that if the Governor's fail to take this important step, then, President Trump should do it.
Folks, as another example, look at Idaho and the states of Virgina. Those were states that did not have even one coronavirus case for weeks. They were among the last states to report a coronavirus case. and I submit they could have remained virus free for a lot longer IF and infected person did not travel into their state. Another example: Residents of the vastly infected state of California fled the state for Nevada and Arizona to visit friends and relatives and brought the COVID-19 virus into those states.
People, NEW YORK CITY is the WUHAN, CHINA of America. I submit that if Governor Cuomo would have acted swiftly and enacted entry and exit restrictions for residents of the state from the "get go" and modeled China's reaction to the pandemic and locked down his state, other states would have been protected from the outbreak. The Governor should have taken a page out of President Trump's playbook when he took the bold step to immediately forbid and lock down entry to the U.S. and travel from China at the onset of this terrible disease.
However, it is not too late. I suggest we close down the hot bed states IMMEDIATELY. The states of Washington, California New York, and New Jersey should be shut to entry and exit and have everyone in those states swabbed, monitored and tracked to resolve the infection. Those states can act as a template as to how to get a handle on all the other states that have outbreaks. I know the "cat is already out of the bag" because of New York's failing to grasp the severity and seriousness of the situation from the beginning but now, the Governors of each state across the country have got to step up and mobilize their own state for their residents protection. - And, that is my opinion. I suggest you look at the situation and come to your own conclusions. You decide.

FOX NEWS NETWORK VIRTUAL TOWN HALL, NOTHING NEW OFFERED. A BUST.

Right now, there is a two hour "virtual town hall" occurring on FOX NEWS television with President Trump, the Vice-President, and some of the Corona Virus task force members BUT, this appears to be nothing but a "dog and pony show."
FOX NEWS network states they had a lot of questions from the general public but instead of having the people from across the country's questions dominate the show and have their questions addressed the valuable air time is used up by the Vice-President and the task force panel to reiterate the same ol', same ol' that they have already talked about days ago. Instead of having the people across the country have their questions addressed during the program FOX NEWS lined up their same old talking heads which they have appear on their various shows each and every day. The average people across the nation who may have had questions of concern were left out of the so called "virtual town hall." The viewers were lucky if they had questions from FOUR , maybe FIVE people from across America. What a joke!
And the moderator and hosts of FOX really threw softball questions at the Vice-President, President Trump and the task force and allowed them to go on, and on, and on dodging questions. The hosts did not drill down on specific areas of concern but instead allowed the Vice-President, President and task force members to fall back on the same old talking points.
For example, questions were dodged about supplying the health professionals with needed and requested masks, gowns, tests, and ventilators. When it was suggested that New York needed 30,000 ventilators but are being shipped only 4,000 the Vice-President went back to his same song and dance about private sector companies volunteering to offer to build them and other companies volunteering to make masks and gowns, etc.--BUT, if this corona virus is like what President Trump says it is" I am a war time President and we're in a war with an invisible enemy," then I say it is time the President and administration enacted war time acts like we did during Wold War II, when we mobilized America and MANDATED that certain and specific companies build ships, planes, uniforms and military equipment for our war effort. The President, right now, could put into place the Defense Production Act and immediately order and mandate companies to manufacture and produce ventilators, masks, gowns, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals and drugs, etc., and offer new companies and start ups the loans and monies needed to begin operations of churning out this much needed equipment. By having the government commit to buying the products and guarantee orders we could have the needs met very quickly. For example, if a company says they will manufacture 40,000 ventilators if the government gives them a contact for that number and pays them for the 40,000 ventilators, the problem could be solved very quickly. The same template applies for medical masks, gowns, tests, drugs etc.--SO, GIVE NEW COMPANIES the loans and access to money and build and manufacture a product, a contract commitment to buy the product, and America can and will WIN THIS WAR. And, by the way, once the corona virus pandemic subsides keep these companies producing and selling these critical items. WE HAVE TO MAKE AND MANUFACTURE here in the United States. BRING INDUSTRY back to America's shores.
Finally, I submit that these "virtual town halls", like the one being presented by FOX NEWS today be geared and directed to the PEOPLE'S QUESTIONS. Show the average persons video question and have it addressed by the President,Vice-President or specific panel person that are there to answer questions. Let the public's questions be the dominant theme an take priority. If FOX is presenting a two hour show for questions then let the individual's question be answered. And do not allow the President, Vice-President or the person being asked the question to evade and fill valuable air time with old worn out talking points. Have them answer the question directly with short concise answers.
These hosts that moderate these town halls and interviews frequently have a habit of interrupting the guest or speaker just to get their face on camera. And in doing so they start a question and compound it with a basic lecture or dissertation leading into the question. CHRIST!, the moderators have to learn to ask the question in only a simple few words-- AND, let the person answer. The television viewing audience doesn't need to hear the moderators opinion or suppositions leading up to a question that takes 2 to 3 minutes to pose. Hey, ask the question simply and succinct and then get out of the way AND let the person answer the question.
In closing, I would submit that FOX NEWS NETWORK should conduct a "town hall" by utilizing the general public's questions more and stop this cut and paste type of news programming they currently use. - And, that's my opinion. I suggest you look at the situation and come to your own conclusions. You decide.

IT'S TIME WE SEVERED OUR TIES WITH CHINA. LAWMAKERS HAVE TO UNCOUPLE AND DISCONNECT FROM THIS HOSTILE NATION.

It is well past time to DISCONNECT and UNCOUPLE FROM our number one enemy--CHINA.
What the hell is it going to take to have the administration and Washington lawmakers stop farming out our American technology, pharmaceutical and intellectual property to China?
RIGHT NOW, we are dependent on the Chinese to provide America with 98% of our needed drugs and medications. People, can you believe that? I suggest our politicians have a Lewinsky and incestuous type relationship with China.IT HAS TO STOP!
It is no secret and a known fact that for decades China has been stealing our intellectual properties, trade secrets, aerospace and research technology. Currently China is stealing a whopping $500 BILLION dollars a year of our intellectual properties. This hostile communist country has systematically blackmailed, bribed and used espionage to acquire large, significant amounts of America's research scientists, military and business innovators technology and secrets.
They have their Chinese citizens who are working in the United States act as spies. Recently a Chinese research scientist working at Harvard University was caught stealing and leaving the United States for China with vials of materials developed here in America.
Also China utilize their telecom companies Huawei and ZTE that have been used in America and other nations around the world to spy on America and these other countries. I submit we should not be using Chinese telecom companies at all. They have their their software installed in many of our military installations and on our military equipment. That is wrong! Those acts will allow the Chinese to sabotage , spy and infect our military equipment.
Just recently, China made threats to use that same American technology and business secrets which they illegally stole from us against the United States. One current big example is the threat of withholding antibiotics, drugs and medical equipment from America and its citizens. Remember when President Trump initially imposed tariff's on China during the trade negotiations last year? China said they were going to stop manufacturing drugs which were needed in the United States. Now yesterday China threatened again to stop manufacture and shipping of drugs and medications to the United States saying: "We will let America drown in the CARONA VIRUS." Since they produce most nearly 100% of all the antibiotics and drugs we in America depend on, can you image the medical emergency and deaths that would be caused by China withholding all of the pharmaceuticals, drugs and medication needed by every man, woman and child in America? That one act alone would bring the United States to its knees overnight.
In the past few days China even turned ships around which were in route to delivering drugs, medical equipment and masks to the United States during this Corona Virus outbreak.
I submit, and suggest, it's entirely possible that China will eventually taint the drugs and medications, or dilute needed drugs and medication that are destined for the United States and refuse to ship critical parts for medical equipment, medical supplies, electronics, military software for aircraft and weapons of war. Folks, I would not put it past China to do those things. They have already made the threats to do it.
Our lawmakers in Washington have got to mandate that our pharmaceutical companies here in America make and produce our drugs and medications in our own country. Why isn't this happening? Simple, -- MONEY, paid to our politicians and lawmakers through bribes and political donations by the China lobby and the big Pharma companies. China offers the pharmaceutical companies here in America cheap labor, research and development costs to manufacture those medications in China. China does this same procedure with electronics, aerospace, military software, etc.--the list is to long to mention.
President Trump has to stop coddling big business and China and bring back manufacture, research and development to the good ol' USA. Yes, it may cost a little more to produce the drugs and medicines, research and development, military software, and earth minerals used in sensitive military aircraft , naval ships, space programs and electronics, etc., here in America but it is clearly more safe and secure, and a small price to pay to protect our innovative research and development in all of these specialized fields which is a national security concern.
President Trump and most of all the lawmakers are always saying basically--"We are the greatest nation in the world and have the best scientist and business minds in the world." We can do anything." Well, it's time to stop just mouthing those sentiments and DO IT. Make our needed products right here in America to serve Americans.
Folks, I have been shouting from the rooftops for years , to anyone who would listen that CHINA IS NOT OUR FRIEND. CHINA is our NUMBER ONE ENEMY, period. And it is not a question of IF China plans an attack on America, it is --WHEN! And when they do it will be in all likelihood in conjunction and partnership with Russia, Iran and North Korea. It will be a very aggressive and vicious attack. Remember, China has the worlds largest standing military force.
When China uses all of the research and military secrets they stole from the United States, the high tech company information that they extorted from Google, Apple, NASA, NSA, other government agencies and our institutions of higher learning in one massive sweep using Iran, and North Korea in partnership we will be in a corner trying to catch up and you can bet there will be a lot of finger pointing by these same lawmakers, greedy lobbyists and business titans saying it was somebody else that caused the problem.
Our country is behind the curve on electronics such as 5G, artificial intelligence (AI) and we have fell way short in other critical areas of innovation and development. I say it is time to really do what the well worn slogan says: "AMERICA FIRST." Let's get back to manufacturing, building and producing our products right here in America.
And, that's my opinion. I suggest you look at the situation and come to your own conclusions. You decide.

CORONAVIRUS NURSING HOME DEATHS IN WASHINGTON STATE.

LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
The coronavirus is here: Two Scenarios folks: There is a report of nine deaths in the state of Washington so far. The virus hit a nursing home in the King County area accounting for many of the corona virus illnesses. I would suggest that the CDC and local Health Department do due diligence while tracing the origin of the virus and closely check the the status of the employees working at the facility who are of foreign descent and/or illegal.
It is no secret and a common practice of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, etc. to hire illegal workers, usually from Asian and Pacific Rim countries. And it has been reported over the years that these low paid workers in these facilities make many mistakes and do not follow health department protocols. I would venture to say that there is a probability that the corona virus in the nursing home originated in this manner.
The CDC and Health department should check carefully, the nursing home employees relatives and family members at their residences. They should verify if any family members of any foreign/illegal employees have been out of the United States recently. If so, chances are if those family members were visiting another country they may have contracted the coronavirus and then passed it on to the employee,who then went to work and exposed the frail patients being cared for to the deadly virus.
Scenario Number Two: Check and trace the status of any family visitors of the patients who are foreign born, or holds illegal status. There is the possibility that the family member who might be infected with the virus visited the patient and exposed the patient to the virus. I submit it is worth the effort by the CDC and Health Department so they can either in or out the virus origin transmission.
And, that is my opinion. I suggest you consider and come to your own conclusions. You decide.
