Dumb Kids? You Bet! Folks, nearly one-fourth of the students who attempt to join the military., (i.e.) U.S. Army, to name one branch of military service, fail the entrance exam. That's sad.
The study worries all military leaders and many in the administration as well as our leaders in the education field. U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan said: "I'm deeply troubled by the national security burden created by America's under performing education system."
Look at these staggering stats: Between 2004 and 2009, nearly 23 percent of 17 to 20- year old's failed to get the "minimum" score needed to join the military. These aptitude tests are very, very easy people, and yet the students can't comprehend them. If you can't get the people you need to serve in the military, there is a great potential for a decline in the military readiness.
Questions on these aptitude test are very basic, such as:
"If 2 plus X equals 4, what is the value of X?"
(A) 6 (B) 2 (C) 4 (D) 1/2
Or,- -
" Dana receives $30 for her birthday and $15 dollars for cleaning the garage. If she spends $16. on a CD, how much money does she have left?"
(A) $29. (B) $27. (C) $24. (D)$12.

In addition Pentagon data shows that a whopping 75% of those 17 to 24-years old don't even qualify to take the test because they are physically unfit, have a criminal record or didn't graduate high school.
It's really unbelievable that we allow these uneducated students to walk across the stage and receive a diploma and graduate.Students with such a low education and who are low performing students don't deserve a diploma because they haven't earned it. So, why does the teachers, the school and education administrators pass the student forward and allow them to graduate?
When these students apply for the military and take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery exam they only have to score at least a (31) out of (99) on the first stage of the three hour test to get into the U.S. Army, and people, they are failing. Can you believe it?
I would suggest that one reason for the low performing student is that the teachers and educators "kick the can" down the road. They take the position: "the students low performing scores doesn't really matter because they will straighten out when they join the military."
Whether the trooper is a soldier, sailor or marine who is dragging a backpack around from hill to hill or sitting in a high tech science or research center that person should be well-educated and that's clearly not happening.
I have always said we have been dumbing down our kids from decade to decade. One of the biggest reasons for the dumb down is because of the quality of teachers that have been graduating and put into the education system. It's apparent that when you have a teacher that is less educated that those that went before them they are going to teach our children at a sub-standard level because that is all they know and that problem has been occurring and becomes worse with every decade.
There are numerous reasons for the bad education of our children. I mention only one or two in this writing but they are legion. Another I could reference is that instead of the educators sticking to the basics like the three (R's),(reading, writing and arithmetic), they go off on a rampage offering frivolous subject matter that is clearly irrelevant to a good education. That has been happening over the years more and more. The problem perpetuates itself. It's like the blind leading the blind. What result do you get? A poorly educated teacher turns out a poorly educated student who then becomes another poorly educated teacher.
All said and done who's to blame for the uneducated students who can't pass a simple aptitude test? Your choice is as good as mine.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Public Employee Pensions Are Bankrupting the Country

Public Employee Retirement Systems are bankrupting cities and state across this nation but lawmakers continue to refuse to correct the problem. For years now Governors and legislators have said that the problem should be addressed but they fail to cut the mushrooming cost of state and local public employee pensions.
Most of these lawmakers say cuts should be made but they continue to pander to the powerful Public Employee Unions and kick the can down the road. Why? One good reason is because judges, lawmakers, local boards, councils and commissions and Governors and Attorney Generals are generally covered by the same pension plan. Folks,my view is that there is a very big CONFLICT OF INTEREST here when it come to lawmakers revising a pension plan that pertains to themselves.
All of the people working in the private sector have to make their voices heard "loud and clear." The people holding jobs in the private sector have to depend on a 401(k) for their retirement and/or pension plan. These Public Employees should be held to the same standard and the same retirement benefits as Main Street Joe Doe instead of allowing them to retire on as much as 75% of their highest pay.
Let's look at this example: According to the Segal company, a consulting company out of Chicago doing a study on the difference between Public and Private Sector pay said:- - that when a person retires on Social Security out of the private sector at 66 or 67 years that person can expect a benefit of 25 percent to 40 percent of their highest salary. If the person made $30,000 a year they would in all likelihood receive 40 percent as benefits. If the salary was $90,000 a year that person could expect to receive only 25 percent of their highest salary in benefits.
However, Public Employees receive up to 75 percent of their highest salary, (i.e.), if the person made $100,000.00 a year and retired after 30 years their pension would be a whopping $75,000 a year. That's just plain WRONG!
The lawmakers in every city, county and state have to say enough is enough and either renegotiate these obscene benefit packages with the Public Employee unions or FIRE them and start over with new employees and a new reasonable and fair salary scale "without" all of the bonuses, free health care for the employee and their family members,without guaranteed "cost of living" (COLA's) which ranges from 4 to 14 percent in some cities, counties and states and over generous step increases. Don't just negotiate the cut for a few years,private sector workers doesn't receive these benefits. Stop those excessive benefits for GOOD.
Let these Public Employees work for a salary like everyone else. Offer the fair salary on hire and ONLY a (401(k))retirement plan. That would allow the public employee to know exactly what the pay is and what it will be, period! That is how it is done in the private sector so why not in the public sector.
I predict that if some of these lawmakers across the country did fire the Public Employees and began from square one there would be a line out the door with people wanting the job. There is no shortage of applicants. Anytime a city, county or state government hires, fireman, policeman, etc., there are thousands of applicants for only a few positions. My question? What is the lawmakers waiting on? Have these unions cut back on the lucrative wages, benefits and pensions or FIRE them.
The states are spending money like a drunken sailor and money that they do not have just to keep this idiotic perpetual money stream going to all of these Public Employees. The sad part is that the Public Employees salaries, bonuses, COLA's free health care for the employee and his/her family is being subsidized by the private sector worker who does not have these same benefits and who has to pay for their own health care. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Nanny Govt. Interference: Telling Us What's Good For Us

LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Nanny Government strikes again. Mrs. Obama along with the Obama do-goodies are trying to tell everyone what is good for them and are saying they are going to take care of our health and welfare. Obama goes on to say - -"he's doing what is right for our children." That's a cop out. It's an excuse to pass a measure that grabs more power for governmental control. Obama family, I would suggest:" The parents know what's right for their children," not the President, the first lady or the government.
It wasn't too long ago that the actions by Mrs. Obama and her views as to what's good for a child resulted in the city of San Francisco banning toys in fast food meals. Their theory - -stop the child from seeing and receiving a toy and that will stop the child from wanting to eat a small hamburger or chicken fingers during the family outing.
President Obama signed a bill into law last Monday that he says will combat childhood obesity and the law allows him and his government to decide what foods are "greasy" and what food has "extra calories". Obama's plan is to take over control of all of the food that is served in schools and what food products are sold on school grounds, including in vending machines and at fundraisers. The law gives the government the power to decide what kind of foods will be served in every school across the land.
Interference by the government should not extend to an individuals right to choose and make informed decisions. Telling a person what they can or cannot eat and drink does just that. There should be limits on government and the government should have limited power, NOT UNLIMITED power. Power corrupts people. It should be a parental decision as to what their child eats. Where are the parents outrage.? Do the parents really want the government to raise their kids for them? Does the parents want to let the government usurp their role in raising their children?
I submit that if a parent decides that their child is eating too many, fries, burgers, sweets, sodas, etc., it is their job to advise their child to cut back and it is their job to deny the child the food that they believe is harmful to that child.
At this point in time the government is basically telling corporations like
McDonalds, Wendy's Jack-In-The Box and others, including restaurants, what foods they can and cannot sell in their stores and how that food is to be prepared. The government is also telling soft drink manufacturers that their product are a danger to children when in reality, they are not.
The irony is that these same fat cat politicians and lawmakers were brought up on the same foods and drinks they are restricting and banning. They ate the fries, the burgers,and drank the sodas and they turned out to be contributing members of society. Yet, these same hypocrites want to tell the parents of today that everything they themselves had access to and indulged in is now "bad" for the parent and their children. Are you kidding me? Political correctness run amok.
People, the danger IS excessive eating and/or drinking. When anyone, whether a child or adult eats two or three burgers, or three or four packs of fries or two or three 72 oz cartons of soda at one sitting, THAT - - is the problem. It's not the one child's meal at fast food or adult burger and the one pack of fries or one soda. The key is "moderation", nothing more. Plus, exercise at school. Whatever happened to recess and physical education in the schools. Let the kids work off the calories through those programs.
This 4.5 billion dollar measure also increases federal reimbursement for free school lunches because many schools across the country say they cannot afford to give free lunches to children. These free give-a-ways are unwarranted.
This measure on nutrition allows schools to provide not only free lunches, but after school snacks and dinner. What? It's now the job of the government to feed all the children in the country by providing "free" lunch and dinner? Once again, where's the parents? The parents can't fix a nutritious meal for their children after school? And, believe it or not, there are some in Congress now that wants to extend the free lunches, the free after school meals to the week-ends.They actually want to feed the children on the week-ends when they are not even in school. What a joke.
If these programs were only for a needy child that could prove that their parents cannot afford to fix a lunch, that's fine but once one child gets a free meal, every parent that has a child in school wants their child to receive a free meal also. It never ends. And to extend these free meals to after school dinners - why? Free lunch and dinner on the week-ends - why? Where does it end?
As it stands now we taxpayers are subsidizing parents that are working and earning a living wage and we are paying for their child to each free, lunches,after school dinners and week-ends feedings.
My view,- a free lunch for those children up through elementary school grades that can provide paperwork to show that their parents are unemployed and have no funds to provide a lunch for their child/children.That's it!
For those parents that are working it is their duty and obligation to house and feed their children.It is not the government or the taxpayers job to provide free meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner, (seven days a week) for "all" of the Junior High or High School children in this country. These freebie social "I'll look out after you" programs have to end. And, -that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

DREAM ACT- Backdoor Amnesty

Congress is attempting to pass the DREAM Act that would allow children that came to this country illegally to gain citizenship. "Have a little compassion," Rep. Eliot Engel, D-NY, said, directing his remarks to the Republicans: "These children came here. They didn't decide to come here. They know no other country. Some of them don't even know the language of the country in which they were born and they have a right as free Americans.
Come on! That's a back door to amnesty. A lot of those children are old enough to know they came here illegally,and I would venture to say they wanted to come here illegally. As to the lawmakers remark that many of the children don't speak their native tongue, I take issue with that. Most of the parents that brought these children here only spoke Spanish and brought the child up to speak Spanish. That is the only way the parents communicated with their child. And to this day, many of the parents still refuse to talk English creating a shadow ethnic class to separate themselves from the American way.
Until the government gets its act together and really and truly secures our Southern Border and can assure the people of this nation that they know who is entering and leaving this country on a daily basis there should be no sort of immigration reform whatsoever.
President Reagan gave amnesty to millions of illegal aliens a few decades ago. He and the administration told the American people that it was a one time solution to the illegal alien problem.The lawmakers said that if amnesty was given we would secure our borders from any further illegal immigration. That was a total Lie! Instead, that act of amnesty opened the flood gates and millions of illegal aliens invaded the United States hoping for another amnesty program and the illegal alien population and their relatives in this country have been pushing for the second amnesty program. That's wrong.
My view, if a person wants to come to America and contribute they should do like all other immigrants from around the world. The illegal alien should file the proper paperwork, stand in line, take all of the examinations required for citizenship, speak , read and write the English language and then become a citizen.
I personally have no objections to anyone wanting to reside in America,provided they abide by the law and do it the right way. If they follow the proper immigration procedure they deserve to become a citizen and they deserve to earn the privilege to work and reside in this country. Any other way would be a travesty and would be a slap in the face of the American people and to all of those people who are currently standing in line and jumping through the hoops of the immigration maze to live the American dream.
This DREAM ACT grants legal status to criminal aliens and it will create a safe haven for illegal aliens who face deportation and it should be noted that this vague, poorly written act "does not" require the completion of a college degree or military service as a condition of amnesty. People, this bill is an "AMNESTY BILL" basically because it provides every possible benefit, including citizenship to all of those illegal aliens currently in this country.
Bottom line! Lawmakers, CONGRESS - - No,. DREAM ACT. No AMNESTY in any way, shape or form. And,-that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Greedy Airlines Making Billions On Baggage Fees

The airlines are making billions by dinging the flying public.Extra fees by any large corporation is just a rip off and a way for the corporation to boost their bottom line but the airlines are just a bunch of greedy titans.
The extra baggage fees for the airlines is great for them. They made 2 billion dollars in these outrageous baggage fees this year. In fact, they made 20% more this year than they did last year.
Delta airlines is one of the largest beneficiaries of this greed but most other major airlines are also realizing the gains from this baggage fee bonanza.
The airlines are always finding ways to squeeze out another dollar from each passenger but they continue to cut back on benefits for the air traveler. In addition the billions they are making from just the baggage fees they insist on charging for food, snacks, pillows, blankets,beverages,seating preference and God knows what all - - and they are still looking for additional venues to impose another fee.
Billions a year from the baggage fees, more billions from the food, snacks, beverages, pillows, etc., and that adds up too over the top profits for these airlines. I'm not even going to mention the price of the tickets because most of us already know how we are being ripped off by the ever changing prices that are calculated on an hourly basis, if not minute to minute.
Oh! Almost forgot. Don't forget those extra fees the airlines are making for any reservation changes and such things as children fees and the over-weight passenger fees, just to name a few. Folks, the flying public is being screwed day in and day out while the airlines cry poverty and continually ask for government help and bailouts.

The airlines are making billions by dinging the flying public.Extra fees by any large corporation is just a rip off and a way for the corporation to boost their bottom line but the airlines are just a bunch of greedy titans.
The extra baggage fees for the airlines is great for them. They made 2 billion dollars in these outrageous baggage fees this year. In fact, they made 20% more this year than they did last year.
Delta airlines is one of the largest beneficiaries of this greed but most other major airlines are also realizing the gains from this baggage fee bonanza.
The airlines are always finding ways to squeeze out another dollar from each passenger but they continue to cut back on benefits for the air traveler. In addition the billions they are making from just the baggage fees they insist on charging for food, snacks, pillows, blankets,beverages,seating preference and God knows what all - - and they are still looking for additional venues to impose another fee.
Billions a year from the baggage fees, more billions from the food, snacks, beverages, pillows, etc., and that adds up too over the top profits for these airlines. I'm not even going to mention the price of the tickets because most of us already know how we are being ripped off by the ever changing prices that are calculated on an hourly basis, if not minute to minute.
Oh! Almost forgot. Don't forget those extra fees the airlines are making for any reservation changes and such things as children fees and the over-weight passenger fees, just to name a few. Folks, the flying public is being screwed day in and day out while the airlines cry poverty and continually ask for government help and bailouts.

Govt. Pays Another Class of People For Doing Nothing: With Our Tax Money

LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Congress and Obama did it again-- providing a welfare state and a new class of people. They extended unemployment benefits for another whopping 13 months. Folks,most of these unemployed have been on the dole now for over two years. Each person collecting hundreds of dollars a week and these idiots in the administration and Congress dinged us working individuals again, -- to the tune of $57 million dollars for the 13 months. And, they do this at the time the country is racking up debt on debt.
True story: Recently, a friend of mine got a job for one of these unemployed persons on two different occasions.How did the unemployed person react? He quit both jobs after a few days on each and told my friend that the jobs only paid fifty ($50.00) more a week than the unemployment benefits he had been collecting and because of that it wasn't worth it to him to work the jobs when he could just stand in line and receive about the same amount of money.
This unemployed guy is no exception. I'm told that there are a lot of those that are collecting unemployment and feel the same, and do the same thing.
Since the recession started our lawmakers in Washington has extended the unemployment benefits,-- get this - -EIGHT TIMES. What do our Congress people say to rationalize this money grab. They go on television and say this is not the time to stop unemployment benefits because it is "around the holidays." Well, when is the time? In the summer these politicians will say, "the unemployed need a vacation with their families so let's not stop the benefits." When this round of benefits expire in 13 months it will be during the the holiday season again and you can bet the Congress, Reid, Pelosi and Obama will again say, "it's the holiday's and the wrong time to stop unemployment benefits.
Obama and his staff also said that extending the unemployment benefits for another year and one month "will create tens of thousands of new jobs." Are they kidding? How can paying people not to work create new jobs? Talk about a shell game - -this boondoggle scheme is it. People not working for two and three years is a drag on employment and yet, Obama and the administration try to sell the working people a bag of goods that has nothing in it.
Right now, we have this administration:
1. Paying million of people "Welfare benefits". Many of those welfare dollars are going to illegals and individuals who out and out lie on welfare applications in order to collect the welfare benefits.
2.There is this second class of freeloading people who claim to have been out of work for over two years and now they have over another year of benefits to look forward to. I've said it before and I'll say it again. When a person becomes unemployed they should be paid benefits (like it used to be years ago), 13 weeks of unemployment and ONE extension of another 13 weeks. That's it! I submit that anyone could find some type of job in 6 MONTHS. Come on.
Many of these unemployed people do not want to accept a job for less than they were making so they refuse to take any type of employment. Jobs are out there- for example, Wal-Mart,, fast food, restaurants, and many other venues. But these lazy individuals would rather sit home and take a free check once a week.
Believe it or not, from my research-- the longer a person is unemployed and is being subsidized by a government agency and/or family members, that unemployed person lacks the will to go out and take a job.
Basically, the government is enabling these unemployed and providing them a reason not to seek employment. The government has built another class of people in this nation and now those people look forward to receiving an unemployment check weekly and feel they are entitled to that check week after week.
My solution. Stop this crazy, bizarre give-a-way. Stop the unemployment extensions. When these people say they cannot find a job and actually know that they cannot stand in line and receive a free check (for doing nothing) they will go to work. If they have to eat and survive they will find some type of job or go to family members. If they do depend on family how long do you think their family members will put up with their sponging. Not long! The family will insist that they take some type of employment and, rightly so. Everyone has to contribute to society and the alleged "can't find a job people" will work when they have to face reality.
It's sad that our lawmakers continue to give particular groups a free pass. This nonsense once started, will go on and on. Once the program is started it gets a life of it's own and never dies. My view, enough is enough.
The one's paying the price here are all of the hard working people that are employed and having to carry these lazy people on their tab. I've seen single mom's and dads working in small restaurants, gas stations and 7-11's, making minimum wage just so they can support and provide for their kids. Obama and Lawmakers Wasting Billions On Drug Addicted, Illiterate Afghan's

LAS VEGAS-Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
We Americans are suffering here at home while this administration is spending billions of dollars in Afghanistan. People, lets just take one area and analyze it. "The Afghanistan police training." Fact, to date, the USA has spent ($7 Billion Dollars) to train the Afghans. Let me tell you about the Afghan people and those training to be police officers. Afghans-(98 percent) of the people are addicted to drugs and use drugs on a daily basis. A whopping (95 percent) of the Afghan's in police training are "illiterate", they cannot either read nor write. The United States has also spent (1 Billion dollars)to outside contractors to help train these Afghan's for police work.
These illiterate, drug addicted Afghans who are training to be police just yesterday, slaughtered SIX American soldiers. There is a high rate of attrition in the Afghan police security forces. Some sign up and stay for only one day and then go AWOL and join the insurgents. Some Afghan's enroll in the police security force just so they can kill American soldiers.
Folks, Obama and his cohorts are throwing good money after bad. My view is that you cannot make these people "literate". They have been illiterate for CENTURIES.
Further, I predict it would take 75 to 100 years to even get to the point where anyone or any nation could instill literacy in these ignorant, back country tribesmen and the Afghan people as a whole. Also, lets not forget the task of trying to have 98% of the Afghan population weened off of drugs. Can't happen! Won't Happen!
Can you imagine what $7 billion dollars could do here in the good ol' USA? In addition to this wasteful spending of the billions of dollars on these drug addicted and stupid uneducated police recruits, Obama is dumping billions and billions of dollars more into building Afghanistan's roads, schools,(that's a laugh) electric grids, water supplies and infrastructure while setting up a puppet government.
When is enough, enough? Where is the protests, the marching in the streets, like there was during Vietnam?
The United States is sinking in debt, our own infrastructure is in shambles with bridges and water mains bursting and causing havoc in most major American cities. Our power grids are obsolete and we experience power outages on a regular basis. But, hey! No worry - - Obama and our lawmakers would rather spend our tax dollars on countries that are useless and does not contribute anything to the United States in any way shape or form.
What is needed is a government and lawmakers with backbone to stand up and say: Bring our troops home, stop spending the billions to have hundreds of thousands of troops inserted into another country.Do you remember Obama's promise? "I'll bring the troops home?" Lie! In fact, he's said that he is going to keep troops in Afghanistan for years to come.
My view,we need a president that is going to bring troops home and not talk out of both sides of their mouth. Bringing military home wouldn't be a difficult thing to do. Say it! I'm bringing the military home and DO IT! The Russians left Afghanistan in a few weeks after they made the decision to leave that country.We could do the same.
I predict that if all of our military in Afghanistan and Iraq would be brought home "NOW" and the war machine shut down, the saving we would realize from that move alone could replenish our treasury, cut our debt obligations drastically, finance our own infrastructure repairs, put tens of thousands of returning military into jobs here at home while employing millions of civilians in the private sector.-And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Body Scans,Pat Downs? Sexual Assault? Could Be! Read About Lois's Treatment

I was asked to respond to the controversy surrounding the TSA and it's enhanced security measures. Yes, I believe they are very intrusive and further believe that if they are challenged in court they will be found to be unconstitutional.
FIRST, lets talk about PAT DOWNS: Some of my objections to these new measure are that the aggressive pat downs by TSA personnel violates one's privacy rights. I am not a lawyer but in my opinion I would submit that if any other person other than these TSA government employee's put their hands on another person as these employees are currently doing they would immediately be arrested for but not limited to such things as: physical assault, battery, sexual assault, sexual perversion, and the list could go on, and on.
No prudent married man would want anyone groping, touching and feeling his wife or his daughter or son in this gross, inappropriate manner. And that goes for President Obama. Oh, by the way,because of the recent complaints the incompetent Director of Homeland Security said that "children under 12 years old" will also be exempt from pat downs. Oh, Boy! Really? What about the 13 year old through 18 years old? Don't they deserve not to be felt up by strangers? Let's even go one further-what about those 18 year old through 30's something?
A SIDE NOTE:TSA just exempted airline pilots in uniform and those pilots who are off duty traveling on airline business from any pat downs and body scans. You can bet that all of those pilots out of uniform who are going to fly are going to claim they are on airline business.Also exempt--CONGRESS and the Washington LAWMAKERS. These idiots make laws that we have to abide by each and every day but they most always exempt themselves from these same laws. They refuse to abide by the laws they make for United States residents over and over again.
Why should Congress be treated differently than some 13 year old flying passenger? Based on the track record of some of these Congress people some have proven to be cheats, liars and corrupt individuals yet they cloak themselves in immunity from scrutiny while at the same time implying that the young child or senior citizen cannot be trusted. That is hypocrisy in its highest form.
EXAMPLE-CITE: House Republican Leader, John Boehner who recently had occasion to fly was permitted to bypass both the "body Scan and the aggressive pat down." The TSA employees walked him around both security measures. Fair? No Way! But it is happening everyday. Politicians,lawmakers and alleged movers and shakers in this country fail to abide by the laws they impose on everyone else.
Here's a story to consider: Lets look at one recent case of TSA patting down a flying traveler. Let's call the lady LOIS. At the airport Lois went through the body scanner and the TSA agent saw something he/she could not understand so Lois was told to submit to a pat down. She was taken to a secluded area and was patted down with the "aggressive techniques." The agent ran her hands up the woman's legs, between her crotch and around her private areas. The agent then ran their hands around Lois's breasts and felt something. Lois told the TSA agent that she had breast surgery and that she wore a prosthetic. The agent told her to take off her blouse, Lois complied and removed the blouse. Again, Lois said that she was wearing a prosthetic because of the breast surgery. The TSA agent still was not satisfied and told Lois to remove the prosthetic. Lois was surprised at the request but was also frightened following the very intrusive pat down and again, complied with the TSA agents instructions.
My thoughts regarding Lois - - this TSA federal employee clearly over stepped his/her bounds. This agents need to exert what little power they possess to show they can do what they want is ridiculous. No one was there to supervise the agent or tell that agent not to do what they did. There was no video monitoring anywhere in the room so that what I would describe as -(assault, both physical and mental)could be documented for Lois's protection.
Here's one thought: The government has dogs that can sniff out, drugs, weapons, chemicals and liquids, etc. - - There are also dogs that are trained and being used here in the United States to sniff out various diseases that a person may have. Dogs have been used to detect such things as diabetes, kidney disease, cancer(s) (i.e.) prostate. There is a dog that can sniff anyone or anything for most items,products and chemicals on the market today. Using the dogs and the present technology to scan for explosives, weapons and chemicals there should be no reason to institute these high risk body scans or aggressive pat downs on people. I submit that with the metal detector walk through by travelers, the scans of the carry on baggage and checked luggage,and use of dogs for the various liquids, chemicals, powders, etc., that should suffice. Naturally, if a person looks suspicious or fits a profile they should be asked to go to another area and be interviewed more thoroughly.
Suggestion: If these invasive, aggressive body pat downs continue they should only be made by: a medical doctor or physicians assistant. The only other persons that should be able to touch another persons body or feel and touch in and around an individuals private parts is a health professional in the privacy of an examination room. That is how it has been since the beginning of time and that relationship should still be held inviolate. I would say that any reasonable person only trusts themselves and a doctor to feel, touch, probe, their body parts and/or their family members body.
SECOND:- Lets talk about the intrusive Body Scans: Are they radiation driven? Yes, they are. Should people be exposed to radiation? My opinion, No! Folks, one CAT scan, only ONE,is equivalent to THIRTY (30) dental x-rays. Radiation builds up in one's body.Radiation causes cancer just to mention one disease let alone all the other possible side effects radiation may incur on one's body. Again, my opinion is that radiation "kills!" People, there have been controversial studies that even the slight radiation from one's cell phone may be very detrimental to a person's body and health. It has even been suggested that the small amounts of radiation from that cell phone use may even cause cancer of the brain to some extent.
The Director of Home Land Security and the government lapdogs that have an agenda tell us citizens that the amount of radiation given off by these super body scanners is very low dose and does not harm the body of the traveler. Do you trust governments reports and believe everything the government tells you?
In the past the government told us there was no dangerous arsenic, mercury, pesticides and other chemical levels in the water we drink.Guess what, the pollutants in the water are changing male fish and frogs into the female gender even changing their genitalia They have told us that certain medications were not harmful to us yet look at the medications constantly being pulled off of the market on a daily basis for killing people.
Reports,promises and assurances put out by the government in most every area of life often have proven to be false, misleading and outright lies. So, my question: If the government has been predisposed to put out false and misleading or inaccurate information in the past what makes you believe that any new reports or pronouncements by government officials will be reliable and honest?
There have been instances where the government have had their experts change official reports to fit their political agenda (i.e)for one, climate change. There are numerous other examples where government reports have been skewed or altered, especially in the scientific field of study.
Do I trust what the Director of Homeland Security tells me about the radiation scanners? Personally, No! Can you image a business man or woman who has to fly each and every day because of their employment and these people going through these super body scanners at least twice a day, too and from work, five or six days a week? What will be the long term effects of that radiation exposure on those business travelers? Can the government tell you with "medical certainty" that long exposure to the radiation from the body scans will not harm you? I doubt it!
While you're thinking about that I want you to remember that no airline pilot will have to be concerned about those health risks and our lawmakers in Washington, D.C. also exempted themselves from any health dangers.
Obama says that he understands the furor over the screenings and said he relies on the advice of his counter terrorism team to advise him as to when he can alter or change the intrusive procedures. That's nice. He doesn't have to expose himself or his daughters or spouse to these humiliating and intimidating security checks so he really has no understanding of the situation. I would suggest that his counter terrorism team and his advisor' s want to look good in his eyes so they feed him misinformation to justify their position and employment.
Fact is, at what point do these rubber gloved strangers stop harassing the disabled in wheelchairs, the elderly and the young fresh-faced high school and college kids and use common sense and competent judgment when it come to choosing who might be a clear and present danger and whom to search. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a reasonable evaluation that an 80 year old senior citizen in a wheelchair or a high school or college student wearing flip flops and shorts is not a mass murderer or bomber. A SIDE NOTE:TSA just exempted airline pilots in uniform and those pilots who are off duty traveling on airline business from any pat downs and body scans. You can bet that all of those pilots out of uniform who are going to fly are going to claim they are on airline business.Also exempt--CONGRESS and the Washington LAWMAKERS. These idiots make laws that we have to abide by each and every day but they most always exempt themselves from these same laws. They refuse to abide by the laws they make for United States residents over and over again.
Why should Congress be treated differently than some 13 year old flying passenger? Based on the track record of some of these Congress people some have proven to be cheats, liars and corrupt individuals yet they cloak themselves in immunity from scrutiny while at the same time implying that the young child or senior citizen cannot be trusted. That is hypocrisy in its highest form.
EXAMPLE-CITE: House Republican Leader, John Boehner who recently had occasion to fly was permitted to bypass both the "body Scan and the aggressive pat down." The TSA employees walked him around both security measures. Fair? No Way! But it is happening everyday. Politicians,lawmakers and alleged movers and shakers in this country fail to abide by the laws they impose on everyone else.
Here's a story to consider: Lets look at one recent case of TSA patting down a flying traveler. Let's call the lady LOIS. At the airport Lois went through the body scanner and the TSA agent saw something he/she could not understand so Lois was told to submit to a pat down. She was taken to a secluded area and was patted down with the "aggressive techniques." The agent ran her hands up the woman's legs, between her crotch and around her private areas. The agent then ran their hands around Lois's breasts and felt something. Lois told the TSA agent that she had breast surgery and that she wore a prosthetic. The agent told her to take off her blouse, Lois complied and removed the blouse. Again, Lois said that she was wearing a prosthetic because of the breast surgery. The TSA agent still was not satisfied and told Lois to remove the prosthetic. Lois was surprised at the request but was also frightened following the very intrusive pat down and again, complied with the TSA agents instructions.
My thoughts regarding Lois - - this TSA federal employee clearly over stepped his/her bounds. This agents need to exert what little power they possess to show they can do what they want is ridiculous. No one was there to supervise the agent or tell that agent not to do what they did. There was no video monitoring anywhere in the room so that what I would describe as -(assault, both physical and mental)could be documented for Lois's protection.
Here's one thought: The government has dogs that can sniff out, drugs, weapons, chemicals and liquids, etc. - - There are also dogs that are trained and being used here in the United States to sniff out various diseases that a person may have. Dogs have been used to detect such things as diabetes, kidney disease, cancer(s) (i.e.) prostate. There is a dog that can sniff anyone or anything for most items,products and chemicals on the market today. Using the dogs and the present technology to scan for explosives, weapons and chemicals there should be no reason to institute these high risk body scans or aggressive pat downs on people. I submit that with the metal detector walk through by travelers, the scans of the carry on baggage and checked luggage,and use of dogs for the various liquids, chemicals, powders, etc., that should suffice. Naturally, if a person looks suspicious or fits a profile they should be asked to go to another area and be interviewed more thoroughly.
Suggestion: If these invasive, aggressive body pat downs continue they should only be made by: a medical doctor or physicians assistant. The only other persons that should be able to touch another persons body or feel and touch in and around an individuals private parts is a health professional in the privacy of an examination room. That is how it has been since the beginning of time and that relationship should still be held inviolate. I would say that any reasonable person only trusts themselves and a doctor to feel, touch, probe, their body parts and/or their family members body.
SECOND:- Lets talk about the intrusive Body Scans: Are they radiation driven? Yes, they are. Should people be exposed to radiation? My opinion, No! Folks, one CAT scan, only ONE,is equivalent to THIRTY (30) dental x-rays. Radiation builds up in one's body.Radiation causes cancer just to mention one disease let alone all the other possible side effects radiation may incur on one's body. Again, my opinion is that radiation "kills!" People, there have been controversial studies that even the slight radiation from one's cell phone may be very detrimental to a person's body and health. It has even been suggested that the small amounts of radiation from that cell phone use may even cause cancer of the brain to some extent.
The Director of Home Land Security and the government lapdogs that have an agenda tell us citizens that the amount of radiation given off by these super body scanners is very low dose and does not harm the body of the traveler. Do you trust governments reports and believe everything the government tells you?
In the past the government told us there was no dangerous arsenic, mercury, pesticides and other chemical levels in the water we drink.Guess what, the pollutants in the water are changing male fish and frogs into the female gender even changing their genitalia They have told us that certain medications were not harmful to us yet look at the medications constantly being pulled off of the market on a daily basis for killing people.
Reports,promises and assurances put out by the government in most every area of life often have proven to be false, misleading and outright lies. So, my question: If the government has been predisposed to put out false and misleading or inaccurate information in the past what makes you believe that any new reports or pronouncements by government officials will be reliable and honest?
There have been instances where the government have had their experts change official reports to fit their political agenda (i.e)for one, climate change. There are numerous other examples where government reports have been skewed or altered, especially in the scientific field of study.
Do I trust what the Director of Homeland Security tells me about the radiation scanners? Personally, No! Can you image a business man or woman who has to fly each and every day because of their employment and these people going through these super body scanners at least twice a day, too and from work, five or six days a week? What will be the long term effects of that radiation exposure on those business travelers? Can the government tell you with "medical certainty" that long exposure to the radiation from the body scans will not harm you? I doubt it!
While you're thinking about that I want you to remember that no airline pilot will have to be concerned about those health risks and our lawmakers in Washington, D.C. also exempted themselves from any health dangers.
Obama says that he understands the furor over the screenings and said he relies on the advice of his counter terrorism team to advise him as to when he can alter or change the intrusive procedures. That's nice. He doesn't have to expose himself or his daughters or spouse to these humiliating and intimidating security checks so he really has no understanding of the situation. I would suggest that his counter terrorism team and his advisor' s want to look good in his eyes so they feed him misinformation to justify their position and employment.
Fact is, at what point do these rubber gloved strangers stop harassing the disabled in wheelchairs, the elderly and the young fresh-faced high school and college kids and use common sense and competent judgment when it come to choosing who might be a clear and present danger and whom to search. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a reasonable evaluation that an 80 year old senior citizen in a wheelchair or a high school or college student wearing flip flops and shorts is not a mass murderer or bomber. Charles Rangel:Avoids Prison-Wesley Snipes Goes To Prison: Justice Isn't Served

Lawmaker Charles Rangel,D-NY apologizes and pleads for mercy.The Ethics Committee only censured him. Wow! That's it?
Here's a man that skipped out on his taxes and failed to pay them for 17 YEARS. And this guy worked the tax Ways and Means committees in Washington D.C. for years yet he claims ignorance of the tax laws.
Rangel blubbers before the committee and pleads for mercy telling them he is not a corrupt politician but I submit that anyone that fails to pay their taxes for 17 years is a corrupt person. He shortchanged the IRS on rental income from a villa in the Dominican Republic and he also solicited donors for the Charles B. Rangel Center at City College, New York. Corrupt! You bet.
A 20 term politician like Rangel makes a good case for "term limits." These lawmakers go to Washington and most all fall into the deep, dark hole of corruption. If the lawmakers only had two terms that wouldn't allow them to become entrenched in the slime and sleaze that is prevalent in Washington.Changing politicians after two terms would bring new blood into the mix and allow Congress to move forward instead of constant gridlock.
My feeling is that when these Washington lawmakers commit a crime they should be punished and Rangel should have been expelled and sent to prison.
If you or I, or any person other than a member of Congress failed to pay our taxes for even ONE year the IRS would be all over us.They would seize and freeze bank accounts, salaries, and any assets until they got their money. It happens everyday across this country. BUT, a Washington lawmaker, a member of Congress - - guess what? A free pass.
A related case: Just reported by the (Associated Press) - Movie actor Wesley Snipes is ordered to surrender in his tax case. A federal judge said "time has come for the judgment to be enforced." Snipes was sentenced to spend (three years) in prison. The actor remained out of prison while appealing his conviction. Now he has to do the time. The 48 year old star was convicted in 2008 on three misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file his income tax returns. He was acquitted of two more serious felony charges.
So,let's recap: Snipes gets 3 years in prison for three misdemeanor counts of failure to file his income taxes and Rangle, a pampered politician, who failed be honest on his tax forms and lied to the IRS to evade taxes for SEVENTEEN YEARS skates away clean.
Snipes deserves to go to jail for his crimes. Rightly so. But, this corrupt lawmaker Rangle should have to abide by the same laws as the rest of us in the United States and he should have to spend time in prison also. And, if justice was fair, he would be sentenced to many more years in prison than Snipes.
It makes one wonder: If this guy has been failing to pay his taxes for SEVENTEEN YEARS and using monies to promote his own image and stature with his name on buildings, what else has he done that was possibly illegal while being a lawmaker for over 50 years?

Legalize Marijuana- Make Billions In Tax Revenue-Stop Drug Cartels

Recently federal investigators seized 20 tons of marijuana in San Diego, California. This is nothing new. This same scenario is being played out across this country each and every day. We taxpayers are subsidizing law enforcement, ICE, DEA, and the judicial system to the tune of billions of dollars a year fighting "illegal drugs." We have been and are losing the drug war. People, we are throwing goods money after bad. Those billions of dollars we are spending each year to fight this losing war should and could be used to bolster this economy and create job opportunities for the middle class workers. The battle cry should be "LEGALIZE MARIJUANA", and I mean for everyday use like alcohol and cigarettes. It should not be limited to only medical use.
Legalization of marijuana has been on a number of ballot measures over the years and a number of states have passed the laws allowing marijuana use for "medical purposes", the most recent state was Arizona. Arizona was the 15th. state to allow the "medical marijuana" law on their books.
A very good hard scientific study just released said that "legal alcohol" is the most harmful drug available world-wide. In fact, the study said that alcohol is more dangerous that heroin and cocaine. Marijuana has been declared to be so "innocuous and relatively safe" it hardly registered in the clinical, scientific studies.
When the voters vote down these legalize marijuana ballot measures they are giving the drug cartels a win.
Folks,seventy-three (73%)percent of all illegal drugs coming into the United States is marijuana. I would suggest that all marijuana use become legal. It could be taxed and the states and Feds could see billions of dollars in tax revenues each year in their coffers.
The states and Feds are spending our tax dollars locking up prisoners everyday relating to marijuana charges costing us millions of dollars a year. We taxpayers could save the billions of dollars which are being spent on law enforcement in an attempt to stop marijuana drug distribution.
I maintain that if marijuana use was legalized and regulated it would provide much needed revenue for the government and states. It would stop the billions of dollars currently being spent to interdict marijuana shipments and use. Law enforcement could then concentrate its resources on the heroin, cocaine and all of the other illegal drugs that are killing our people.
The legalizing and taxing of marijuana would immediately stop the majority of these drug cartels using murder and kidnapping as an excuse to make money. With marijuana being legalized there would be no profit or incentive for the drug cartels to make money from it. The act of legalizing marijuana would be a big hit in the pocket of all the drug cartels operating in and outside the United States.
I would suggest-let the states set the tax on the marijuana sales, not the local government. Let the Feds regulate marijuana and get a big piece of the tax action.
With 70% of all of the illegal drugs being brought into the USA being marijuana and that marijuana is being legalized and taxed it doesn't take much of a math genius to see the advantages of the legalization of marijuana. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Israel Will Only Negotiate Talks If They Get Paid Off-That's Sad

United States diplomats brokered a deal with Israel to suspend settlements so peace talks can continue with the Palestinians. In other word bribe and buy Israel. The USA offered an incentive package to reinstate a moratorium on West Bank settlement building.
The deal is said to have Israel stop settlement construction for (90) days. Whoopee! Ninety days? That's nothing. What a joke. However the moratorium would not apply to East Jerusalem and the United States would not request that Israel extend the moratorium when it expires.
This bribe and give-a-way package includes the United States commitment to fight any international resolutions "critical" of Israel. The bribe and payoff doesn't stop there. Also included in the package is 20 stealth fighter jets to Israel.
Israel drew criticism from both the United States and the European Union after new construction plans for apartments.
So, let's recap: (a) Israel will not stop construction"unless" they get paid off. (b) Israel will only stop construction for only ninety (90) days after which they can resume. (c) Israel wants the United States to "fight" any and all international resolutions critical of Israel. What? They do not want anyone or any country to criticize their country? Boo Hoo! Cry, cry!
The USA and Europe have already shown their anger over Israels tactics of delay, instigation,excuses and stalling to move any peace talks forward in an honest, forthright manner. Netanyahu and his colleagues have been finding ways to put a damper on any Mideast peace agreement for years.No wonder Israel wants the United States to "fight" any criticism of their country or tactics.
The sad part of these Mideast negotiations is that the USA has to "pay off" Israel, and for that matter, any country to have them negotiate diplomatically.What we have here in this case is not diplomacy but instead, extortion and bribery.
These peace talks have been ongoing for decade after decade. If the United States and the world really wanted to resolve this matter the answer is UN troops. Set the property line and borders for each of these countries to exist and enforce it. The world had no problem of intervening and using UN troops in other countries around the world to stop the warring factions and ethnic and occupation conflicts. Why should Israel be any different? My answer, it shouldn't.
The world should stop walking on eggs when dealing with Israel and put their foot down and insist that a two state solution is viable and tell Israel in no uncertain terms that a two state solution will be a mandate of the world community and will be enforced by UN troops and military force, if necessary.- And, that's my opinion. Here we go again! Gas prices exploding out of sight. It's pushing $3.00 a gallon. Our government officials must have promised big oil something when they were discussing the Gulf Oil spill. Secret negotiations occur quite frequently among lawmakers and the financial titans running this country.
I would think that with the Mid-Term elections going on and all of the negative political ads and this "Great Recession" both the government and Big Oil actually believed that no one would be watching as the price per gallon inched up.
It has always been a ploy of the government and Big Oil to raise the price of a gallon of gas but when complaints arose they would drop the price of a gallon by a penny or two but that would leave the price per gallon at a new high as its new "low" base.
The oil companies and government have been playing this game for years. Cost of a gallon years ago, (i.e.), $1.50, they raise it to $2.00 a gallon, people complain, they drop the price one or two cents, now the gas base line is hovering at $2.00, and they pull the same thing six months down the road. Now gas is a base of $2.50 a gallon, etc., etc., etc.--.
This game goes on and on until the oil companies and big government have us paying a base price of $3.00 per gallon. We are there now . . . and I predict that a gallon of gas will continue to go up because the collusion of government and big oil want us taxpayers to pay $5.00+ a gallon, as a starting point.
How many times do we have to have the "dog and pony" show of our Congress questioning Big Oil and playing to the cameras? Those question and answer sessions never hold Big Oil accountable. Why? Money from Big Oil goes into the pockets of those same Congress people pretending to hold Big Oil accountable.
Lets hold these lawmakers responsible for allowing gasoline prices to rise and rise again, over and over. We have to get on the politicians case and demand lower gasoline prices at the pump. Here we go again! Gas prices exploding out of sight. It's pushing $3.00 a gallon. Our government officials must have promised big oil something when they were discussing the Gulf Oil spill. Secret negotiations occur quite frequently among lawmakers and the financial titans running this country.

Case: "Pigford vs. Glickman": In 1999 a small group of black farmers (400) won the case. Basically, in 1997, this small group of black farmers sued the United States Department of Agriculture. They alleged that they were treated unfairly and were denied USDA loans because of racial discrimination during the periods of 1983 and 1997.
These 400 black farmers won their case and the government agreed to pay each black farmer as much as $50,000.00 to settle their claims.
BUT, something sneaky and covertly happened regarding the "original" judgment and award. On February 23, 2010, under a cloak of darkness and cone of silence, the USDA agreed to release more funds to "Pigford". How much more? Are you ready? A whopping . . . $1.25 billion.
You may ask, why so much. Here's why people. The initial 400 black farmer claimants group had mushroomed into a class action suit to include a total of, get this. . . (86,000) black farmers throughout this country.
Folks, we have a problem: The United States "does not" have, or ever had, 86,000 black farmers.
If any dumb government lawmaker. or anyone would read the very accurate "Official USDA 2007 Census materials that data would show that the total number of black farmers throughout this nation is only (39,697. And get this - - according to the "Official USDA 1992 Census data America only had (18,816) black farmers. Something smells like a kettle of bad fish, right?
What incompetent lawmaker(s) failed to ask: How did (39,697) black farmers morph into the blatant and outright fraudulent claims of (86,000) black farmers? Even more, why didn't even one politician or lawmaker question how an original judgment of $50,000.00 explode into the obscene sum of $1.25 "billion"?
Here's a clue people. One person is mostly responsible. Her name is SHIRLEY SHERROD. She was point person on this case only due to her position in 1997 while at the "Rural Development Leadership Network" and her family received the highest single payout. How much? Approximately $13 million) from those monies.
This woman allegedly exposed herself as the instigator of one of the largest fraud cases in the USA - - -a fraud allowed to occur only because she shouted and yelled racism at anyone and everyone she could in government and as usual, our governments political correct nanny lawmakers bowed and buckled to these outrageous demands by SHERROD.
And the tale gets even more weird. Ms. Sherrod let slip the name of the person who aid and abetted her in this racial discrimination fraud.
This fraud carried out against the American people originally had a judgment relating to "Pigford vs Glickman", in 1999, applied to only (16,000) black farmers.
However in 2008, there was a junior United States Senator who got a law passed to reopen the case and allow many more black farmers to sue the government for monies. Who was that Senator? The Senator was Barack Hussein Obama.
Remember, this law was passed in "secret" and because the woman responsible for pushing and acting as point person was an obscure USDA official (hardly anyone knew), all of us American taxpayers took another big hit and had no idea that we had been forced to pay out more than $1.25 billion to settle a questionable racial discrimination claim.
Currently Ms. Sherrod basically disappeared from the public eye.It's like she fell off of the planet. It appears she chose to go underground and remain silent - - -about this corruption. But with millions of dollars I would think anyone could buy a lot of privacy. Obama, the man who passed the law - - - he's now the nations leader. Wow!
I would say that even if a small part of the information relating to this case is found to be accurate the American people should demand explanations from Obama and the White House and insist that those involved in this massive fraud be held accountable for their actions.-And, that's my opinion. CNN and Eliot Spitzer: Who Can Believe CNN Coverage Now ?

Can you believe it! Eliot Spitzer, a disgraced politician and lawyer gets a job on CNN television network. What's the world coming too?
An investigation into Spitzer's wrongful behavior began on or about March 10, 2008. Spitzer was lying and covering up his illegal activity, while holding public office for a long, long time. Here's a guy that secretly went to places in and out of the state to engage in illegal sex. He hired prostitutes at the Emperor's Club and paid thousands of dollars an hour for their services. He also used false identities to cover up his crimes.
His reward: land a job with his own show on CNN for big bucks.. My problem is understanding why a recognized network like CNN would even consider hiring someone, or for that fact "anyone" that has proved to the nation and the world that they clearly lied to colleagues, friends, family and law enforcement in the attempt to cover up their crimes.
When anyone uses a false identity and knowingly plans in advance to deceive and lie while committing a crime or any type of illegal activity, while holding public office is a person that cannot be trusted. Mr. Spitizer's credibility was "zero" the minute he got caught committing his crimes. He gives people still another reason why they should not trust lawyers, or the media.
How can anyone in this nation trust this man's analysis on anything, let alone, issues and topics relating to world news and political and/or legal opinions and general news of the day? If Spitzer was predisposed to plan out his illegal activities and knowingly lie and cover up his wrongdoing then, the odds are he will lie, deceive and utter false information when talking to the general public now.
How can television viewers believe this person? CNN just lost all credibility with me by hiring someone of Spitzer's character and reputation. I would submit that CNN should have let this man fade away and possibly seek employment in a profession far away from media exposure.If CNN wanted to hire another employee I would think that there are many honest, competent and qualified journalists and media people in this country that could do what Spitzer was hired to do. It makes one wonder what deals were made to have Spitzer represent CNN, and why.
Spitzer's employment on CNN is telling . . . the moral fabric of this nation has come undone and proves that the media will put themselves in the gutter for ratings or money, or both.
If I cannot get honest news, opinions and commentary from someone I can trust that particular network is clearly not worth watching.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

The Obama's and Congress Just Don't Get It

Congress gone mad! They approve President Obama's wishes for his party time antics around the world.
Some of this particular information was gathered by searching the web and from receiving e-mails from around the country. I would like to acknowledge and credit all of those persons for their input regarding this issue.
OBAMA and FAMILY TRIP TO INDIA: Included, Obama family and 2000 or more of their friends and staff.
WHEN: Immediately following the Mid-Term elections.
COST OF TRIP: Nearly half a billion dollars. LENGTH OF TRIP: 2-3 days.
INDIA and ASIA TRIP: Was unscheduled.---
PERSONAL NOTE REGARDING THE INDIA/ASIA TRIP: I submit Obama didn't want to face the enormous losses the Democratic party experienced in the Mid-Term election.
INDIA TRIP INFO: The Obama family booked 600 rooms at the elegant/lavish Five (5) Star TAJ MAHAL HOTEL. Note: This hotel is the most expensive hotel in all of India. The Obama's have reserved "all" of the banquet rooms and "all" of the restaurants for their traveling party people's needs.
INDIA TRIP INFO-#2: Besides taking over the entire TAJ MAHAL HOTEL, they also secured 125 rooms at the very prestigious TAJ PRESIDENTE HOTEL, and 200 rooms at the OBEROI HOTEL and the GRAND HYATT for many in the Obama team.
TRANSPORTATION FOR INDIA TRIP: Both Air Force One planes will be used, PLUS, two (2) jumbo jets and 24 military aircraft, PLUS, a number of U.S. fighter planes to fly escort for Obama's "circus" entourage.
OBAMA NEEDS:
1. President Obama is very, very, dependent on teleprompters to deliver his words of wisdom He is known to use these teleprompters for all of his public comments and speeches no matter how small. So, there will be approximately ten (10) teleprompters traveling with the Prezz, while visiting India. It's said that India does not have teleprompters. Who knows?
2. 48 cars are being transported to India for the Obama's and his flying circus team mates. PLUS, all presidential limos will be sent to India also.
3. The Obama's choice of hotels are by the seashore so the U.S. Navy will dispatch a number of vessels to patrol the India coastline for 200 miles each way.
4. Obama and his administration has booked the entire "INDIA NATIONAL CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS so that they can entertain their party guests that came along for the ride and so they can host their guests representing the Indian government.
5.Obama's got their own personal chef's and the chef's staff to go on the trip to India so as to ensure their food is "safe."
6. Mrs. Obama commanded that a full hair and make-up staff continually be available for her at her beckoned call.
6. Security? The security detail is so voluminous the estimate of the cost cannot be determined at this writing. NOTE: The trip was put together so quickly that the security costs will be at a premium with thousands working this Obama party get-a-way.NOTE: Mrs. Obama said she wanted to meet with prostitutes and other sex workers in the most sleazy and dangerous parts of Mumbai. Result, the security costs just for this part of Obama protection will be out of this world.
While the Obama caravan travels in Mumbai, which has the worst traffic jams in the world you can bet that the Obama vehicles will cause havoc and disruption while causing inconvenience to the working people, who by the way, are some of the poorest people in the world. Basically the entire city of Mumbai will be locked and shut down for President and Mrs. Obama.
India, of all places to run away to, especially when the voters in the United States are concerned about jobs and the unemployment numbers. Hell, India is the "outsource" capitol of the world. American jobs are being outsourced to them on a daily basis. It is the worlds answering service "ground zero." India,the country that takes away more jobs from the USA work force than most any other country in the world.. Yet, Obama chooses to promote more jobs for India? Where is this guys mindset? The guy must have "brain fatigue." Obama seems to be tone deal. He didn't hear a word the voters have said.
I would predict that this election dodging trip, a TWO DAY, maybe THREE DAY trip, will go down in history as one of the most expensive ever taken. I would also predict that this Obama visit to India will surpass President Bill Clinton's trip to Africa in 1998. That trip was estimated at $450 million dollars, or more. No official figured have ever been released.
Talking about the Clinton's, Mrs Clinton and daughter Chelsea took a tour of India in 1996 and the Secret Service said that it was a logistical nightmare. I have to say that the Clinton's set records for their travel both inside and outside the United States by any president.Regardless, even with all of that and the Obama's knowing what the Clinton's spent on their travels they still chose to take a Mid-Term vacation and run away from the voters.
OBAMA TRIVIA: The Obama's have taken more vacations in approximately 22 months than "any" presidential family in history.It is rumored and floated around Washington, D.C. that the Obama's actually hate Camp David. It is a rustic, relaxing compound outside of Washington, D.C. and even though most each and every president has written how much they enjoyed Camp David, a special private retreat, the Obama family choose to travel outside Washington, D.C., and globe hop around the world, spending our taxpayer monies in a willy-nilly manner. That to me, is outrageous. These Obama trips and spending sprees are beyond the pale and yet, CONGRESS continues to fund these party packs.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. That to me, is outrageous. These Obama trips and spending sprees are beyond the pale and yet, CONGRESS continues to fund these party packs.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. Obama's "Hope" Is Bad News. We Need "Action."

LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Obama campaigned on "hope". Saying, We have to have hope. But it appears that Obama's hope has run its course. It's nice to come up with catch phrases but I would suggest that action is more important. It's one's actions that will prove a man or woman. Instead of talk, talk, talk a person has to walk the walk. Obama is not doing that.
Obama and his administration said they would provide jobs. Jobs? For who? Only public employees. The private sector continue to suffer day in and day out.This administration and Obama pander to the powerful public employee unions for those valuable votes.
These public employee's and their unions receive very, very generous benefits, generous pensions and retirement, guaranteed cost of living and other goodies and perks.
Right now there are between 25 and 38 million government workers who enjoy these lucrative benefits from Obama and his colleagues. Also, consider the fact that there are 500,000 "elected officials" nationwide receiving salaries, benefits and retirements so large that the average bear, like the private sector worker, will never, ever hope to see.
Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? Only for government workers people! Why do we need all of these elected officials and government employees drawing down these fat paychecks, retirements and pensions? Answer, we don't.
These government workers and lawmakers are the ones shipping America's jobs overseas. The private sector John or Jane Doe cannot be competitive because of the demands of these public employee unions who demand more money and benefits every year and ask to do less work for more money.
America can't compete with the lower wages abroad but our lawmakers keep feeding the public employee unions and large labor unions bellies while forgetting that America used to be an industrial giant. We made our own products at a reasonable price and we were competitive and all of those small businesses and factories made America great. There was nothing that we Americans could not build or manufacture.
Now? We are nothing but a service society. We as Americans have to get back to basics and create and build like we used to decades ago.
My suggestion: Start doing away with all of the restrictions, mandates, rules and regulations and nanny-state causes that tie the hands of American genius and innovation; stop catering to these greedy public employee unions; employ people in the private sector instead of continuing to hire government employee's.
If just some of these things were done the middle class, hard working person, would be able to see some light at the end of the tunnel and I would predict that this government caused recession would begin to dissipate very quickly.
Obama, we "need" ACTION, not HOPE. Everybody always hopes for something but it's ACTION(S) that is reality. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

You're In "Crummy-Sleazy " Hands With Allsate Insurance Company

Allstate Insurance Company? I personally do not like them. I have had a very bad experience with them. I wanted to complain about Allstate Insurance and I went on the internet and found that there were websites dedicated to complaints just against Allstate Insurance. I didn't know that until I started to research places I could air my gripes against this company and their partners.
In any event, here is my horror story. Make what you will of it.
My bad experience - - -
Ten years ago. I transferred some annuity money from Prudential Insurance into an annuity contract with Allstate Insurance and their partner Putnam Securities. I was told by the insurance agent that Allstate Insurance and Putnam Securities was a major player in annuity contracts and if I bought this particular annuity through Allstate Insurance with an income guarantee attached, and let it set without touching it for ten years, I would earn 6% interest a year and after ten years I could annuitize the contract. I was assured by the agent that once the contract matured: "like all other annuities " I could take my money and do what I wanted with it or select "lifetime payments of: (A) "LIFE ONLY"- lifetime monthly payment of (X) amount of dollars until I died at which time payments would cease. (B) Monthly payments with a 5 year certain: - meaning, monthly payments, (amounts would be less than a life only payout) with a 5 year option. This option meant that after I died payments would continue for a period of 5 years to anyone I designated. (C) Monthly payments with a 10 year certain: -meaning, monthly payments (would be less than the LIFE ONLY and the 5 YEAR CERTAIN). This option meant that after I died the payments would continue to be paid out for a period of ten years to anyone I designated.
It should be noted that I had a couple of small annuities annuitized before this Allstate Insurance-Putnam Securities annuity matured. On those annuities I have always chosen the "LIFE ONLY" option because that option paid the highest monthly benefit and because I was a single person. The "Life Only" option was always the best selection for me. I wanted the highest monthly payment available. The other highly rated insurance companies that handled those annuities for me were forthright and straight forward. When I wanted to annuitize they immediately gave me those three options to choose from and as always I chose the "LIFE ONLY" for the highest monthly payment. There were no problems and the insurance companies began sending me my monthly checks.
BUT, let's get back to Allstate Insurance and their partnership with Putnam Securities. When I gave the insurance agent the money to transfer to Allstate Insurance all he gave me was a color brochure with a few things highlighted describing that I couldn't touch the money in the contract for ten years in order to receive the guaranteed interest.
Well people, I waited the ten years. After the annuity contract matured. I called Allstate Insurance and said I wanted to take all of my money that I earned on the contract and give it to another insurance company to buy an "immediate annuity" for life. I was told that "I could not do that." Allstate and Putnam Securities told me that I could only annuitize the contract with them.
I then said okay, send me the papers to select my options so I can select "LIFE ONLY." They told me I couldn't select a life only payment (Which would be the highest monthly payment). This lousy company told me, -"You only have one (1) option if you want to annuitize the contract before you are 80 years old. That option is "A ten year certain", meaning I would lose a few hundred dollars a month from a "LIFE ONLY" selection. I asked them if I can't get a "LIFE ONLY" monthly payment I would like a five (5) year option. It would pay less than a life only, but would be more than a ten (10) year option.
Allstate told me that I could only receive a five(5) year monthly payment if I were over 80 years old. They went on to say if I wanted to annuitize the contract now I only had one choice, the ten (10) year option which would pay the smallest amount of money each month.
When I wrote the company and complained about them denying me annuity payment options they told me they were going to fax me a prospectus and that I should read it. I received it and read it. Folks, it was seventy (70) pages of insurance gobbly-gook but in the text they covered their butt wherein it said the only choice I had was to receive the ten (10 year payment option. What a rip off.
Remember, in the entire ten years I owned this annuity contract I have never, ever received a prospectus describing all of these restrictions.. All I ever received from the insurance agent was the few pages on a color brochure. And, I still have it. There was nothing in the brochure stating that I could not take my money out and/or move it after my contract matured. It did not state anywhere in the brochure that I did not have an annuity payment option of "LIFE CERTAIN" and it did not state anywhere in the brochure that the only payment option I had was a (ten (10 year certain).
As a single person I wanted to receive the highest monthly payment possible which is always the "LIFE CERTAIN, life only) option. I didn't want too or do not want to leave ten years of monthly benefits to someone I do not know. In these tough financial and economic times I wanted to receive the highest monthly benefit check possible. However, with sleazy Allstate Insurance and Putnam Securities I am now locked in receiving the lowest monthly payment available on any annuity monthly payout choice. What good is a monthly annuity check if you have to wait until you are eighty (80) years old before you start collecting it? And even then, you cannot receive a LIFE CERTAIN option. You have to accept a five (5) year certain option. For single people that doesn't make sense.
That's my story people. Personally, I would not recommend Allstate Insurance and/or Putnam Securities to anyone. My feeling are,starting with the insurance agent, Allstate Insurance and Putnam Securities lied to me and withheld relevant information about an annuity contract. If from the get-go, the insurance agent would have told me that I would not have "annuity payout" choices like all other insurance companies offer I would not have transferred monies from the insurance company I already had. If the insurance agent would have told me that I had to wait until I was eighty (80) years old to annuitize the contract with only a five (5) year payout option I clearly would not have bought the annuity.

The Allstate Insurance Company slogan is "You're in good hands with Allstate." If consumers believe that I have a bridge in Brooklyn I would like to sell them.
Their slogan should read "You're in CRUMMY and SLEAZY hands" with Allstate Insurance. It's really hard to lose a few hundred dollars a month of income for life. And, that's my opinion.
Make your own decisions when you are thinking about dealing with ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY and PUTNAM SECURITIES. All I can tell you is what happened to me when I dealt with these low life companies. Public Employee's Across The World Are Bankrupting Countries

LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
France, what a country. They wimp out on being included in fighting wars and they relied on the United States to save their bacon and their country in WWII but yet they fight among themselves in the streets of France. What are they fighting over? Retirement age. What a joke.
Currently the French citizen can retire at only 60 years old and they're protesting and fighting the government from raising the retirement age to only 62 years old. The people say that they are entitled to retire at 60 years old and still enjoy all of the lucrative social programs that have been given them for decades. They receive long vacations each year and the strong unions in France make it very hard to fire any worker and they enjoy a state- subsidized health care system.
President Nicolas Sarkozy is trying to get a handle of the out of control spending by the government. In this case he's right.
What? The lazy French citizen can't work until they are at least 62 years old? Come on! The French currently have a great social and health care system so having to work until 62 years old is not unreasonable. French people, quit sniveling and suck it up.
It should be noted that the United Kingdom is tightening their belt also. The British government is also raising retirement age to 67 years old and they are firing many Public Employee's. Hooray for them. The United States should take a page from their play book.
Here in the United States our early retirement is 62 years old for all private sector workers, the average Joe and Jane Doe. The retirement requirements has increments up to 67 years old and it may be raised even higher.
However, I should mention that here in the USA our public employees (policemen, firemen, teachers and others) with their strong unions also have it so they can put in approximately 20 years and retire with 75 to 95 percent of their salary based on the last three to five years of work. It is not uncommon for many of these public employees to retire at the age of 55 years old with full pension benefits and health care and then they take on a new job elsewhere.
The United States should make it a requirement that all public employee's have to work until they are at least 62 years old like all of the people in the private sector.
Federal, State, County and City employees here in the United States should be subject to the same retirement, pension and health packages that the people working in the private sector have to depend on. Example,- 401(k) retirement and pension plans instead of the customized union devised plans. The public employee's should have to pay into the social security system like private sector workers and public employee's should have to pay for health insurance for themselves and their families like the private sector worker does.
With our current system of having our lawmakers coddle and pander to the public employee's and their unions is a road map to disaster. The bloated salaries, pensions and retirement and health plans given these public employee's is bankrupting many cities and states. That is a fact!
Some cities trying to avoid bankruptcy fire everyone but the Public Safety officers like policemen and firemen. There should be no exceptions. Police and firemen should be fired like any other employee. I predict once these policemen and firemen feel the pain of losing their job like everyone else they will come to their senses and realize that their greedy union demands are not acceptable. Kudos to those cities that have actually laid off or fired policemen and firemen. All that means is that the one's who remain on the job will have to pick up the slack and work a little harder. That is what all other professions do when a person gets laid off or fired. And guess what? The companies or businesses continue on showing that work can be done with less people. But until some of these policemen and firemen are fired they will never negotiate with lawmakers in a fair manner when it comes to salary and benefits.
If I were a Governor, Mayor, etc., I would do as Ronald Reagan did with the air traffic controller's. He fired all of them and started over. A clean slate and do over would make believers out of these greedy public employee's and their unions. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Food Cravings? What Can I Do To Stop Them?

This reply is for Pat who asked me how she could shed a couple of pounds even when she tries to cut out her snack attacks and her craving for food.
Pat, snacking is when you snack on whatever is around your house in the evening, such as the chips, pretzels, cookies, etc.
It's another animal when when you crave something. Craving is a desire for a specific food. For example, that yummy dessert, that certain dish that you had at a particular restaurant, that certain sandwich and so on.
With that said, here's some advice for you to possibly lose a couple of pounds. When you get a "craving" for a certain food and are thinking about that certain food I want you to switch your mind focus to that waterfall in Hawaii when you were on vacation, or to a beach scene or country scene that you experienced when you were enjoying yourself in your life. Most people have had great times and experiences on vacation or during their travels sometime in their life.
Pat, replace that "craving" image in your mind with one of the enjoyable, relaxing images suggested or something like them. I know your mind is full of such images because as a person goes through life they have experienced hundreds of happy, enjoyable situations. Pat, you just have to call one of them up.Now, the secret is, if you can maintain that image of the waterfall, beach, countryside etc., for a period of twelve (12) minutes I have found that the craving(s)for that specific food will disappear.
I'm happy to say that there have been studies that support my thesis. This reply is for Pat who asked me how she could shed a couple of pounds even when she tries to cut out her snack attacks and her craving for food.
Pat, snacking is when you snack on whatever is around your house in the evening, such as the chips, pretzels, cookies, etc.
It's another animal when when you crave something. Craving is a desire for a specific food. For example, that yummy dessert, that certain dish that you had at a particular restaurant, that certain sandwich and so on.
With that said, here's some advice for you to possibly lose a couple of pounds. When you get a "craving" for a certain food and are thinking about that certain food I want you to switch your mind focus to that waterfall in Hawaii when you were on vacation, or to a beach scene or country scene that you experienced when you were enjoying yourself in your life. Most people have had great times and experiences on vacation or during their travels sometime in their life.
Pat, replace that "craving" image in your mind with one of the enjoyable, relaxing images suggested or something like them. I know your mind is full of such images because as a person goes through life they have experienced hundreds of happy, enjoyable situations. Pat, you just have to call one of them up.Now, the secret is, if you can maintain that image of the waterfall, beach, countryside etc., for a period of twelve (12) minutes I have found that the craving(s)for that specific food will disappear.
I'm happy to say that there have been studies that support my thesis. Depression: What Can Be Done For It?

To Marcia, who wanted my opinion on depression and wondered if she can suffer depression if her mother had it.
First, let me say that: Yes, depression can often be found to run in families. It can be passed from generation to generation. As I've said before, many an ailment and/or disease is "in your genes." It can also be connected to environmental factors, and even sometimes, both.
Marcia, if a person is depressed more than a decade (10 years)that person might be experiencing what can be called "chronic low-grade depression." Some of the symptoms can be seen as: sadness, lack or loss of pleasure, tiredness and fatigue, and fluctuations in one's weight. These symptoms are basically the same that are found in major depression. They just tend to be less severe and generally last longer (major depression) usually fades in about six months.
Marcia - gloomy, mixed thoughts and uncontrolled moods that seems to never lift will not disappear without some help. I would suggest that talk-therapy and anti-depressants is a good start. These two modes of treatment often work very well together. There are many studies that would support this regimen of treatment.
Lastly, most of the people treated for "chronic low-grade depression" using talk-therapy and anti-depressants can generally see a light at the end of the tunnel and realize benefits and notice exceptional improvement and eventually get better.- And, that's my opinion. Govt. Sets Up "Hit Man" With New Name & Pizza Joint

Murders living among us? You bet! Here's poster boy of the killers that may be living next door to you. Former mob guy Joey Calco (aka) Joseph Milano.
The former 42 year old wise guy, a convicted hit man was put under the protection of our government and given a Pizza Parlor as a means to make a living. Can you believe it? The name of the place: Goomba's Pizzeria.
This guy ratted out his old Brooklyn crime boss. His real name is: Joey Calco. He was born in Brooklyn and got tied in with the Bonanno crime family. He rose through the ranks and in 1993, on orders from mob boss Anthony "Tony" Sperco , Calco executed a fellow crew member Paul Gulino by putting two bullets in the back of the guys head. Then Calco turned "birdie" and sang like a bag full of canaries and testified in court that Sperco ordered the hit.
Calco, who also confessed to killing Jack Cherin, Jr. was charged with eight crimes. This guy appeared before the judge and promised that he would change his ways so the judge gave him a slap on the wrist with only a nine year sentence (this is a hit man, people)and with six years already served he was released in less than two years.
The government gave this guy the new name of Milano, set him up with a pizza business in 2008, in Florida,and then the government went on their merry way.
Caclo (aka) Milano married and ran this pizza business but a teenage girl working at the place accused him of sexual harassment. The criminal charge was dropped but the girl filed a civil suit against the wise guy. Did the guy straighten up and change his ways like he promised the judge? Nope!
On January 23, 2009, two men complained about a bad calzone. The preparation of the calzone wasn't what it should be but instead of giving the men a new, fresh calzone the hit man lost it and came unglued. His response- attack the men and pistol whip one of the men. In fact, the attack was caught on security video tape.
Milano was arrested and it was only then that the cops found out his real name was Calco , a hit man hiding in Florida running a pizza parlor. But hey, this guys temper and actions didn't stop after the pistol whipping. This guys government sanctioned secret life began to fall apart big time in February when his wheels fell off again and he threatened to kill his wife and kids. Charges of aggravated assault and harassment were dropped but the cops did find the gun under his mattress so his pizza was baked once again.
The irony of this situation is that Jack Cherin Jr., mother (the guy he murdered) told anyone who would listen that "Nothing will change the fact that Joey Calco will always be a murderer, who has, and always will put his own needs and desires above those in society." I say: This guy had his shot of changing his ways but "blew it."
People should be frightened when our government officials cut these bad deals with murders and let them skate while at the same time setting up these bad guys with a new name and a legitimate business as if they were law abiding citizens. Who's your neighbor? Who really owns that pizza shop that you go to every week? - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Child Molesting Metro Cop Walks With "Only" Probation-Where's The Justice?

Equal justice for all? I doubt it. It's obvious that people with money usually buy their way out of being convicted while the poor average Joe gets the book thrown at him or her. It can be seen being played out in most every courtroom in the country everyday.For example, just recently Lohan and Hilton. They continue to gets breaks from these star struck judges who refuse to exact a penalty that would send them to prison.
It's not only the glitzy star or Hollywood crowd. It's politicians and lawmakers too. There is also a double standard when it come to sentencing someone who worked in law enforcement versus John or Jane Doe. For example, here in Las Vegas a former Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer, Damian Amalfitano, 35, in April entered an Alford plea for one count of attempted lewdness with a child under the age of 14 years old and possession of child pornography, both "felonies."
The report said Amalfitano was dating the victim's aunt when in April 2007 he molested the 13-year old on "three", not one, not two, but "three" occasions. This pervert was a six-year veteran on the Metropolitan Police Department at the time of his arrest.
Amalfitano originally faced almost 30 felony counts, some with prison terms of ten years to life in prison if convicted. But people, what was his sentence? This douche bag was sentenced to only five years probation. You or I or any average Joe Doe would have had sunlight piped into the cell. We would have gone away for those ten years to life sentences.
What does the prosecutors say? "The decision to negotiate a plea deal was not influenced by Amalfitano's former work as a police officer." Do you believe that? I don't.
The prosecutors and the district attorney's office have to deal with the police department every day and so to get along they go along with scratching each others back. Come on! Felony crimes that merit at least ten years to life and this sleaze comes out of the whole mess with five years of probation. Stink? You bet.
It's Las Vegas people and it appears here in this town the lawmakers don't care if a cop is a child molester or is a trigger happy cop that lacks training who shoots civilians. The results are most always the same The bad cop will skate free through the courts or through a biased skewed and one-sided kangaroo coroners inquest which has failed to find a cop guilty over the past few decades.

Nanny State Lawmakers and Judges Cancel Executions

California called off the execution of a convicted murderer. The attorney general said that they cannot proceed with the execution of Albert Greenwood Brown that was scheduled to be carried out.
U.S. District Court Judge Jeremy Fogel blocked the execution because he wanted tine to consider the constitutionality of California's new lethal injection regulations. What back peddling the lawmakers and judges do. The state says that they do not have enough of the drug "sodium thiopental" and since the supply is running out they cannot execute this murderer.This drug is the first of three drugs that are administered during an execution. And would you believe it--there is only one company in the United States that makes the drug and they say they cannot provide the drug until after the first of the year. Really? Do you think there is political posturing going on here?
Consider the constitutionality of lethal injection? Hey, California and it's nanny state criminal coddling judges and lawmakers. Carry out the will of the people. The people voted to execute murderers. A drug is not available? There are other states in this country that have options and some offer a choice to the murderer. Many offer lethal injection or electric chair or even hanging and being shot.
This criminal murderer Brown was convicted of abducting and raping a 15-year old girl on her way home from school in 1980. Christ, its been 30 years and this scum bag has been enjoying life at the expense of us taxpayers. He has had a roof over his head, three meals a day,exercise privileges and has had the opportunity to read, write and watch television all these decades.
The California courts and the nanny state judges and lawmakers and the many convicts rights groups allow these sleaze bags to languish in comfortable surroundings for decades while these same murderers are laughing at us taxpayers knowing that the death penalty will not be carried out.
Families of the victims often die before they see any justice carried out when the death sentence is imposed. The law states that a person is entitled to a "speedy trial" and that is all well and good but I say, what about a speedy execution? 10, 12, 15, 20, and 30 years for a person to finally have to pay the piper is obscene.
People in the United States want the death penalty and it is on the books in most states and I say to these (look out for the rights of the convicts) lawmakers and judges,--use it.
Hell, we can and do put down dogs and cats every day in a humane manner and these squeamish courts and politicians can't put down evil, rabid animals who try to pass for humans and who should not be allowed to walk the earth. Excuse offered--we don't have drug. Are you kidding me? This is the United States and we can produce most anything we want to and yet the most powerful nation in the world has the stones to say "we don't have a drug."
At this point I have to say kudos to Texas and Florida and those other southern states for carrying out their death sentences. However those executions could be much quicker also. It should not take years to have a person pay with their life for taking a life. And, - that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Fighting Three Wars-Squandering Billions & Americans Get Short Changed

LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
The United States has earmarked $7.5 billion in aid over the next five years for Pakistan. In addition the United States has donated 350 million dollars to help Pakistan cope with floods. Can you imagine what all of those billions of dollars could do right here in the good ol' USA? Our own infrastructure: roads, bridges, schools, electric grids and 70 to 100 year pipes that have been under our cities that are worn out could use that $7.5 billion dollars. And floods? You bet! We have them often and they are severe. That 350 million dollars sent to Pakistan could have been put to very good use here in the United States.
People, these wars we are fighting are not going to change anything for us. The Obama administration tells us we are fighting two wars which are the Iraq and the Afghanistan conflicts but they don't tell you we are also engaged in a third war and that is the war with Pakistan. They like to keep that war hush, hush.
If you look very closely and listen to the administrations talking heads you can see by the continued deaths in Pakistan that are being caused by our U.S. unmanned drones along with the U.S. military covert operations and incursions into Pakistan territory that we do have a third war in progress.
That is also the real reason we are pouring money into Pakistan. Our government is buying off Pakistan by giving corrupt officials billions of dollars to silence Pakistani protests about our military and CIA conducting active military operations inside Pakistan.
These useless wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan were brought about by our lawmakers so that they would not have to address our domestic problems here at home and be accountable to us citizens. When an administration cannot and will not take care of domestic matters in the country they start a war so as to change the subject(s) that are really facing the American people. This they did, while at the same time, allowing a select group of politicians the opportunity to pander and cater to corporations, banks and big oil which in turn gave them a chance to make billions of dollars for themselves as they cranked up the military war machine.
We are paying our taxpayer monies to corrupt leaders and politicians in these backwoods countries and it should stop. Bring each and every military person home. Immediately!
Take Afghanistan for example---: Look what they did to Russia over a ten year period. They slaughtered tens of thousands of Russian soldiers and caused Russia to take money from it's citizens and spend billions of dollars on equipment fighting the war. Russia had to leave the country because they could not get a grasp on any sort of victory. The irony is that we, the Unites States trained these uneducated and poverty stricken Afghan fighters to fight and provided them with the military weapons to force Russia out of their country.
That training and equipment that the USA provided these various warlords has come back to haunt us. For years now these warring clans, their families and children have been using our weapons and training skills to kill our military service men and women. No country and/or military machine has ever gone into Afghanistan and left claiming "victory" in any way shape or form.
Folks, these people in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq do not want us there. They want us out of their countries. Their representatives and their people have been saying that for years.
These countries have been fighting among themselves for over 5000 years. That has been their way of life for centuries and they like it. They do not want to change their ways and they will not change their ways. Their cultural makeup and religious views are theirs and they want to keep them and follow them as they see fit.
It is not the United States job to force our way of life or our views on any other country or race in this world. We, the USA should not tell anybody else how to live or tell them how to change their beliefs or culture. We Americans have enough problems here at home to resolve.
Christ, in this country we cannot even stop neighbors from fighting one another in our cities or killing each other in our streets so what makes our arrogant lawmakers in the United States think they can stop other people in other countries from fighting between themselves.
My view: Take care of our own people first.Fix our own problems. Let these other countries fight it out among themselves like they have been doing for centuries and who ever comes out on top and into power is the person or faction we should deal with on a trust and verify basis.
Currently in the United States we have millions of children going to bed each night hungry because their parents cannot afford food; we have every child in this country getting short changed on a good education; we have millions of homeless people trying to find shelter to get through each night; the nation is on the brink of a financial melt-down; the American worker, especially the middle class person(s)cannot achieve the American dream and own a home due to the fact there are no jobs available. The foreclosure rates in the USA are dismal and we have millions of people in the USA not receiving proper health care. The health care is either poor or non-existent yet the United States sticks its nose and military might and taxpayer money(that runs into the billions of dollars) a year into other countries business trying to change their ways. Congress- we could use that money here.
Some question to ponder: Why do we take billions and billions of dollars of taxpayer monies and spend it on building schools, bridges, electric grids and waste and water plants, etc., in these other countries and continue to dump billions on trying to educate children in other countries? Why do we feed all of the children in these countries that we are invading while our children here at home are starving? It doesn't make sense. LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
The United States has earmarked $7.5 billion in aid over the next five years for Pakistan. In addition the United States has donated 350 million dollars to help Pakistan cope with floods. Can you imagine what all of those billions of dollars could do right here in the good ol' USA? Our own infrastructure: roads, bridges, schools, electric grids and 70 to 100 year pipes that have been under our cities that are worn out could use that $7.5 billion dollars. And floods? You bet! We have them often and they are severe. That 350 million dollars sent to Pakistan could have been put to very good use here in the United States.
People, these wars we are fighting are not going to change anything for us. The Obama administration tells us we are fighting two wars which are the Iraq and the Afghanistan conflicts but they don't tell you we are also engaged in a third war and that is the war with Pakistan. They like to keep that war hush, hush.
If you look very closely and listen to the administrations talking heads you can see by the continued deaths in Pakistan that are being caused by our U.S. unmanned drones along with the U.S. military covert operations and incursions into Pakistan territory that we do have a third war in progress.
That is also the real reason we are pouring money into Pakistan. Our government is buying off Pakistan by giving corrupt officials billions of dollars to silence Pakistani protests about our military and CIA conducting active military operations inside Pakistan.
These useless wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan were brought about by our lawmakers so that they would not have to address our domestic problems here at home and be accountable to us citizens. When an administration cannot and will not take care of domestic matters in the country they start a war so as to change the subject(s) that are really facing the American people. This they did, while at the same time, allowing a select group of politicians the opportunity to pander and cater to corporations, banks and big oil which in turn gave them a chance to make billions of dollars for themselves as they cranked up the military war machine.
We are paying our taxpayer monies to corrupt leaders and politicians in these backwoods countries and it should stop. Bring each and every military person home. Immediately!
Take Afghanistan for example---: Look what they did to Russia over a ten year period. They slaughtered tens of thousands of Russian soldiers and caused Russia to take money from it's citizens and spend billions of dollars on equipment fighting the war. Russia had to leave the country because they could not get a grasp on any sort of victory. The irony is that we, the Unites States trained these uneducated and poverty stricken Afghan fighters to fight and provided them with the military weapons to force Russia out of their country.
That training and equipment that the USA provided these various warlords has come back to haunt us. For years now these warring clans, their families and children have been using our weapons and training skills to kill our military service men and women. No country and/or military machine has ever gone into Afghanistan and left claiming "victory" in any way shape or form.
Folks, these people in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq do not want us there. They want us out of their countries. Their representatives and their people have been saying that for years.
These countries have been fighting among themselves for over 5000 years. That has been their way of life for centuries and they like it. They do not want to change their ways and they will not change their ways. Their cultural makeup and religious views are theirs and they want to keep them and follow them as they see fit.
It is not the United States job to force our way of life or our views on any other country or race in this world. We, the USA should not tell anybody else how to live or tell them how to change their beliefs or culture. We Americans have enough problems here at home to resolve.
Christ, in this country we cannot even stop neighbors from fighting one another in our cities or killing each other in our streets so what makes our arrogant lawmakers in the United States think they can stop other people in other countries from fighting between themselves.
My view: Take care of our own people first.Fix our own problems. Let these other countries fight it out among themselves like they have been doing for centuries and who ever comes out on top and into power is the person or faction we should deal with on a trust and verify basis.
Currently in the United States we have millions of children going to bed each night hungry because their parents cannot afford food; we have every child in this country getting short changed on a good education; we have millions of homeless people trying to find shelter to get through each night; the nation is on the brink of a financial melt-down; the American worker, especially the middle class person(s)cannot achieve the American dream and own a home due to the fact there are no jobs available. The foreclosure rates in the USA are dismal and we have millions of people in the USA not receiving proper health care. The health care is either poor or non-existent yet the United States sticks its nose and military might and taxpayer money(that runs into the billions of dollars) a year into other countries business trying to change their ways. Congress- we could use that money here.
Some question to ponder: Why do we take billions and billions of dollars of taxpayer monies and spend it on building schools, bridges, electric grids and waste and water plants, etc., in these other countries and continue to dump billions on trying to educate children in other countries? Why do we feed all of the children in these countries that we are invading while our children here at home are starving? It doesn't make sense. Take care of America's children and it's people first and then, and only then, if we have money left over and want to be charitable, so be it.-And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions.
