OBAMA'S SPEECH RANG HOLLOW. OUR GOVERNMENT & THE UK USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS ON THEIR CITIZENS BUT NOTHING IS EVER SAID ABOUT THAT. WHY?
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
President Obama's speech last night, September 10, 2013 was a bunch of mish-mosh and mumbo-jumbo.. The only reason he said he would give diplomacy a chance was because he KNEW that he did not have the votes in Congress for military action. Plus, he wanted an extension of time so he can attempt to convince the lawmakers on the Hill to vote for military action. Hell, as CBS news reported before and after Obama's speech over sixty(60) percent of the American people are against any military action in Syria. CBS also reported that the calls coming into the White House are 4000 to one against the USA using force in Syria.
Obama said in his speech that we should take a stand against any country using chemical weapons. He also said the 1400 adults and children that were killed by chemical weapons is the reason that the USA should respond with a military strike. But not once in that gobbly-goop did you hear president Obama say that the United States condoned chemical weapons use by allowing Saddam Hussein to gas thousands of Iraqi's and Iranians. In fact the U.S. actually gave Hussein financial support and intelligence reports as we and the rest of the world turned a blind eye to those thousands of Iraq citizens being gassed. Hypocrite? Do you think?
To say Syria's brief chemical attack killing 1400 people is a reason for the United States to attack Syria is ludicrous. Firstly, we really don't know for a fact if the Syrian government or the rebels used gas attacks. It might have been each side using the gas to blame one another. Second, people have been dying in this Syrian civil war for over a year now. Whether the deaths are caused by a gas attack or bullets people are dead. How the people of Syria choose to wage their civil war is their business. It is not our obligation to settle their disputes.
In Obama's speech he said that his military strike would allow certain rebel groups to succeed with his support and his military attack. Yet, out of the other side of his mouth Obama tells the American people that he will not take sides in the civil war conflict. What? He is going to support rebels and diminish the Syrian government's capability to fight the rebels. We all know that many of these rebel groups are actually Al Queda. So now the administration is going to partner with Al-Queda? Doesn't make sense to me folks. How about you? I thought we were in the Mid East to rid the region of Al-Queda.
I submit that the only person offering any level-headed, sensible solution to the Syrian fiasco is Russia's president Putin. His plan to have Syria surrender the chemical weapons under the watchful eye of the U.N. and other country monitors is a good one.
To show how jaundiced Obama and his Democratic party is about Syria's conflict let me cite a news conference that Senator Harry Reid gave on CBS. Even as Russia's Putin put a logical plan on the table Reid opens his big mouth and shouts to the world that Syria can't be trusted - - this even before Putin gave all the details of his plan. I suspect that Obama, Senator Reid, Secretary of State John Kerry and others in the Democratic party are scheming to start a military action against Syria no matter what other countries say or do. That's sad people. No matter what may occur through peaceful talks these idiots already have their minds made up that there will be military action against Syria.
In his speech to the nation Obama basically said that the United States has to take a stand against chemical weapons and that we are the country that should step up to the plate. He also said that we are not the worlds policeman - -What? This non-military president had our troops fighting in Iraq, Afghanistan, and a covert war in Pakistan, all at one time. We were and are policing in all of those countries. Christ, we still have troops in Germany sixty (68) years after world War II . And, lets not forget Korea. We still have military troops in Korea sixty (60) years after the Korean war. AND, WE ARE NOT policeman of the world? Who is Obama kidding?
Now, as to use of chemical weapon by other countries I should mention the UK (United Kingdom), according to a post by Brian Andrews on January 9, 2011 - - The Brit's admits spraying deadly chemical weapons on their citizens. The UK Ministry of Defense admits to spraying much of the UK with dangerous chemicals during secret biological trials from 1940 to 1979. When asked if such experiments were once again being perpetuated against an unsuspecting population, Sue Ellison, spokesperson for a government laboratory replied: 'It is not our policy to discuss ongoing research."
U.S. Government Used Chemicals on American Cities and People
I acknowledge the Wall Street Journal and author Jim Carlton and the article titled:
"Of Microbes and Mock Attacks-51 Years Ago, The Military Sprayed germs on U.S. Cities."
Relating to chemical weapons used by the United States let me cite the above mentioned article by Jim Carlton and the Wall Street Journal: In this writing I will mention particular sections of the 2001 copyrighted article by the Wall Street Journal and give them credit for the coverage.
Fifty-One years ago, Edward J. Nevin checked into a San Francisco hospital, complaining of chills, fever and a generalized feeling of fatigue and malaise. Three weeks later this pipe-fitter was dead, the victim of what doctors said was an infection of the bacterium Serratia marcescens. It was only learned decades later that Nevins and ten (10) other patients who were hospitalized at the same time were sprayed with deadly bacterium. This according to the Senate subcommittee hearing in 1977. It came out that the U. S. Army had staged a mock biological attack on San Francisco, secretly spraying the city with Serratia and other agents. The Army's excuse - - they thought the chemical agents were harmless. Wow!
Their goal was to determine what might happen if a real germ warfare attack was launched upon the city. The dumb experiment authorized and condoned by administration officials and the military involved blasting a bacterial fog over the entire 49-square-mile city from a Navy vessel offshore and recorded with clinical nonchalance: "It was noted that a successful BW (biological warfare) attack on this area can be launched from the sea, and that effective dosages can be produced over relatively large areas," the Army wrote in its 1951 classified report on the experiment.
Secret biological warfare tests were conducted by the government on San Francisco and other American cities from the 1940's through the 1960's, experts say.
"We learned a lot about how vulnerable we are to biological attack from those tests, says Leonard Cole, an adjunct professor of political science at Rutgers University in New Jersey and author of several books on bio terrorism." I'm sure that's at least one reason why crop dusters were grounded after the September 11th attack The military knows how easy it is to disperse organisms that can affect people over large areas."
In other tests in the 1950's, Army researchers dispersed Serratia on Panama City, Florida and Key West, Florida. they also released fluorescent compounds over Minnesota and other Midwestern states to see how far they would spread in the atmosphere. The particles of zinc-cadmium-sulfide (now a known cancer-causing agent) were detected 1,000 miles away in New York state.
During the 1977 hearings the Army fessed up to releasing other bacterium such as Bacillus globigii on unwitting residents in San Francisco, New York and Washington, D.C.
In New York, military researchers in 1966 spread Bacillus subtilis variant Niger in the subway system by dropping light bulbs filled with the bacteria onto the tracks in stations in midtown Manhattan. The bacteria was carried for miles throughout the subway system, leading Army officials to conclude in a January 1968 report: "Similar covert attacks with a pathogenic (disease-causing) agent during peak traffic periods could be expected to expose large numbers of people to infection and subsequent illness and death."
Army officials also found widespread dispersal of bacteria in a May 1965 secret release of Bacillus globigii at Washington's National Airport and its Greyhound bus terminal according to reports released a few years after the Senate hearings. More than 130 passengers who had been exposed to the bacteria traveled to 39 cities in seven states in the two weeks following the mock attack.
The Army kept the biological-warfare tests secret until word of them leaked to the press in the 1970's. According to the Army's testimony in 1977 before the Senate 's subcommittee on health. In 80 of the 239 times biological agents were conducted 80 of those experiments used live bacteria that (at the time) supposedly, were thought to be harmless, such as the Serratia that was showered on San Francisco. In the other experiments it used inert chemicals to simulate bacteria.
Several medical experts have since claimed that an untold number of people have gotten sick as a result of the germ testing..
"The possibility cannot be ruled out that peculiarities in wind conditions or ventilation systems in building might concentrate organisms, exposing people to high doses of bacteria," testified Stephen Weitzman of the state University of New York, in the 1977 Senate hearings..
Justification by the Army was that the tests were a response to evaluate how microbes released on a populated city would disperse.
In the case of the San Francisco experiment between September 20 and September 27, 1950 a navy mine -laying vessel cruised the San Francisco coast, spraying an aerosol cocktail of Serratia and bacillus microbes over the city from giant hoses on deck, according to declassified Army reports. According to lawyers who have reviewed the reports, researchers added fluorescent particles of zinc-cadmium-sulfide to better measure the impact. Based on results from monitoring equipment at 43 locations around the city, the Army determined that San Francisco had received enough of a dose for nearly all of the city's 800,000 residents to inhale at least 5,000 of the particles.
Two weeks after the spraying, on October 11, 1950, Mr. Nevin checked in to Stanford Hospital in San Francisco with fever and other symptoms. Ten other men and women checked in to the same hospital - -which has since been relocated to Stanford University in Palo Alto, California - -with similar complaints. Doctors noticed that all 11 had the same malady: a pneumonia caused by exposure to bacteria believed to be Serratia marcescens. Mr Nevin died three weeks later. The others recovered. the doctors were so surprised by the outbreak that they reported it in a medical journal, oblivious at the time to the secret germ test.
The Nevins family sued the United States government. The attorney who filed the suit was Nevins grandson, Edward J. Nevins III, a San Francisco attorney. The Nevins family appealed the suit all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court, which declined to overturn lower court judgments upholding the government's immunity from lawsuits.
Today, the U.S. Military is again patrolling San Francisco's coastline. guarding against someone who might try to copy the Army's tests of half century ago.
A question to be asked: How do we protect our citizens against covert chemical attacks by our own government?
This blog piece is to show the American people that all of the bluster and statements made by president Obama during his September 10, 2013 speech about a military attack on Syria doesn't track, at least with me. In the coming weeks I will try to elaborate on other incidents of chemical gas attacks, germ warfare and human experimentation on the American people by our government. My point being - -there are quite a number of countries whose hands are dirty, including ours. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

THE USA GAVE MONEY & INTELLIGENCE TO SADDAM WHEN HE GASSED HIS PEOPLE. NOW IT'S AN EXCUSE FOR A MILITARY STRIKE? OBAMA IS A HYPOCRITE.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Right off the bat I would like to say FIRE the lawmakers that vote to use a military strike against Syria. I don't care if the Washington lawmakers are, Democrats, Republicans or Independents and i don't care if they have been in Washington for one term or 12 terms. Folks, if they (lawmakers) vote with Obama to use any type of military might against Syria - -GET RID OF THEM, Vote them out of office. A yes vote to act against Syria DEMANDS that these idiots with such a small mentality who refuse to listen to the American people for their own benefit should be history. Watch the vote people and dump all of the Washington fat cats that vote "yes" on any military action. I certainly intend to do just that and I intend to try to convince any friends, relatives, associates and any other person I talk to to vote against any person in Washington that issues a "yes" vote on this matter.
Obama is still rattling the sabers and beating the war drums trying to gather support for a military strike on Syria even though the majority of the American people do not want the United States involved in the Syrian civil war in any way. Where is the policy of working for the American people and doing their business? This looney tune idea of President Obama's is ignoring the wishes of the American people.
I think that Obama's ego is over the top. It looks as though his reason for missiles and possible air strikes on Syria is to make up for his failure in handling the domestic problems here at home and his failure as a statesman and politico on the world stage. His feeling is hurt and he wants to strike out with support from people like Secretary for Defense, John Kerry, Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senator John McCain. This entrenched group of "play- and- go- along outdated politicians are screaming that the USA should make a point by using a military strike because if we don't strike the rest of the world will believe the USA is weak. I say it takes a greater person to back away from a fight rather than mix it up. Acting Macho is no good reason to duke it out, in any arena.
Hell the American people, Russia and a number of other world powers are agaist any military strike on Syria by Obama. Even the Pope came out against this proposed strike but Obama, Kerry, McCain, Boehner and other war mongers doesn't want to lose face. Can you imagine that? A war over losing face? If it were up to me I would tell Obama (" Hey, turn the other cheek.")
Here's my reminder to the American people, Pol Pot killed close to TWO MILLION of his countryman and we stood by and the world went on with their lives. Remember Rwanda? The Tutsi/Hunta massacres? We didn't intervene in that mess either. Then there was Idi Amin who slaughtered over HALF MILLION of his people. We didn't intervene there either. And rightly so. It was none of our business. The world got along just fine and the situations were resolved in their own way and time WITHOUT our bombs or missles. Also, - -lets not forget Saddam Hussein. He used chemical weapons and gassed Kurds and Iranians, wiping out entire villages and small towns. Here's a fact folks, We, the United States actually helped Saddam with millions of dollars in financial aid and targeting intelligence while he gassed his people. So, tell me - - we did nothing on previous gas attacks and slaughter in other countries and even supported Iraq in gassing their citizens and now - - we got religion? Come On.!
Now all of a sudden Obama and his addled Senators on the hill want to play policeman of the world by feigning outrage saying there needs to be military action when 1400 people die. You have to suspect the reasons behind this call for war. There was out right lies and faked intelligence to get us into Iraq. What is the Administrations motives here? How much more stupid can these people in Washington become? They only want to look out for their reelection and will say and do anything to accomplish that task. It is a dog and pony show folks. If each politician is offered something for their support (behind cloed doors) they would sell out their own Momma.
We were right in staying out of all of the previous civil war conflicts and uprising that occurred throughout the world and we should stay out of this centuries old religious civil war and demand that Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Arab nations themselves take care of their own wars without our assist.
You can take this to the bank people - -if OBAMA takes military action against the Syrian government he will be supporting the Al-Qaeda linked rebels. Keep in mind this is the same president that has been spouting "We are at war with Al-Qaeda" for over eleven (11) years. He is also the president that said he would NOT take sides in the Syrian civil war. Talk about lies-WOW! Obama's nose, like Pinocchio's, is growing longer by the minute. Obama's middle name should be Pinocchio.
Finally, I believe that Obama's mind set is to actually over throw the Syrian government using our military might with the excuse that the strike is a very limited military exercise. No one can explain to me that U.S. missles and (2000) pound bunker busting bombs will not devestate Syrian goverment building, infrastructure and its capabilities to fight Al-Qaeda rebel forces, not to mention the death of civilians as collateral damage. The United States has no legitimate interest to interfere and support a rebel uprising agaist the government of Syria.- And, that is my opinion. Make your own decision. You decide.

OBAMA'S MILITARY STRIKE WILL CAUSE WORLD TURMOIL and CHAOS.
OVER 60% OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DO NOT WANT US IN SYRIA
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
The administration is still dead set on conducting a military action against Syria.Five naval ships are in the waters near Syria awaiting orders from president Obama to initiate missile strikes. A few days ago a high ranking official in the Syrian administration again said that if the United States takes military action against their country they will "indeed' retaliate. When the official was asked when Syria would retaliate he said that it will be at a time and place of their choosing. I have no reason to doubt those statements because the Mid East culture is such that a grudge can be he held for a long, long time and then vengeance is exacted, sometimes months and years later. When the official was asked if Syria would attack Israel he would not comment except to say the entire Middle East would be set ablaze.
Folks, close to sixty (60 %) percent of the American people polled said that there "should not" be an attack on Syria yet Obama refuses to listen to the will of the American people.
Obama scares me when it come to some of his decision making. He at times reminds me of some of my patients that had a bipolar condition. Many would waffle and be up and down over issues and carry some of their actions out "without" considering the consequences of their acts. I would suspect that some of these Washington partisan wanna-be know-it-alls lack intellectual integrity and clear thinking.
The Brits recently pulled away from participation in a military attack on Syria and Putin, of Russia is adamant that he does not want to see a military strike on Syria. In this case I side with Putin. He is thinking with a level head knowing that the consequences of a military strike could be devastating.
You can be assured that if America, on orders from president Obama does strike Syria with military might the first thing that will happen is you will see our stock market take a plunge like never before, dropping hundreds of points. The economic stability of Wall Street will be hurt for years. In addition, you will see gasoline prices sky rocket and those prices will be sustained for a lengthily time and you can expect to see food prices soar over the top. The turmoil and world disruption Obama will cause with his childish radical decisions regarding Syria will take a toll on America and the consequences will be grave for years to come. However, he continues to fabricate support by Congress and other countries and even threatens to take action against Syria on his own. Question? How can the American people stand by and watch Obama's ignorance of the Constition prevail?
I should mention that just yesterday Obama met in "private" with House Speaker John Boehner(R) and guess what? Boehner came away from that "private" meet saying he supports Obama in conducting a military strike on Syria - -WOW! I would sure have liked to have been a fly on the wall to hear the deal that Obama made with Boehner for his support - - promises, bribes, - -who knows what?. These closed door, private meetings stink to high heaven people.
It is expected to see Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi's support of Obama's war-mongering but John Boehner must have made a sweetheart deal with Obama.
Personally I don't trust any so-called evidence as to who, and if, the Syrian government released chemical gas on it's population. There are statements out there that say the rebels actually released the gas attack to involve America in their civil war to crush the Syrian government Any evidence offered by the White House and Secretary of State, John Kerry to support their reasoning for a military strike is suspect in my eyes. Our government and officials in power have been proven to be liars who manufactured false evidence and statements in the past in order to go to war.
My suggestion: If Obama, John Kerry and their supporters actually have evidence that the Syrian leader and his government did in fact release a chemical gas attack on its citizens then the right and proper thing to do is present that evidence in a court of law (the World court(s)) and allow the other side to present what evidence they have to refute the claims.
Let the court(s) that bear claims of genocide, crimes against humanity and such take the case on and take action against the person(s) who committed the crime(s) and send them to prison.
For decades the world courts have been holding despots responsible for their alleged crimes and that is the way it should be. Evidence presented in a court of law instead of a country (like America) taking it on themselves to act as Judge, Jury and Executioner. Look at the Nuremberg Trials, Also look at the Bosnian conflict. Legal recourse works and when the case is concluded hold the responsible parties accountable. Thus, there is no need to start a war and penalize and/or murder the people of an entire country. All of these fat cats in Washington keep telling the American people that the United States is built on the rule of law. Well, that's great and I say USE IT--Prove your case in court so the world can see justice is done THE RIGHT WAY.
My suggestion to Obama is: Let Syria fight its own civil war. It is none of our business. We Americans fought our own civil war which resulted in tens of thousands of American lives being lost. No one interfered with our civil war so why should we butt our nose into another countries civil wars, revolutions, uprisings, etc. - - Let these people who have been fighting for CENTURIES among themselves settle their own disputes. When the dust settles as to who comes out on top that should be the government we deal with. Further, president Obama - - -PLEASE sit down in a quiet place by yourself and REALLY consider the result of your stupid, unwarranted actions on this country as you continue down this path of death and destruction.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

OBAMA'S "FOLLY": AN ATTACK ON SYRIA IS UNWARRANTED. THE MID EAST WILL BE A BLOOD BATH-COURTESY OF OBAMA & FRIENDS.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Syrian president Bashar Assad says that his country will defend itself if they are attacked. And, rightly so. You can bet if another country took it on themselves to send a missile attack on say - - San Francisco or Los Angeles this and any other administration would immediately scream it was an act of war and we would aggressively retaliate. We did that as a result of 9/11.So, what the devil is this president and people like Senator John McCain and others in Congress doing when they say they want to shower down a missile attack on Syria? What a bunch of dumb bunnies we have in Congress. They couldn't find their butt with both hands yet they feel smart enought to start a war. That's crazy.
It appears the United States policy for starting wars is to preempt an attack on another country with a manufactured excuse for the action.
People, I predict that if Obama and others in Congress does initiate an attack on Syria there will be quite a bit of collateral damage of innocent civilians - - that, my friends in a given. Mark my words. And , as usual the U.S. and the alleged partners in the crime will say they couldn't help it. It was an accident. Then offer a half hearted apology.
I said before and I say again - -let the Syrians fight their own civil war and whom ever comes out on top that is the government we deal with.Keep in mind most of these people in the Mid East hate America. They always have and always will. Why should we intercede in a civil war to protect people that actually want to kill Americans? Why should we spend billions of dollars to be MACHO and fire missiles into another country? Some lame brains in Congress are saying we have to attack Syria because if we don't Syria, Iran, Egypt and other countries will think we, the USA are weak. What a crock- that's like two kids daring the other to knock the chip off of one's shoulder. Hell, we Americans know we are not a weak country and can defend against any aggressor on the planet. We don't need to prove it or play a game of "chicken."
Obama and his crew are about to start a war because they want to pound their chest indicating that we are the best and can attack anyone we want to, at anytime. That's sad. I will also predict that if Obama goes forward with this idiotic idea that we have to be the PUNISHER for wrongdoing around the globe he will be in for a big surprise. This proposed missile attack is an exercise in "folly. " I say, the best course is to let the Syrian civil war play out without our nose being in the mix.
Another prediction - - if this unwarranted, stupid, attack is begun I can see an attack on Israel by Syria and Iran. The collateral damage will be over the top - -and what if Syria and possibly Iran let loose with the full impact of serious attacks of chemical weapons? The blood bath in the Mid East will be something the likes that we have never seen and you can count on Israel and others demanding that the USA help them out with billions of dollars, military aid, troops and they will expect us to fight their war for them.
The United States is putting together an alleged group of military partners to join the attack.. Really? The United Kingdom is nothing more than a lap dog for the U.S. and whatever our administration wants the UK to do it has no qualms about fudging intelligence reports and lying to its people with made up stories to rationalize an attack. It's Iraq all over again. And France, they already say they are on board with the U.S. to go ahead with the missile attack BUT remember what France has always done in the past - -they always whimp out and go home-they refuse to fight for any length of time in any war. So, this so called alliance between nations is shaky at best and an excuse for war. The result is that the USA is left hanging and has to fight the war on our own and lose our men and women- FOR WHAT? And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

WE SHOULD NOT BE INVOLVED IN THE SYRIAN CIVIL WAR.
IT APPEARS OBAMA WANTS TO TURN THE MIDDLE EAST INTO A TINDER BOX.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
President Obama and his crowd are again rattling the sabers of war. Here is a man who said we shouldn't be in Iraq when he was running for President. He was totally against the United States being involved in a war. But after he was elected he quickly changed his stance and clearly embraced the war in Afghanistan and a covert war in Pakistan. And, this guy has never, ever served one day in the military - -WOW!
Now Obama and many in Congress are beating the war drums saying we should take military action against Syria. Obama also authorized at least four navy ships to go into the waters off Syria with plans to fire missile's into Syria, possible use of our aircraft and military might to enforce a no fly zone while at the same time use our military to destroy roads, buildings and other structures inside Syria. Another preemptive strike? You bet. It looks as though the United States feels entitled to start wars around the world.
I predict that if Obama follows his war-mongering buddies in Congress and does start firing missiles and possible bombs into Syria he will ignite another war (seems like this is all Obama wants to do - -start wars and spend our tax money to boot,) I foresee Syria setting the entire Middle East ablaze in retaliation for any interference from the U.S. in their internal matters. You can bet if Syria begins to retaliate for our aggression against them that country will align with Iran and Lebanon and bring together all of the factions of the different Muslim groups already enemies of the United States.
I will also predict that if our country interjects our military into the civil war currently playing out in Syria Israel may be attacked as well as other countries in the region. All this because Obama and some hawks in Congress want another war.
Another prediction - - if the United States continues to provoke Syria and sticks its nose into Syria's battle Syria might in fact let loose with chemical weapons on a large scale to even out the fight.
There are many in Washington now screaming that we, the U.S. should take the lead and initiate military action against Syria. Many of those in Washington have never seen a day in the military. Many of those yelling the loudest refused to serve our country and many even dodged the draft when it was time for them to go fight years ago. On the other hand we have many of the old, worn out lawmakers who have been in Washington for decades that in fact did serve but they forgot what consequences war can bring about. These political clowns are over the hill but want their 15 minutes before the cameras so they can get some face time.
My thoughts on this Syria fiasco is that we should not get involved in any way in Syria's civil war. We should have never gotten involved in any way whatsoever and this is no time to double down and flex our might playing the BIG, BAD United States. We will never convince Syria or any of those Middle East countries to go the way of democracy. This administratio is fooling itself into thinking it can make any countrty in the world a democracy.
Folks, it was the Syrian people that wanted to change things in Syria especially after they saw Egypt rise up. The Syrian people are the ones who took to the street and started an overthrow of the regime. They should handle their own civil war. If they overthrow the regime on their own power- -GREAT, but if they fail and the government prevails - -SO WHAT? They tried and lost.
But true to form like most foreign countries in the region the masses start a civil war in their country and then "cry the blues" and demand that the U.S. step in and give them money, arms, and materials saying we HAVE to help them.. It is the Syrians fight - -NOT OURS.
Also, look what happewned in Egypt. Their Arab spring movement tossed the government but lo' and behold the Egyptians are still not happy so they rebel again and look at the mess occurring in Egypt. The Egyptian people are now demanding that the U.S. help them AGAIN.
A point worth considering: I say these uprising are none of the United States business. We should let the conflicts play out in each country as they happen and then deal with the government that comes out on top. If a foreign country gets involved in a civil war it is for those in that country to fight it out but to often Obama and the lawmakers on the hill choose up sides and try to pick a winning horse in the game which results in us taxpayers being on the hook for additional military and humanitarian aid.
This Syrian conflict is now ready to drag us Americans into a Mid East blood bath courtesy of the egos of Obama and Congress.
My suggestion to this administration would be: Remove the naval ships that are to be positioned in the waters near Syria; do not engage in any type of military action whatsoever; stop beating the war drums; stop posturing as the big bully on the block and let the people of Syria fight their own battles, for better or worse.
As to using the excuse of chemical weapons being used in Syria I see both sides are blaming one another for their use and it would be sheer folly to assume that the Syrian government was the one's using the chemical weapons. There is a chance that the rebels fighting the government troops actually used the chemical weapons intending to get the USA sucked into the situation. Doesn't these Washington airheads learn from past experience. Remember Iraq? Our administration cried over and over again that Iraq was using and storing weapons of mass destruction. I think we all know that was a lie and that evidence and official statements was manufactured by our government to bolster the administrations decision to wage war on Iraq.
Obama says the war in Afghanistan is winding down and all of our troops will be coming home. He also said that all of the billions of dollars that were being spent in Afghanistan can now be saved and spent here at home but I don't believe that for a minute because it appears the administration wants to continually keep us involved in wars around the globe. And, now - - we are gearing up for a Syrian conflict to overthrow the regime while still balancing the Egypt misadventure.
Mark my words folks, if we interfere with the Syrian uprising and begin to support the rebels against the Syrian government by shelling their country with missiles from our ships miles out to sea and providing arms and munitions to the rebels there will be hell to pay. And that old standby excuse that other countries will back the USA's play is laughable because most anytime the UN meets for discussions about probable military actions it is a foregone conclusion that the USA will always prevail in those discussions because we buy our loyalty with billions of dollars and gifts to those UN countries. The UN dance is a farce. It's a cover move to rationalize our reasons for war. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

TELEVISION SHOW -"CROSSING LINES" IS A LOSER
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS-Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
This response goes out to E.C. who asked me to give an opinion on the television program "CROSSING LINES." Well, here's my opinion E.C.
I think the show is a loser. It is fragmented and disjointed. The actors, with the exception of Donald Sutherland are poor excuses for actors. Plus, Sutherland doesn't have much of a part in each episode.
Most episodes have these actors running around with a glum, gloomy attitude by people that can't relate to their part in the series.
The show also leans to heavy on the inter-personal relatuionships of the so called team, especially the leader of the team. He and his wife are having problems but if a person didn't see the show from the start they really don't know what's happening. There is a disconnect for the viewers. The show also seems to drag and it lacks real interest. I see nothing real exciting about this show and predict that it wil not last too long.
And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.
