LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the wold treating you?
Kudos to Mayor Dana Redd, of Camden, New Jersey for firing the public employees. Also my hat's off to Superior Court Judge Frances Orlando for not forcing the city to rehire police officers.
Public employees across this nation feel that they are an entitled bunch. That's hogwash. Now with these police and fire persons in Camden off the job they will get a small inkling what's it like to be without a job. The news media showed these police and fire people lining up their shoes on the street and crying. Well, boo hoo!
When people in the private sector lose their job they don't line up their shoes in the street. They may cry but they have to suck it up and begin hitting the pavement to find a new job.
I hope that Mayor Redd sticks to her guns. She did the right thing. At present public employees and their unions are forcing many city, county and states to be on the brink of bankruptcy with their outlandish demands. Many of these public employees are making over $200,000 a year in wages and then they have annual guaranteed cost of living increases, automatic step increases and have very lucrative pension, retirement and health care for themselves and their family members for life. Folks, people working in the private sector doesn't even come close to enjoying even one small sliver of what these public employees write into their union contracts.
The worst thing that ever happened to America is when public employees were allowed to unionize and bargain. It got completely out of hand and the union demands get more demanding each and every year.
I suggest that public employees be paid and have the same retirement plans that private sector employees have to look forward to. Basically a reasonable salary (without guaranteed step increases, guaranteed annual cost of living increases, bonuses, guaranteed sick time, and guaranteed free or near free health benefits for them and their families for life.)
It could breakdown like this:
1. Public employee is paid a fair and reasonable annual salary.
2. Public employee receives one or two weeks annual vacation time. If on the job after ten years an addition week with a maximum three weeks annually.
3. Public employee receives a few days a year sick time.
4. Public employee pays part of their health care.
5. Public employees retirement and pension plan is a 401(k) and social security benefits.
All of the above is what a person working in the private sector has to look forward too and it should be no different for anyone working as a public employee.
I submit that if all public employees had to depend on the same salary ranges and retirement benefits as most all of those who work in the private sector the states and country would be better off. People, the inequity and parity in salary and benefits between the public employee and the private sector employee is obscene.
The lawmakers across this nation have to step up to the plate like Mayor Redd and say "no" to these public employee unions. They have to quit pandering for votes from these unions. Giving these unions what they want each and every contract year is unwarranted. The cities and state could fire these public employees if they refuse to work for what the city wants to pay them and each city or state government could start over again by hiring new employees.
I predict that if the cities counties and state governments went bankrupt, fired all the current public employees and started from square one negotiating with reasonable salaries and benefits as I described earlier there would be thousands of applicants standing in line wanting the job. There would be no shortage of applicants. For example, currently when a police department or fire department advertises open positions there are hundreds of applicants for just only one position.
So lawmakers, say "no" to the current public employees. If they don't' like the city, county or state employment terms that are offered let them quit and try to find a job in the private sector. I would put money on it that not one public employee would quit his or her job. They know what a gravy train they have been riding for decades.
The lawmakers have to immediately begin to pass legislation and curb all of these over the top pension and retirement and health benefits that the private sector worker is on the hook for. The private sector worker and taxpayer is paying for the public employee and his/her families well financed retirement and lifetime health care while struggling to pay for their own health care and mortgage. - And, that's my opinion. Lawmakers Pander To Public Employees: Cut the Cord

What is it going to take to wake up the lawmakers in Washington to put the brakes on the obscene salaries and pensions that are being paid to public employee's across the nation.
Moody's, one of the most recognized ratings companies in the world recently warned the world leaders about the situation but it appears the advice is falling on deaf ears. Moody's said that France, Germany, the United States and Britain have to drastically control their spending on public employee pensions and health care in order to keep their debt burdens stable over the long term.
Folks, these countries are going bankrupt just because they choose to pander to the powerful public employee unions.for the sake of votes.
Here in America many of our cities and states are on the verge of going bust. The outrageous salaries, pensions, retirements and health plans given to these public employee's that the private sector worker is on the hook for should be stopped in it's tracks. There are also other lucrative benefits that these public employee's enjoy. Here are a few: An annual guaranteed cost of living increase that iesfrom 4 percent to 14 percent; bonuses, step increases and usually free medical for life for the employee and their families.
In today's economy there is no one in the private sector that can even hope to enjoy these types of benefits. The public sector employee have these guarantee's built into their union contracts and the worker in the private sector (John and Jane ) six-pack has no guarantee's. John and Jane are paying the public employee's mortgage's and health care while having problems paying their own.
Year after year the lawmakers in our cities and states continue to give the public employee's the benefits mentioned above because they want the union vote. They ignore the consequences and the fact that if they continue these payouts their entire state is in jeopardy.
People, the worst thing that ever happened in America is when public employee's were allowed to unionize and form these powerful cliques. The inequity, parity and inequality between salaries, retirements , pensions and health care of public employees versus the average every day worker in the private sector is over the top. The private sector is supporting the public employees and their families throughout their entire life.
I would suggest that politicians and lawmakers across the country start:

Germany's Tainted-Food Scandal: A Disgrace

Germany has a scandal of significant proportions . The cancer causing chemical dioxin is in their food chain. In the past people could trust Germany for safe, healthy food but now because of greed the agricultural industry used short cuts to save money while making additional profits for themselves..
The state agriculture ministry has lost control of it's farms and farmers. Their oversight is lacking. Last week millions of eggs, chickens and pigs were slaughtered because of the hazardous, dangerous and deadly chemicals in the food. Germany froze sales from 5000 farms. Why? Because the cancer causing chemical "dioxin" was present in the foods distributed by the greedy farmers and feeders. The scandal is so bad the agriculture ministry banned an additional 934 more farms for the same crimes a few days ago.
The feed producers in Germany are taking a page from the play book of the Chinese. As most people around the world can recall China tainted chickens, eggs, animals and other food products such as toothpaste, candy and fish. The tainted food caused a number of fatalities. Children and adults died from consuming it. The reason for the tainted food and products was solely for "GREED", They wanted to make more money and short changed the public by introducing poisons and dangerous chemicals into the food chain.
Now the farmers and feed processor's in Germany are doing the same thing. People, these dangerous chemicals and poisons will cause people who consume the tainted foods to experience kidney and liver problems. It also causes cancer. That's just the tip of the iceberg of what can happen to the people that eat this doctored food.
The tainted food can cause death but it appears the feed producers and farmers in Germany believe that it is a risk they are willing to take in order to reap more money in their coffers.
Germany officials say that"consumption of these goods does not pose a health risk." Really? What do you expect them to say? Are they going to honestly tell you that people are at risk? It's always about the money folks. If in fact, there were a risk to a person's health and the truth were told, everybody knows Germany would lose billions of dollars . So, like most other countries that have problems with food, medicines, and other products that endanger the public they spin a party line that there is no reason to worry and everything is rosy and great.
At the current time and until I can be assured by Germany that their food supply is safe I personally choose not eat any food items imported from Germany. For my own benefit I would rather be safe than sorry.
Where are the inspectors that are regulating the food supply in Germany? Where are the arrests of the people that intentionally tainted the food supply for the sake of greed? If this tainted food problem happened once, will it be repeated? Chances are it will since the oversight of the industry has failed miserably. Unless the farmers and feed producer's are held accountable with serious consequences I would predict that it will happen over and over. The offending farmers and feed producers should lose their ill-gotten profits and possibly their farms and business. You can bet that if they lose their livelihood other farmers and feed producers will think twice before attempting to cut corners and put the consumers in danger.
It's a disgrace that a country like Germany who always had a reputation of providing some of the best food in the world allowed it's food supply to be brought to such a low point.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

Anchor Baby Travel Business Has To Be Eliminated

Our lawmakers have been falling down on the job over and over again. Let's just take one instance, the "ANCHOR BABY" problem. The United States has allowed a special travel industry which I would like to call the "Baby Travel Service. " And, we citizens have allowed Congress to continue this outrageous practice. People from all over the world but mostly from our neighbors to the South pay thousands of dollars to these travel companies to have their baby delivered on American soil. For example, Since 2003 Turkey imported 12,000 pregnant women allowing them to give birth here in the USA. Christ, in all the Southwest border towns in Mexico you can find flashing billboards that advertise the "baby travel service." Some signs read: "Do you want to have your baby in the U.S.?
Currently, once the illegal baby is born on United States soil that baby automatically receives an enormous benefits package, courtesy of good ol' Uncle Sam. The babies receive Medicaid, including the cost of the birth. They receive immediate temporary assistance, food stamps, donated clothes, housing and other benefits.
Since the baby receives the giveaway package of benefits that baby immediately shares all of them with the illegal alien parents.
A bonus for the baby being born in the USA is that when baby grows up to be an adult, he or she can legalize their parents and bring them into the United States. They can also bring into the USA a foreign-born spouse and any foreign-born siblings. Then, whoppee! A big bonus. - - All of these people can then bring in their own extended families. This outrageous policy is called "chain migration." What a deal for illegal aliens! Wow!
Kudo's to Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa who has taken the bull by the horns and is pushing a bill, H.R. 140, an effort to define citizenship. The bill basically says that the "subject to the jurisdiction" phrase in the 14th. Amendment means that a baby born in the United States is a U.S. citizen only if one parent is a U.S. citizen, or a "lawfully" admitted resident alien, or an alien on active duty in the United States armed forces.
All of these amnesty lovers claim that the 14th. Amendment allows citizenship to "everyone", "all people or persons" that are born on United States soil, but these amnesty pushing lawmakers and amnesty groups never recognize or tell you that they are not finishing the text as it is written. The remaining text reads: "you can claim citizenship only if you are "subject to the jurisdiction thereof."
Folks, the 14th. Amendment denied citizenship to the American Indians. How is that for a shocker? American Indians clearly were born in the United States. Another tidbit,-- Congress did not grant citizenship status to the American Indian on Indian reservations until 1924.
I would offer that babies who are born in the United States to any illegal alien is certainly a citizen of their mother's home country. People, if the baby is granted United States citizenship that would mean that there is the distinct possibility of dual citizenship status and since the United States does not and has never recognized dual citizenship there is a big problem rearing its ugly head.
I submit that if any anchor baby has a citizenship status in the country of their parents origin they should not and cannot be a citizen of the United States , Why? In order to be a U.S. citizen the immigrant is required by U.S. law to swear allegiance to the United States and that immigrant has to renounce any and all allegiance to the country they came from.
There is no mistaking the requirements and solemn oath that all naturalized Americans takes when they raise their hand. It states: "I hereby declare, on oath, that I ABSOLUTELY and ENTIRELY RENOUNCE and abjure all ALLEGIANCE and FIDELITY to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen--- SO HELP ME GOD." If any naturalized citizen, (Anchor Baby) who claims a dual citizenship status with their native country is betraying his/her oath. People, you are either an American citizen or a citizen of another country. You cannot have it both ways. You can't be half way pregnant. Our laws here in America DO NOT recognize dual status so it's an either or situation.
Senator Russel Pearce and Rep. John Kavanagh , representing Arizona has a bill that runs alongside the 14th. Amendment and says: A United States citizen is " for the purposes of this statute, a person who owes NO allegiance to any foreign sovereignty." I believe is a great bill. The bill would also create two types of birth certificates . One certificate would be for those children of citizens and the other would be for children of "illegal aliens." I think that is fair. With clarification like that we would save billions of dollars a year in freebies such as food stamps, education, and heath care. If the baby is not a citizen they should not and their parents should not be entitled to the same benefits that a United States citizen can avail themselves of.
Over 75 percent of the people in this nation want our government to get a handle on our immigration problem and over one half of the population want to stop this "Baby Travel Service" fiasco where a pregnant illegal alien woman can enter the U.S. and drop a baby at United States taxpayers expense and automatically hit the bonanza jackpot.- And, that's my opinion. The Arizona Slaughter and Politics

We here in the USA and around the world are all mourning the loss of innocent lives resulting from the useless Tucson, Arizona mass murders. However, it disturbs me that all of a sudden many of our lawmakers in Washington and elsewhere are screaming gun regulation. These representatives of government are sworn to uphold the Constitution and shouldn't be calling for more restrictions on Americans personal liberties.
Why doesn't the lawmakers actually read the Constitution? It appears that like many of the bills these lawmakers fail to read but yet pass in Washington also applies to our founding fathers written words.
The rhetoric by some lawmakers and the media talking heads frighten me more than a mental case that went bonkers with a weapon.
People, ever since early civilization, all around the world, assassinations have been occurring. Down through history the assassins were in all likelihood mentally unbalanced. The assassinations of such notables as Martin Luther King, President Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln and too many others from around the world were committed by persons who were, in lay terms, "crazies".
All the rants and ravings of both the political right and left media guru's and right and left leaning lawmakers are completely irrelevant in a mental deficient brain that has the person marching to his or her own drum along with the voices they hear in their own head.

I suggest that these politicians and special interest groups who are looking for a scape goat and who enjoy grabbing all the media time they can get in front of cameras tone it down. Political posturing is one thing but it is because of political posturing and gridlock of a nonfunctional and dysfunctional Congress that assisted this nut job in forming a lopsided irrational opinion and an ill-contrived reason and justification for his slaughter rampage. One just needs to read the shooters ramblings on the Internet to understand that he was upset with the government and certain government policies along with his failure to speak his mind (what there was of it) to an elected official.
Where are the politicians of yesteryear when civility, courtesy, integrity and honesty was the norm? - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

We here in the USA and around the world are all mourning the loss of innocent lives resulting from the useless Tucson, Arizona mass murders. However, it disturbs me that all of a sudden many of our lawmakers in Washington and elsewhere are screaming gun regulation. These representatives of government are sworn to uphold the Constitution and shouldn't be calling for more restrictions on Americans personal liberties.
Why doesn't the lawmakers actually read the Constitution? It appears that like many of the bills these lawmakers fail to read but yet pass in Washington also applies to our founding fathers written words.
The rhetoric by some lawmakers and the media talking heads frighten me more than a mental case that went bonkers with a weapon.
People, ever since early civilization, all around the world, assassinations have been occurring. Down through history the assassins were in all likelihood mentally unbalanced. The assassinations of such notables as Martin Luther King, President Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln and too many others from around the world were committed by persons who were, in lay terms, "crazies".
All the rants and ravings of both the political right and left media guru's and right and left leaning lawmakers are completely irrelevant in a mental deficient brain that has the person marching to his or her own drum along with the voices they hear in their own head.

Some Indicators of Heart Disease

Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
In answer to Robert M. , in reference to possible heart ailments and/or heart disease. Robert, in Oriental Medicine we practitioners look too many areas of the body for signs and symptoms. Here's some clues that you can use for a reference. We often look in the patients eyes for insight and here are a few suggestions for you to be alert to:
If you have small yellow areas and/or patches around your eyes these may be cholesterol deposits. These deposits are called " xanthelasmata." These yellow spots can indicate a person has a significant risk for heart disease and could possibly signal a fatal heart attack.
Also, if a person experiences a white ring around their pupils, this may be another alert that can or could be an indicator of heart disease. These white rings surrounding the pupil of the eye are commonly known as "corneal arcus". This would be an alert that the person's cholesterol levels are high enough that it may be an indicator of significant heart disease, particularly if the person is under the age of 45 years old.
Another eye indicator of cardiovascular disease would be the blood vessels in the eye. If I were to look into your eye and see blood vessels on your retina that appear gray, brownish or bronze rather than red and their shapes may appear looped and bent and may have sharp edges it would be beneficial to check more in depth for possible diabetes and hypertension problems.

Over $100 Million Paid To Corrupt Officials-While We Have Starving People Here At Home

LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
A record from the WikiLeaks files reveal that U.S. officials wanted Afghan President Hamid Karzai to remove a former warlord from the energy and water ministry because they considered him a very corrupt individual. But Karzai who is a friend and close associate of Ismal Khan refused to get rid of him.
In 2010 Khan was asked about the corruption he was accused of but he denied the allegation. Even with the knowledge that this man is corrupt and Afghan itself is a hot bed of corrupt officials the United States continues to pour "hundreds of millions" of dollars into new energy and water projects in Afghanistan. Talk about a money pit - -Afghanistan is a one of the biggest in the world.
On December 14, 2009, Karzai said Khan was his choice for energy minister. He also said that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton agreed to the choice. What does that say about the Secretary of State's reasoning powers? It's insane. It appears the Secretary of State and the administration continues do irrational things over and over again but expects a different result. That's insanity people.
In Iraq our government misplaced over 100 million dollars and doesn't know where it went. [Note: That ($100 Million) was not military troop monies, it was just money stolen from projects that were being scheduled]. Now in Afghanistan a repeat of the same old, same old.
Khan, with the blessing of Karzai, took over the energy agency in 2004. Corruption began from the start of his appointment and the corruption loss as of this date is well over ($100 Million) "one-hundred million dollars."
[NOTE: Once again this $100 Million is over and above the money we are already spending on the military and military equipment. That sum alone runs into the billions of dollars a year.]
Khan also refused to turn over millions of dollars in monthly custom fees to the government.In addition, Khan has embraced several former warlords to unify the country.
You can bet many of these stolen millions are going to these warlords and it's not to unify Afghanistan but instead, allow Khan to build a power base for himself and his friends like Karzai.
Folks, our administration condones Afghanistan's corrupt politicians, officials and agencies. The U.S. clearly knows this rampant corruption exists but they continue to squander hundreds of millions of dollars in that country saying they are building the infrastructure. Can you imagine what just one of those blank check payments of ($100 million) dollars could do for our infrastructure here in the good ol' USA? People, that's our tax money and it's being given out like paper monopoly money to these corrupt Afghanistan and Iraq officials without any accountability as to where it is being used.
We citizens in this country are hurting each and every day. We are experiencing significant job losses, high unemployment is over the top, we have bad bridges, bad roads. Our electric grids and water facilities are in disrepair, people and children are starving in this country and standing in food lines and yet our fat, well-fed, well paid politicians and lawmakers continue to dole out billions of dollars to Iraq and Afghanistan.
What does Obama and his minions and both parties in Washington do and say? What they do is continue sending our money to these foreign countries when it is drastically needed right here at home. What does Obama keep saying: He continues with the worn out words "have hope". What a ridiculous posture and stance for a President of the United States to rely on. Folks, every one in this country has hope. They have always had hope. Each and every day every person is this nation hopes for something. It's nice to hope but what we need is "action."
I submit that action will be Obama and the lawmakers making it very clear that this country will not continue spending and squandering billions of our tax dollars on Iraq and Afghanistan and stop pumping millions of dollars into corrupt officials pockets. Bring that money home here to the USA., If the administration still wants to spend those billions, spend it here on U.S. soil. The jobs that money would create here at home would be an economic stimulus bonanza.
My view, stop dumping all this money over there, stop this unrealistic war, bring our troops home and put our military and all that money to work here in the United States.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

U.S. Backed Prime Minister Sold Human Organs

Scary, you bet! A report by investigator Dick Marty for the Council of Europe lays out some very disturbing news. This report was well done and took over two years to compile.
The report states that civilian detainees of the Kosovo Liberation Army were shot to death in Albania so their kidneys could be sold on the black market.
And believe it or not, the United States backed prime minister was at one time the "boss" and head honcho of a criminal underworld behind this ghoulish, grisly trade. These bizarre crimes occurred after the Kosovo War ended in 1999.
This trade in human organs was also mentioned in literature and a number of books by the U.N. War Crimes tribunal. My question is - -how can the United States close their eyes to human organ trafficking and back the man at the head of the criminal organization who made millions of dollars by killing people for their organs and then say with a straight face that he is the person they want to be prime minister and who the United States is willing to work with?- And, that's my opinion.
