Perverts to the right of us, perverts to the left of us, perverts all around us. Let's see - -we have Eliot Spitzer, running for office in New York and then the wennie wagger Anthony Weiner running for Mayor of New York City and we have his females accomplice 23-year-old Sydney Leathers from Indiana who gladly and willingly had phone sex with Weiner dominating the news in recent days. Now- another pervert named Bob Filner, the current Mayor of San Diego, California comes on the scene. Filner is a former Congressman who served at least TEN TERMS in that institution.
Filner is accused of groping, kissing and making foul comments to women on and off his staff - -one comment something like: "when you come to work tomorrow, don't wear any panties under your dress." Oh boy! This is the guy that's running San Diego? Seventy (70) percent of the residents of San Diego want Filner to resign but he refuses to do so. Instead, he says he will undergo - - get this, - (TWO WEEKS ) of therapy to handle his problem. Really? Two weeks of therapy. If he were my patient I would have him in an "intensive therapy' program and it would certainly be much longer than TWO WEEKS.
My question is: Why doesn't the people of San Diego "recall' this guy. He just started in office and has four years to go --Hell, get him out of office now. BUT, on the other hand I would have to say: "People. get the representation they deserve." They voted him into office and now they're crying about it.
Remember this guy was a congressman for at least two decades and his bad behavior was supposedly known by his colleagues but as usual this"private club of congress people" ignored his vulgar, filthy behavior and swept it under the congressional rug. As always congress always and will always protect their own - - until THEY ARE CAUGHT- then Congress people say "I had no idea."
Folks, I submit that people like Filner should not be holding public office. Instead, they should be a private citizen receiving the long-term health care treatment they require. How can anyone run a city from the confines of a mental health facility, even for two weeks? My answer, they CAN'T.
However, the people across the country that keeps electing the same old talking heads into office year after year are at fault. Whether Democrat or Republican, or Independent people should vet their candidates carefully and check them out and after two terms in office vote them out and put new blood in there. If voters did that there would be no time for the politician to become corrupt or develop strange, bizarre, bad behavior like Filner has but if they did they would be out in two terms in any case. People, WISE UP. Don't be partisan, be a brave, knowledgeable voter. Change is good. Since there are no term limits on many elective offices it's up to us voters to change the politicians on a regular basis. No matter who we vote in for a change it couldn't be worse than the person currently holding office. Give any new man or woman a chance for two terms.
If, in fact, the people of San Diego had vetted this sicko Filner prior to voting for him the city would not be experiencing all of the bad news, publicity and heartache that is occurring right now.
My message and suggestion to San Diego : Recall, recall, recall Filner NOW.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

What a silly. lousy interview "INSIDE EDITION" had with Sydney Leathers, the young lady that was involved in the Anthony D. Weiner scandal. Talk about softball questions - - the interviewer might have well as used a powder-puff on Leathers.
Come on! Here's a 23-year-old woman who knowingly participated in filthy email exchanges and phone sex with Weiner (at least two to three times a week) according to Leathers. Her email responses to Weiner were as gross and vulgar as Weiners to her. During the interview Leathers called Weiner disgusting and a "dirty old man" (and, rightly so), I agree totally with that. But throughout the interview she sat there smiling and laughing in front of the cameras like a 10 year child opening Christmas presents and placed the situation squarely on Weiners shoulders and the person conducting the interview allowded her to just that.
Leathers started sexting with Weiner in 2012 and continued the relationship through November 2012 and she even communicated with Weiner as late as April, this year. And she says she was disgusted? I doubt that. She went into this sexting and phone sex romp willingly, with eyes wide open and from her email responses she enjoyed it to no end.
What the "Inside Edition" interview should have done was asked questions relating to her behavior in this matter. A few questions that should have been asked could have been something like this:
Why did you begin conducting filthy emails with Weiner? Did you like it? If not, why didn't you stop after the first raunchy contact?
Why did you begin having phone sex with Weiner two or three days a week? Did you enjoy that too?
From your responses in the emails to Weiner it appears you gladly indulged in the sexting.
You originally said you contacted Weiner to complain about his bad behavior when he resigned from Congress so why in the world would you accept his sexually explicit emails, text and participate in phone sex with him and carry on this sick relationship for such a long time?
According to your emails to Weiner you clearly said you would like to participate in the sex acts with Weiner as he described what he wanted to do to you. Why would you do that?
You said that Weiner is a dirty old man? Do you believe that your responses to him are just as dirty? Would that make you a "dirty young woman?"
You also said you loved him? Correct? Please explain that to me?
Folks, there is a ton of questions I would have asked this probable female sex deviant Leathers. She has the same tendencies that Weiner displays yet the interviewer didn't pursue the rhyme or reason why she did what she did. That old saying: "It takes two to Tango" fits perfectly in this case. Both had dirty minds and the two of them used their dirty talk over a long period of time.
If Leathers was so disgusted with this "Dirty Old Man" why then did she not put a halt to his sexual advances from the get-go? Did this lady have an agenda for herself? I would suspect - -"yes."
Now believe it or not Leathers acquired a talent agent. Wow! Here's a woman who indulges in vulgar, filthy, gross, sexual communications with a man at least 20-years her senior and admittedly tells him she "loves" him and now based on her sexual emails and phone sex exploits she wants to be recognized as a talent. There used to be a phase that fits this woman to a tee- -It was; " We know what you are, we just have to determine the price."
And the public will probably allow this possible sex-crazed , foul mouth 23-year-old make a bundle of money just because she was involved with Weiner. The talk show circuit will in all likelihood give Sydney Leathers a platform for her sad, pathetic story - - that's a shame. That only shows you how low the media will go to grind out a story.
Personally, I think both Weiner and Leathers should be put out to pasture. They both look to have the same gutter type mindset , they both participated in the filthy, vulgar talk promising each other sexual satisfaction via the phone sex (and Leathers sat there during the interview laughing about it as she said she had phone sex) and it appears both have mental issues that clearly need resolved. So, both should share the disgust in this scandal. They are both disgusting. Anthony Weiner and Sydney Leathers should be in intensive therapy for their problems and both should be ostracized and both should not be allowed to make any money whatsoever from their sicko-sex tryst

" I would hope to see her questioned just as hard as sleaze ball Anthony Weiner for her part in this story. " Inside Edition" fell down o the job. ANTHONY WEINER SHOULD BE HISTORY, NOT MAYOR-IF NY VOTER'S PUT THIS CRAZY IN OFFICE, THEY'RE NUTS.

Weenie wagging Anthony Weiner should drop out of the race for Mayor of New York City. People like Congressional colleague, Rep Jerrold Nadler,D-NY and all the other candidates for the office advised Weiner to leave the race but because his wife, Huma Abedin, a longtime advisor and good friend of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton agreed to stand by her husband he is using politicos and their friends in an attempt to gain office as Mayor.
Weiner's wife Huma said she hoped the voters would give him another chance. Really? How many chances does this guy expect to get from the public? He was caught previously showing his private parts and sending raunchy emails to young ladies. He then asked the voters for forgiveness and said he would rehabilitate, but guess what? He decided to continue his bad behavior after his alleged rehab stint by sending photos of his junk to other young women accompanied by the disgusting emails.
If this guy was my patient/client in therapy I would advise him to drop out of the race and undergo extensive therapy. Some talking heads on TV said Weiner is a sex addict. I disagree, he is a sex deviant. Folks people that expose themselves are spending time in jail as a sex offender. Yet his wife Huma who wants to be first lady of NYC says it is a private or personal matter between them and he is a good man. Again, I disagree. It is not a private matter. His exploits are out there on the Web, the worldwide Internet. That is not a private matter anymore. It is clearly a public matter. And, how can he be a good man when he displays this obscene, filthy behavior?
Weiner and wife say his sexcapades are something in his past but Weiner himself says other reports of emails and videos may surface. It sounds to me that Weiner's bad behavior is not something out of his past but instead is in the present and pssible could be in the future if he does not get professional help.
Again, Anthony Weiner is not a client or patient of mine but I would suspect that this sex behavior just didn't start a couple years ago while he was holding public office. I have suspicions that Weiner began this deviant behavior in his teen years if not before and continued through his college years. Folks, a person just doesn't wake up one morning when they are 46-years-old and decide to take pictures of their private package and send them around the world on the Internet.
Now at 48-years-old Weiner is still performing the same acts he did two years earlier. People, I see Weiner as being predisposed to commit these acts and unless he gets into an intense therapy program he will continue those acts. Let me explain it this way: "If a car thief steals 25 "RED" Corvettes in a row chance are the 26th car he steals will be a "Red" Corvette too. In this example the thief is predisposed to do that. He has a thing for "Red Corvettes." I would predict that Anthony Weiner will continue to take photos of his private parts and email them to any young woman that shows an interest in his sexual perversions. He has an inclination to repeat this same behavior over and over. He loves it.
About here I should comment on the woman that participated in his dirty, disgusting sex activities. What's her motive? Here's my take and opinion. She wants to have her fifteen of fame in the spotlight and possibly make money from the the experience with Weiner.
Let's look at the situation: It has been reported that Sydney Leathers, a 23-years-old contacted Weiner and criticized him for his sexting during the first scandal. But then she began having a sex texting phone sex relationship with the same guy she complained about. Why? The relationship supposedly started in 2012 through November, 2012, but she said she communicated with Weiner as late as April, this year.
This 23-year-old has fled her home in Indiana for digs elsewhere reportedly asking for $100,000 for her story regarding Weiner. It appears this young sex texting thing had a plan because she told a friend on Facebook that: "I could ruin someone's life right now." And, Wow! Her story is all over the news, worldwide. Will she make the $100,000 she wants? Who Knows? You would wonder what goes on in this girls zany, loopy head by sex-texting and participating in raunchy, dirty, disgusting emails. I suggest that the reader read some of the emails between these two people that have been reported in major newspapers - - they are filthy exchanges. I would suspect she is as bad as he is by her participation in these sex communication exchanges. Talk about class - - in my eyes this girl has none and if she does have even an ounce of class it's all "fourth class" at that. Now that Leathers has come forward I predict that there will other young ladies will come out of the woodwork jumping on the bandwagon too- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. OBAMA & FRIENDS INTRODUCED "RACE" TO TRAYVON MARTIN TRIAL. TALK ABOUT TAKING SIDES-HE DID. WOW!

Where precisely was the race issue in the Trayvon Martin/Zimmerman trial? THERE WAS NONE. However President Obama, with his inappropriate comments and speech made it one. Obama, pressured by the Congressional Black Caucus and the radical Al Sharpton believe it is alright to polarize the nation by injecting "race" into a trial verdict.
A week after the "legal verdict" of "not guilty" was handed down in a court of law Al Sharpton and his organization rallied the black community to protest in cities across the country. Even before the trial President Obama came out and said: "If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon." By doing that he made "skin color" a big, fat, glaring issue. Then a week after the verdict he again interjects himself into the trial giving a speech related to the Martin/Zimmerman case saying: " Trayvon Martin could have been me." With the mention of race by ignorant politicians, the media, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson it is a disgrace to the country.
This President puts on a face of respectability by attempting to take a position on unity between the races. but in reality it appears he sets his sights on other ideals. For example, let me cite the Fort Hood massacre of 13 military men by a Muslim shooter shouting " Allah Akbar.' .Now, that crime was a clear "racist, hate crime." After that shooting Obama said: "we should not jump to ethnic and/or religious conclusions. But now, look at his remarks and comments . Even before the Trayvon Martin trial was heard - -he drags in black versus white by inflaming the country using color as a tool.
There was never a hint that Zimmerman was a racist or had any racial motives in the Trayvon shooting. The investigation was conducted by members from various law enforcement agencies including the FBI and at least 30 of Zimmerman's aquaintances were interviewed and there was not one iota of proof that Zimmerman was a racist in any way, shape or form. The race card was only brought forth by irresponsible politicians, special groups and the media.
Even the Attorney general Eric Holder speaking before the NAACP told the group he will continue to investigate the possibility of bringing Civil Rights violations against Zimmerman. Certain people just cannot accept the fact that "THE JURY HAS SPOKEN."
According to Zimmerman, Trayvon Martin looked suspicious as he walked around in a Hoodie. Personally, I think if anyone saw a person walking in the dark of night around an apartment complex wearing a Hoodie it would make one suspicious and wonder if the person belongs and/or lives there.
Talk about suspicion lets remember what Jesse Jackson once said about members of his own race. To refresh memories, he said: "there is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery, then look around and see somebody "WHITE" and feel relieved."
Folks, black youths are being killed everyday at the hands of black youths in cities around this country. Take Chicago, Obama's stomping grounds, more than 530 people under the age of 21 have been murdered since 2008 and many more have been wounded or otherwise experienced violence - -more often than not by the hands of their peers and especially in the city's African-American communities.
I would like to pose the question: How many WHITE youths in cities across America are killed by African-American's every year? Yet, there is no call from the President or Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson or the Congressional Black Caucus to organize protest marches in those cities screaming for racial justice or a review of the firearms laws and legislation because of the murder and there certainly never is a call for Civil Rights investigations by the Feds when a white youth has been murdered.
I said it before and I say it again - -the Trayvon Martin killing was just another tragic shooting like all of the others that occur each and every day in cities across the country The Trayvon Martin case should have been treated like all of those others.
Finally, I should make note that the instigators yelling and screaming that this is nothing but a race issue case should also consider how Trayvon Martin has been portrayed. Each photo of Trayvon has been as a young teen at the age of 12-years old through possibly 14- years old instead of the 17-year old he was. Remember, in many courts of law a teenager can be tried as an adult so to make out that Trayvon is a chubby cheek 12 to 14-year old teenager clearly distorts the picture. I urge and challenge the media to actually publish different photos of Trayvon Martin as he actually appears at 17-years old at the time of the shooting. OR, the media should have published photos of Zimmerman at ages between 12-years old and 14- years old. Talk about manipulation - - the media, politicians and special interest groups clearly manipulated to sway opinion and stir up emotion.
People, the verdict has been rendered in the Trayvon/Zimmerman trial. The case was heard in a court of law; it was prosecuted; evidence and testimony was heard; the defense was heard; the case went before the jury; the jury deliberated and rendered their verdict. Get a life! Live with it! Justice has been done. Stop all of these crazy protests- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Then a week after the verdict he again interjects himself into the trial giving a speech related to the Martin/Zimmerman case saying: " Trayvon Martin could have been me." With the mention of race by ignorant politicians, the media, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson it is a disgrace to the country.
This President puts on a face of respectability by attempting to take a position on unity between the races. but in reality it appears he sets his sights on other ideals. For example, let me cite the Fort Hood massacre of 13 military men by a Muslim shooter shouting " Allah Akbar.' .Now, that crime was a clear "racist, hate crime." After that shooting Obama said: "we should not jump to ethnic and/or religious conclusions. But now, look at his remarks and comments . Even before the Trayvon Martin trial was heard - -he drags in black versus white by inflaming the country using color as a tool.
There was never a hint that Zimmerman was a racist or had any racial motives in the Trayvon shooting. The investigation was conducted by members from various law enforcement agencies including the FBI and at least 30 of Zimmerman's aquaintances were interviewed and there was not one iota of proof that Zimmerman was a racist in any way, shape or form. The race card was only brought forth by irresponsible politicians, special groups and the media.
Even the Attorney general Eric Holder speaking before the NAACP told the group he will continue to investigate the possibility of bringing Civil Rights violations against Zimmerman. Certain people just cannot accept the fact that "THE JURY HAS SPOKEN."
According to Zimmerman, Trayvon Martin looked suspicious as he walked around in a Hoodie. Personally, I think if anyone saw a person walking in the dark of night around an apartment complex wearing a Hoodie it would make one suspicious and wonder if the person belongs and/or lives there.
Talk about suspicion lets remember what Jesse Jackson once said about members of his own race. To refresh memories, he said: "there is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery, then look around and see somebody "WHITE" and feel relieved."
Folks, black youths are being killed everyday at the hands of black youths in cities around this country. Take Chicago, Obama's stomping grounds, more than 530 people under the age of 21 have been murdered since 2008 and many more have been wounded or otherwise experienced violence - -more often than not by the hands of their peers and especially in the city's African-American communities.
I would like to pose the question: How many WHITE youths in cities across America are killed by African-American's every year? Yet, there is no call from the President or Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson or the Congressional Black Caucus to organize protest marches in those cities screaming for racial justice or a review of the firearms laws and legislation because of the murder and there certainly never is a call for Civil Rights investigations by the Feds when a white youth has been murdered.
I said it before and I say it again - -the Trayvon Martin killing was just another tragic shooting like all of the others that occur each and every day in cities across the country The Trayvon Martin case should have been treated like all of those others.
Finally, I should make note that the instigators yelling and screaming that this is nothing but a race issue case should also consider how Trayvon Martin has been portrayed. Each photo of Trayvon has been as a young teen at the age of 12-years old through possibly 14- years old instead of the 17-year old he was. Remember, in many courts of law a teenager can be tried as an adult so to make out that Trayvon is a chubby cheek 12 to 14-year old teenager clearly distorts the picture. I urge and challenge the media to actually publish different photos of Trayvon Martin as he actually appears at 17-years old at the time of the shooting. OR, the media should have published photos of Zimmerman at ages between 12-years old and 14- years old. Talk about manipulation - - the media, politicians and special interest groups clearly manipulated to sway opinion and stir up emotion.
People, the verdict has been rendered in the Trayvon/Zimmerman trial. The case was heard in a court of law; it was prosecuted; evidence and testimony was heard; the defense was heard; the case went before the jury; the jury deliberated and rendered their verdict. Get a life! Live with it! Justice has been done. Stop all of these crazy protests- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

The Trayvon Martin case verdict has been rendered but even days after the verdict mob rules. A mob using the Trayvon Martin verdict as an excuse breaks into a Wal-Mart store in the Los Angeles area and steal and vandalizes the place. People, you tell me how a verdict in a trial condones a trashing, vandalizing and theft from a retail store. It doesn't. Since the verdict there has been mobs breaking windows and vandalizing stores around the country - - That's justice? To me, that is just an excuse to 'rob" and "steal"
Even before the verdict in the Zimmerman/Martin trial the government (Obama and his minions) has been stirring the pot causing racial tension around the country by their comments and remarks relating to the case. They still continue to do so. Just recently AG Eric Holder, speaking to a black group said because of his race he was profiled as a young black man? That's his story according to his perception. However, it may have been a different perspective from law enforcements view back then, those many years ago. There is two sides to every story. Of all people, he, Holder should know that. If the stories by Holder are in fact true could it be that the authorities had a reason to detain him? In all probability I would venture to say yes.
When Holder or an administration official is speaking before a black audience and/or group like the NAACP, civil rights groups, etc., he is clearly going to play to their desires to win approval and applause so there needs to be stories for the audience to relate to.
As I watch this case play out Barack Obama and Eric Holder, by their own words are capitulating to the NAACP, the civil rights groups and agitators like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. Obama and Holder are really "reaching" for any shred and thread of reason to continue to prosecute Zimmerman which is a "travesty" of justice. Zimmerman had his trial and was found "not guilty." What Obama, AG Holder, the NAACP and radicals Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are doing is making a mockery of justice. To me it looks like Obama and Holder are doing nothing more than to perpetuate a racial situation and it seems clear to me as to what side of the race issue these two men are on. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

AG HOLDER & THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION SHOULD KEEP THEIR NOSE OUT OF THE TRAYVON MARTIN CASE. IT's DONE, IT's OVER.

The Trayvon shooting is still being pursued by the Obama administration and civil rights groups. The administration admits that because of "pressure" from civil rights groups they will intensify the investigation and look for ways to prosecute Zimmerman under civil rights violations. What a way to run a justice system.
Attorney General Eric Holder calls the killing of Martin " an unnecessary shooting death.". Holder has already shown his true colors as to where he and the administration stand, even after the verdict by a JURY saying Zimmerman was "not guilty." Let me respond to Holders stupid comment. The shooting was "NECESSARY." According to Zimmerman and the jury the shooting was "necessary." Zimmerman was in fear for his life. That is why he shot Trayvon Martin and the jury agreed BUT it appears Holder and the Obama administration is searching for anything that they can use to pacify the African-American community and the civil rights groups.
Holder went on to state; "We are determined to meet division and confusion with understanding and compassion - - - and also the truth." Really? According to who's truth Holder? The trial was held, the evidence was presented, the case was heard and the jury rendered a verdict of "not guilty." The truth in this case should be self evident, even to Holder and the Administration.
Holder went on to say: "We will never stop working to ensure that - - - in every case, in every circumstance and in every community - - - justice must be done." That sound nice folks, but me thinks that Holder is fibbing quite a bit here.
What about all those other teenagers whether in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles , etc;, that is murdered? What about those teens and adolescents that are murdered by someone of the opposite race? They are not pursued like Holder is currently doing with the Zimmerman/Martin case. As an example, Obama's stomping grounds of Chicago is experiencing a murderous rampage second to none and there is a number of teens and tweens being slaughtered but those cases do not have the scrutiny that the Trayvon Martin case has. My thought- AG Holder is not ensuring anything. He is using a lot of talk to rationalize charges that he may build to covict Zimmerman, that's all.
In most any other killings in any city across the country that involves a teenager the case is heard in a court of law, (just like the Zimmerman/Martin) case; decided by a jury (just like the Zimmerman/Martin) case; and the suspect/defendant is either acquitted and set free or sent to prison -(Guilty or Not Guilty) (just like the Zimmerman/Martin) case and, - - - that's it . The Trayvon Martin case should be no different. It was a shooting like the thousands that occur each and every day in America.
The only reason this case is still being pursued is because of civil rights agitators like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton who think they still speak for all of the African-Americans in the county so they organize marches and put pressure on the lawmakers so Justice, (as they see it) goes their way.Because of that pressure Attorney General Holder will pander and pacify special groups and segments of the population on behalf of Obama for party votes.
Folks, remember these murder cases- - Casey Anthony (Not Guilty); O.J. Simpson (Not Guilty). Their cases were heard and done and the people in this country moved on. The same should apply to the Zimmerman/Martin case. It's over folks, the verdict was rendered lets live with it rather than have the justice department make up a way to find a person "Guilty", no matter what. The Jusice Department should not have another bite at the apple. Zimmerman was found "not guilty." And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

THE ZIMMERMAN VERDICT WAS CORRECT. STOP THE MOB MENTALITY PEOPLE.

It was only a matter of time before over the hill civil rights people began to bad mouth the George Zimmerman verdict. Just today, Jesse Jackson put his two cents in saying the verdict was wrong and went on to say a young child was killed. No Kidding - -everybody in the nation and around the world knows a "young man" was killed. That doesn't mean Zimmerman should be put to death or spend his life in prison. Children and young men and women are killed every day, especially by gang violence. Many 6 year old through 17-year old are the victims. Look at Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and other cities. Children both black and white are being murdered every day. If the killers are caught they go to trial and are sentenced. Those children and those 17-year old's are no different than Trayvon Martin. But why race was introduced into Martin's demise is beyond me. He is a victim like thousands of other across this nation. But because a white individual killed a black person the black community jumped on the chance to march and complain until politics, social aspects and race were forefront.
A side note? How many black individuals kill a white child or a 17-year old in this country every day? The answer is quite a few. But when the black person kills the white teen-ager the case goes to court and is heard by a judge and jury and whatever sentence is handed down the victims parents have to live with that verdict the rest of their lives. There is no large marches by the white community protesting, screaming and yelling with signs asking for justice and playing the race card. However, in the Trayvon Martin case that is exactly what happened.
I think it's only a matter of time before other old school, over the hill civil rights people like the Rev. Al Sharpton will begin going on television and radio screaming for justice in the Martin case - -although justice had already been served. But for Sharpton, I have two words- "Twana Brawley."
That case will forever hang around Sharpton's neck like a yacht anchor and be associated with poor civil rights matters and how one person like Sharpton can stir up emotion and manipulate the civil rights movement for their own recognition.
To me these large community marches and protests by the black community resemble the villager's marching on the castle with torches and pitch forks to kill the monster. I want to reiterate, the only reason Zimmerman was brought to trial.- - One, because of Presidents Obama's reaction and opinion in the Martin/Zimmerman matter even before there was charges filed. Two, because of the large marches and pressure put on lawmakers from the White House , which flowed down to the State, County and city levels.
My personal view is that charges against Zimmerman should never have been brought. Zimmerman clearly defended himself and was in fear for his life. Come on! In regards to just one aspect of the case - - Trayvon Martin busted Zimmerman's nose and caused injury to the back of his head (photos clearly show the injuries).
The authorities were correct in not filing charges but because race was brought into the picture and because of the marches by the African-American community as well as pressure on lawmakers Zimmerman was charged and the Police Chief was fired. And, as expected, the new police chief was an African-American to further put a face on the race issue. Because of pressure, the Governor of the State of Florida assigned his team from the Attorney Generals office to charge Zimmerman. It was "all" politics to file charges against Zimmerman. And now, believe it or not the White House (Obama), the State of Florida and the prosecution team still want a pound of flesh from Zimmerman, even after he was found "NOT GUILTY" by a jury. In less than forty-eight (48) hours the lawmakers and politicians are turning the case over to the Justice Department saying " the case is still ongoing and open." That's shameful. The White House and the state of Florida want to console and pander to blacks all over the country. What's the reason? Probably votes.
The trial was held, the evidence heard and a "not guilty" verdict was rendered. The prosecution was so intent on playing politics courtesy of President Obama's statement to the nation, something to the effect of: "If I had a son he would be Trayvon Martin" which only reinforced the idea that Zimmerman "had to go" so Judge Debra S. Nelson of Seminole County Court, Sanford, FL instructed the jury that an additional lesser charge could be considered- "manslaughter." The state was hoping to convict Zimmerman, "no matter what."
Folks, think back to the O.J. Simpson case verdict when O.J. was found "not guilty". Again, mobs of people from the black community were seen on television around the world screaming and yelling in agreement with the verdict. But there was no white mobs with placards and signs or white mobs taking to the streets asking for justice or threatening possible violence.
I say whether you are black, white, Asian, or polka-dot in color. Let the case go to trial on "it's own merits", let it be be heard and live with the verdict. That IS the justice system. It's time to STOP these marches, pressuring politicians and threatening to do harm in order to sway opinion one way or the other. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions.You decide.

THE ORGAN TRANSPLANT PROGRAM NEEDS FIXING

Is the organ transplant program fixed and corrupted? To a degree, I think so.
A 10-year old girl, Sarah Murnaghan who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis went to the media and pleaded for a lung transplant for the child. Lo and behold, like magic, the girl jumped to the top of the list and received a lung transplant. A judge interceded in the organ/transplant debate and said the girl could receive an adult organ. Now, again, just recently the same child received a trachea.
True ,the girl needed the lung but she was not first on the list to receive the organ. Anther question i have about this transplant is: Was Sarah the sickest child on the list waiting for a transplant?
I am not begrudging the child the lung but I have serious concerns about the organ donor process being turned into a popularity contest as to who screams and squeals the loudest will receive an organ. In this case it looks like the the squeaky wheel got the grease.
I think the organ transplant system needs an overhaul. The executive committee seemed to buckle under media scrutiny and provide an organ for the young girl. The National organ list is said to be fair, but is it? Really? It purports to move a person up on the list based only on "medical need." The committee says it takes into consideration one's medical criteria, blood type, height, weight and time spent waiting for the organ.
However over the years the public has seen well known celebrities receive liver, lung, kidney and heart transplants who clearly were not waiting as long as others on the National waiting list. The transplant committee says the rich and famous have to wait to. I don't believe that for a second. Just based on the publicity of the number of celebrities and well known personalities who have received organs over the last few decades it seems to me that the committee members who decide where the organ is to go considers financial, political, social and celebrity status.
I think what would be fair is to allow anyone to buy an organ and the donor allowed to accept payment for that organ. Lets look at what's happening now - -The Hospital gets paid, the doctors and medical staff are getting paid to perform the operation, organ transport people are getting paid - - basically everyone involved in the organ transplant procedure gets paid very generously EXCEPT the donor.
I submit that if a person has the means to pay for an organ and there is a donor and/or a donor's family that wants to enter into a financial agreement for an organ - - let it go forward. Why should everyone else involved in the organ transplant procedure make a salary and/or profit from it and a donor or their family cannot receive compensation? I think that would be a more fair solution than having a few bureaucrats or a committee either from the government or private sector telling a possible organ recipient and donor who gets a specific organ. If a recipient finds a donor match and is willing to pay for the organ, why not? - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Is the organ transplant program fixed and corrupted? To a degree, I think so.
A 10-year old girl, Sarah Murnaghan who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis went to the media and pleaded for a lung transplant for the child. Lo and behold, like magic, the girl jumped to the top of the list and received a lung transplant. A judge interceded in the organ/transplant debate and said the girl could receive an adult organ. Now, again, just recently the same child received a trachea.
True ,the girl needed the lung but she was not first on the list to receive the organ. Anther question i have about this transplant is: Was Sarah the sickest child on the list waiting for a transplant?
I am not begrudging the child the lung but I have serious concerns about the organ donor process being turned into a popularity contest as to who screams and squeals the loudest will receive an organ. In this case it looks like the the squeaky wheel got the grease.
I think the organ transplant system needs an overhaul. The executive committee seemed to buckle under media scrutiny and provide an organ for the young girl. The National organ list is said to be fair, but is it? Really? It purports to move a person up on the list based only on "medical need." The committee says it takes into consideration one's medical criteria, blood type, height, weight and time spent waiting for the organ.
However over the years the public has seen well known celebrities receive liver, lung, kidney and heart transplants who clearly were not waiting as long as others on the National waiting list. The transplant committee says the rich and famous have to wait to. I don't believe that for a second. Just based on the publicity of the number of celebrities and well known personalities who have received organs over the last few decades it seems to me that the committee members who decide where the organ is to go considers financial, political, social and celebrity status.

THE NSA SCREWED UP HIRING SNOWDEN BY OUTSOURCING

Edward Snowden was hired by a private contractor. My thought is "You cannot outsource government security." The company, U.S. Investigations Services, or USIS started in 1996 with only 700 former government employees and now is one of the largest companies that check the background of applicants for government work. The company is now run by a large equity fund taking in $195 million in government payments last year. Already this year - -more than $215 million.
This company okayed Snowden for the job with the NSA and I believe because of lack of supervision of the companies employees and a failure to actually check out individual applicants this company let Snowden slide and gave him a pass just to collect the fees for his hire.
If it were up to me I would call for an indepth investigation of USIS as to why the company is giving unqualified applicants a pass and certifying that the individual is capable and competent for the position.
Come On! I remember the time when the National Security Agency (NSA) and other federal agencies would actually do a deep background check on any applicant applying for a position with a particular agency. I can speak from personal experience that in the 1970's and 1980's if the agencies were interested in an applicant they would send and agent (sometimes, two) to talk and interview the applicant and conduct a complete background check. These agents would fly from Fort Meade all over the country to interview people of interest.
I also recall that in the 1950's, 60's and 70's even the elite LAPD would send two officers across the country to do a background check on possible applicants. Now, the interview process for many government agencies as well as many police agencies are outsourced to these private employment contractors. That's sad.
I would wonder how many more Snowden's are already employed in federal government agencies just waiting to unleash their personal views and opinions by deciding in their own mind what is good for the country and throw classified and government secrets open to the world.
I would like to see each government agency again conduct their own interviews and background checks on prospective employees. Dumbing down the process by outsourcing like they have been doing since the 1990's is dumbing down the agencies themselves. Get back to basics people. Do you own background checks on applicants. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

TODDLER ALLISA (16 Mo.) BEATEN TO DEATH & JUDGE VANDERBECK HANDS DOWN A SENTENCE OF "ONLY" 77 DAYS: JUSTICE IN INDIANA IS REALLY BLIND.

Here's one for the books. A juiced in judge in Topeka, Indiana , a town of about 1000 residents gives a person that killed an infant "only 77 days" in jail.
Four years ago, March 28, 2009 the toddler Allisa Guernsey (16 months) old was brutally beaten to death by babysitter Christy Shaffer, the babies cousin. Shaffer was the "only" person caring for the baby at the time of its death. Allisa was so badly beaten that she had bruises all over her face and body; lacerations on her lip; a broken arm; and the infants hair was "pulled" out of her head. The medical examiner said that the toddler's mouth had been smashed in by a fist. The baby was so mutilated that the photos of her with her injuries looked like she was a rag doll. Christy Shaffer really did a number on this 16 month old.
The medical examiner classified the baby's death as a "homicide" but when it came time for sentencing Christy Shaffer pleaded down the homicide to a much lesser charge, that being, "neglect of a dependent." Shaffer could have got 20 years for the crime but lo' and behold judge Scott Vanderbeck gave her 10 years and believe it, (he suspended six (6) of those years) - - AND THEN, believe it or not the judge went even further and reduced the four year sentence to - - GET THIS! - -Seventy-seven days. Yep, (77) days. Why?
Christy's father was very well established and very well known in smallville, USA. In fact he was the Vice-President of the Farmers State Bank. He was what one would call the BIG FISH in the pond. In fact, when Judge Vanderbeck was asked by the media why he only gave Christy Shaffer 77 days for the cruel, inhuman death of little toddler Allisa his comment was: ' I know Mr. Spunger, he has been on some Boards with me - - I know he's got a good heart."
Talk about a conflict of interest. Wow! I would think judge Vanderbeck would have removed himself from the case but apparently being so close to Christy's father, one of the most prominent citizens in this small town he made the decision to give Christy a pass.
When the city prosecutor Jeff Wible was asked if he asked judge Vanderbeck to recuse himself because he was on such good terms with Christy's father all he said was; ' The judge should not have given her that little time." but he failed to answer the question as to if he himself queried the judge in the case. To me and others it looks as though city hall officials as well as the judiciary wanted to pacify Christy's father and let her off the hook.
I wonder why people in the state of Indiana isn't crying out for the justice due little Allisa. To their credit there is a group that started a petition for justice for Allisa and to date, to my knowledge there are 100,000 people across the United States that want justice to prevail.
My question is: What about the state's Attorney General taking on this matter? Even the feds. Judge Vanderbeck's actions and ruling in Allisa's case smells to high heaven. I would urge everyone in the state of Indiana to march on the Capitol and demand a complete and thorough investigation by the state and/or the feds. I could see judge Vanderbeck being put under the microscope and investigated as to the extent his relationship with Christy Shaffer's father and how much that played a part in reducing prison time that could have been 20 years to ONLY 77 days.
Personally, I would think that judgeVanderbeck should be thrown out of office, if for nothing else than making a mockery of the justice system.If this crime occurred in any other city this BIG FISH, and his juiced up friends working for the city and judiciary in this small town wouldn't even be a minnow in the scheme of things. Judge Vanderbeck, city attorney Wible and Christy's father should be ashamed of themselves. In fact, all of the lawmakers in the state of Indiana should be ashamed.- In closing, I am sure that somewhere out there on the Internet there is photos of the horrendous injuries that Christy Shaffer inflicted upon this toddler. Folks, search and see and then ask yourself how a sitting judge and city attorney could rationalize a sentence of 77 days in jail. The irony is Christy Shaffer is still out there with all of that anger she took out on little Allisa. And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

OBAMA SAYS HE IS NO TAKING SIDES IN EGYPT'S CONFLICT. I DON'T BELIEVE IT.

LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Obama says he is not taking sides in the Egypt crisis. If you believe that I have a bridge in Brooklyn I want to sell you. Recently Secretary of State John Kerry has been sticking his nose in the conflict and Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel also has been talking to certain elements in Egypt in order to have the upcoming civil war in that country go our way. The Egypt conflict is a "coup." Call it what it is -- What else can it be if the military takes over the country and deposes the elected Islamist president?
Folks, right now the administration and Obama is dinging us taxpayers a whopping ONE and a HALF BILLION dollars($1.5 Billion) a year to persuade Egypt to stay in our corner. As usual, we, the United States are buying a countries loyalty by throwing billions of dollars in their direction.
We should immediately stop all of this foreign aid to Egypt. Somewhere in the law and by act of Congress I am sure there is a section and paragraph stating that the United States CANNOT give foreign aid to a country that has initiated a coup. As to foreign aid goes we should should stop most, if not all foreign aid to many of these countries like Iraq, Egypt, Afghanistan, Israel and others. These countries, many who are blatantly corrupt take our money, they call us "SATAN" and murder and kill our citizens and yet continue to hold their hand out taking our billions of dollars. And, like a bunch of "dummies" our Congress continues to bribe and pander to these nations. What a Joke.
Charity should begin right here at home in the good ol' USA. Just think what that $1.5 BILLION dollars could do right here in our country? Better roads, better infrastructure, better border security ( a double-tiered, double-level fence running the entire length of the southern border of the U.S.). Hell , one in four kids in this country live in poverty; our electrical grid is in shambles; our bridges are crumbling and here we are giving $1.5 billion to Egypt thinking we will bring democracy to the region. NEWS FLASH - It's never gonna happen.
A side note: -In addition to the United States giving 1.5 billion dollars to Egypt a group of wealthy Arab allies in the Gulf promised Egypt 8 billion dollars. All Egypt is looking for is money from wherever they can get it. It's nothing more than "extortion". Their premise is : " if countries don't pony up billions of dollars Egypt will continue overthrow its leaders." What a racket.
We Americans have to stop trying to be "policeman of the world." Every time there is a conflict in another country we immediately stick our nose in it and begin promising tons of money to the warring parties.
It's not enough to blow billions on foreign aid but we taxpayers are on the hook even when president Obama or the first lady decides to go on vacation. Michelle Obama blew a ton of money when she and the children decided to go abroad. Lavish vacation is an understatement. Recently Obama decided to take the family to Africa. The trip alone for the first family cost us taxpayers 100 MILLION dollars and believe it, while there, Obama promised to give the Africa elite millions of dollars as a good will gesture. That is our taxpayers money but this administration spends like there is no tomorrow, like a drunken sailor, with no regard to the taxpayer.
My thought? We have to rein in Obama and Congress on their spending. They are literally breaking the country and causing our economic woes. Foreign aid and excessive spending has to go. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.
