To Kayleen: You asked me how you can avoid over eating in an attempt to shed a few pounds. here is one tip related to your inquiry.Give it a try.

If you are going to eat a full meal within and hour-eat one apple. If your meal is two hours away, eat an apple with a spoon of peanut butter. You can spread the peanut butter on the apple if you wish. If your full meal is scheduled three hours away, eat the apple and peanut butter and add two whole grain crackers.

Kayleen, this will help you to eat less when you sit for the full meal.This pre-meal hint has protein and a multitude of vitamins and it will satisfy your cravings and will in all likelihood allow you to eat less during the full meal. Benefit: - you may even begin to drop a few of those extra pounds you were worried about. Good luck. And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.
