LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Prices going up again. Bacon going to $6.00 a pound and pork and meat prices are said to climb at least 30%. Why? Here's why. Obama and his administration in collusion with some main Republican's are pushing ethanol as an energy source and these politicians are using the majority of corn production in this country for this fuel alternative that has been proven to cost more to produce than it is worth. So, no corn to feed the pigs and other animals which have farmers having to pay more for what corn is left and those farmers raise the cost of the meat.
Also the the rising cost of gasoline is a major factor because the farmer has to get the meat to market. But, these fat cat politicians continue to subsidize the ethanol industry and then sell what little corn we have left to countries overseas causing us consumers here in America to pay more for our breads, cereals and other food items. By the way, since Obama took office gasoline has gone up 140%. From about $1.83 to close to $4.00 or more a gallon. How's that grab you?
I believe America should come first. Use our grains and food stuffs here in the good ol' USA first, for our peoples needs. Then, if we have a surplus, and only then, sell it overseas. Folks one in four children in this country are starving. Yet, we see these politicians sending millions of tons of food overseas to feed other countries children. Why is that?
We are spending billions of dollars on other countries roads, infrastructure , other countries border fences, schools and businesses but continue to fail to address our problem infrastructure, borders, crumbling roads, bridges and schools and starving kids. What's the matter with this picture people?
We citizens have to insist our politicians:
1. bring all of our troops home (Savings to the USA- Billions of dollars).
2. Stop foreign aid to the rest of the world (Savings to the USA-Billions of dollars).
3. Stop all silly wasteful programs and studies such as: treadmills for Shrimps; building a cotton mill institute in Brazil and studying the Pickles. I would think any farmer raising pickles knows what is needed to raise and produce a good pickle. They have been doing it for centuries. So, why spend millions on a pickle study.
It's wasteful spending like mentioned above that is causing many of our current financial woes and poor economy but the political machine in Washington just keeps on printing money which in turn weakens our dollar and causes people to lose their jobs and raises prices on each and every item we consumers have to buy.
I predict that if the government would just take one of the above examples: "Bring the troops home." The billions that we would save would regenerate the economy by leaps and bounds. Those billions of dollars saved could be transferred into job creation and millions of shovel ready projects across this country. The returning military personnel would have jobs to go to and a rebirth of the country would be evident with those returning military people buying houses and going into the work force and again spending money on cars, furniture and other items which would churn the economic engine It would be like the surge this country enjoyed following World War II.
Folks, America first. We need that now. This obscene notion of taking care of the rest of the world and giving billions of dollars to other countries at the expense of our own people is ludricous. -And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Casey Anthony Should Be Shunned & Sued In a Civil Case

Sarah's inquiry and to what I thought of the Casey Anthony "not guilty" verdict.
Well Sarah, to begin. Where did they come up with this lame jury? This jury watches too much CSI and tries to expect movie/tv expectations in reality. What a joke of a jury.
Further, I believe the prosecution did prove their case. It took a month to present the case and this bunch of incompetent jury members only took only about 10 1/2 hours to decide this case? Come on! Where was the discussion in the jury room about some of the facts such as : the internet searches about broken neck, chloroform , decomposition, the body being found very close to where Casey Anthony resided and the duct tape around little Caylee's mouth and nose. The jury should have been prudent and held discussions on each and every facet of the case. If they did that the jury would have been out days.
The jury didn't hear or see e-mails from Casey belittling her daughter and implying Caylee was a bother and a "snot head" obstacle to her social life. The jury also was prevented from hearing about the feud between Casey and her mother. Also the prosecution investigated the idea that Casey was jealous of the attention that was shown Caylee by Casey's mother. Was Casey jealous enough to kill Caylee because of the competition for affection? Possibly. Enough about the family dynamics though. Ir appears this whole family is a dysfunctional mess.
In any event Sarah, I would think even without all of that with all the evidence that was presented during the trial there was more than enough to convict Casey Anthony of "murder in the first."
Just simple logic, the little girl is dead. She had duct tape wrapped around her nose and mouth and thrown out like garbage in trash bags. Accident, I don't think so. Murder, YES. It is no accident that duct tape is wrapped around a child's nose and mouth.
I believe this inattentive and incompetent jury got it wrong but for reasons only known to themselves. Could it be they wanted their fifteen minutes of fame in the spotlight? Could be. In fact there was one juror that wanted $50,000 to speak to the press and media outlets. What does that tell you folks? Some of these jurors were looking for a payday for themselves and probably still are.
It appears justice for little Caylee is something this jury clearly ignored. They should be ashamed of themselves. I would bet that if Caylee was one of the juror's children the verdict would be different.
As for Casey Anthony, she should be shunned by the communities all across America like O.J. Simpson was. I predict that Casey Anthony will in all likelihood receive millions of dollars for book and movie deals and probably even porn star offers and you can be sure she will enjoy her life partying and spending the ill gotten gains., but I say to her : "CASEY, the money won't last forever and eventually you'll be back to where you were before your windfall - - an uneducated, lying party animal. One of my views, - - people should not buy any books, articles, etc., that would contribute to this well documented LIAR's livelihood. As to any movies about this case, I would suggest everyone boycott and shy away from going to see the movies, if they are indeed made. The way this woman lies you can bet that in any movie which portrays her life and this case there will be nothing that can be believed.
Finally, what I would like to see is someone, somewhere in this country that would represent little Caylee and bring a civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony for possibly, "wrongful death." If this action was taken then Casey would have to be under oath and testify as to the situation surrounding Caylee's death. I would suggest that if there was a way to get Casey Anthony on the stand and under oath there would be a way to get at the true facts of this case, even with the pathological lying of Casey Anthony. - In conclusion Sarah, do I believe Casey Anthony murdered little Caylee? Yes, I do. -And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.
