Your inquiry said that you are experiencing painful episodes of the gout. You wanted to know if there is some oriental medicine and/or an alternative medicine regimen that might bring some relief.
My first response is "yes." In this particular ailment, Oriental Medicine would suggest you begin with eating more fruit and vegetables. Lay off the smoked meats and stick to lean beef. Rather that eating large portions of meats try to replace the meat with beans and lentils; at least, try to eat fish once a week. And yes, eggs are good for you.Along with the fruits, veggies and fish, they provide good protein. Myself, I'm not a fan of dairy products so I limit them in my diet to a large degree. Possibly you can try limiting your dairy intake also. If you rearrange your eating habits to these mentioned here I am sure you will find some relief regarding your gout situation. And, check in with your doctor once you've begun to frame your diet and food choices to see if he or she can offer even more suggestions in this matter. - And, that's my opinion. POSSIBLE BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER.

This memo goes out to Marcia B., in Texas.
In regards to your inquiry wherein you describe areas of your sister's life situation. I would suggest that you seek out professional help for her. The sooner she gets into therapy the sooner you will find the stress, anxiety and concern you are experiencing for her will be alleviated to a great extent.
From all the information you provided me, I would say it appears your sister can't accept rejection, of any kind. Basically, no one can reject JB because she will just keep coming back, over and over again. For JB, having people in her life is like oxygen to her. She also has serious trust issues, especially when she told her fiance, in a rage, that "you don't get to leave me"!
From your information, it also appears she has problems on the job and clearly cannot take any constructive criticism. She feels as though people are stabbing her in the back. Chances are, your sister will sabotage everything in her life. With the actions, you describe regarding your sister I would say she has a "Borderline Personality Disorder." Some people with this disorder know they are sick but cannot get a grip on their behavior.

HILLARY CLINTON GOES FOR THE MUCK , FILTH AND MUD -AGAIN!

Wow! The Clinton campaign is really stooping to a new low. In order to pander and court the black vote a few days prior to election day Clinton and her staff hold a rally in Cleveland featuring the vulgar Rap person, Jay Z and Black Lives Matter supporter, Beyonce.
For all the flack that Trump took from Clinton about his language, she stands with, and embraces Jay Z, whose songs are nothing but filthy, dirty uncouth ramblings that pretend to be music. Are you kidding me? My view on Rap music is nothing but someone talking or yelling the words into a microphone to the same old tired cadence in the background. The big difference with Jay Z is he spews out the "F" word, Motherf-----, and the "N" word. He didn't say these filthy words just once. Instead, most every other word out of his mouth was the F, MF or N word.
And, believe it or not, I've heard that this pandering candidate is going to show up in Pennsylvania, and possibly other states with these same "down in the gutter" so called entertainers in the closing days of this campaign. It makes me wonder if Clinton sold her soul long ago. It appears nothing is beneath her in order to get what she wants. That's sad.
Can you imagine what would happen if a white performer used even one of those words in a speech or song? They would be crucified, without a doubt. Yet Clinton is smiling and cozying up to this garbage mouth. I would think this presidential candidate would have more class than to accept the filth pouring out of Jay Z's mouth in support of her. She may say she has class, but to me, it's all "fourth class."
For a person who is accused of being untrustworthy, dishonest and an outright liar she still never ceases to amaze me as to how low she can continue to slide into the muck , manure, and dirt.
I submit that any reasonable, intelligent, competent, rational person would not have allowed a vile, garbage mouth man to stand on a stage representing the democratic party and a presidential candidate to act as an ambassador for them. It's a disgrace. It's disgusting. Clinton has no shame whatsoever.
People may not like either presidential candidate but really, come on! Does America want someone with Clinton's misguided values, attitude, and personality to represent the United States around the globe? It appears this woman and her Clinton machine will do anything to pander to get elected. And believe me, if she is elected she will take all of those perverted actions right back into the White House.
I, as a voter, a vet, an American and a patriot, who loves America sees no contest between the two candidates we have to choose from. Clinton who has been mired and entrenched in sleazy, dirty politics and tricks for over forty years versus a businessman who has never been in politics and says he wants to change the country for the better. Trump says he is beholden to no one or any lobby due to his fortune. To me, that's a game changer right there, a breath of fresh air. Any newcomer is worth a shot. Especially, when they can't be bought. A non-politician can't be any worse that what Clinton and her friends did to this country over the past eight years. And, hey, if Trump doesn't keep his pact with the country, throw him out after his four years in office. But I believe the man deserves a chance to right this ship. And, that's my opinion.
