LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
The so-called experts, and especially the Governors of the states failed big time when it came to controlling COVID-19 with the initial onset in the Washington State nursing home.
Remember folks, the first mass outbreak got its foot hold in a nursing home and it quickly caused numerous deaths of the vulnerable senior citizen population. But instead of addressing the immediate problem at hand the so-called experts ran around like "Chicken-Little," screaming, "The sky is falling, the sky is falling" and advised President Trump to immediately lock down the entire nation. What?--
Instead of immediately attacking COVID-19 at the facilities that were the petri dish for infecting others (nursing homes, assisted living , rehab centers, containing senior citizen patients), the experts and Governor's chose to ignore the problem. Thus, the infectious virus got loose from the facilities and began infecting people in dense areas such as New York City. And, even after New York Governor Cuomo requested, and received over, above, and beyond, first class assistance from the federal government he came up with the lame-brain , bone-headed decision to send COVID-19 patients back into nursing homes and facilities allowing the COVID-19 patients to infected others that had not yet been infected. New Jersey followed Cuomo's policies and did the same thing.
While all of this was happening, the so-called experts in Washington still ignored the problem and still continued to failed to surge medical equipment, PPE's and doctors and nurses to the root of the problem. How dumb is that? Right?
People, if a five-year-old child sees a house on fire, he is going to throw the bucket of water at the house on fire. Hell, the child is not going to run two or three streets away and throw the bucket of water on a house that is not burning down.
The experts and Governor's decided to fan the flames by using fear to frighten the people of the country while placing draconian executive orders on the people of their states.
However, I give kudos to one Governor that stands out regarding direct action on COVID-19. That is Governor DeSantis, of the great state of Florida. He had the correct insight to see that the COVID-19 virus problem was in senior citizen facilities and took swift and direct action by concentrating medical needs to the nursing homes, assisted living facilities and rehabs centers in his state.
Folks Governor DeSantis did the right thing. He poured the bucket of water on the burning house, where the fire was raging. HOORAY!!!
I submit that if the government experts (ha-ha,) would have immediately addressed the COVID-19 virus outbreak, (at the initial cause of the mass deaths )-- nursing home in Washington state, they could have initiated a swift and sure containment of the problem.
I submit that these lamebrain Governor's wake up and concentrate restrictions and lock downs on ONLY the areas that present an immediate threat to the majority of the population of their states. ENOUGH of this power grab that went to their heads with their continued threats, intimidation and outrageous demands on the citizens of their states.
Governor's, especially of New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Michigan, California, Washington and Oregon should come to their senses and just use SIMPLE LOGIC AND REASON over EMOTION. Face the fact that the nation now has to live with this virus, just as we have to live with Flu, Pneumonia, Cancer, Measles and Small Pox and other scary diseases.
The people of the USA have always continued to conduct business as usual for decades living with the threats of diseases and NEVER has the entire nations economy been LOCKED AND SHUT DOWN. If the power hunger Governor's cease their own private and political partisanship regarding COVID-19 and listen to the PEOPLE of America and get serious about using simple logic and reason instead of acting on politics and emotion, America can survive. Both small and large business and corporations can innovate ways and policies within their business to work in and around this COVID-19 pandemic. - And, that's my opinion. TELEVISION NETWORK HOSTS, COMMENTATORS ARE HYPOCRITICAL.

LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
How disingenuous and hypocritical many of these talking heads on television are when it come to covering the COVID-19 situation. I can't count how many times these TV hosts on the major networks, like NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX NEWS, etc., look into the camera and say something like, "We have to get back to work." What? These clowns are working. They are collecting a paycheck just by being classed as an essential service. They are meeting their rent and mortgage. They show up with coiffed and barbered hair. This group of people are not missing any meals.
They muse,sermonize and go into dissertations about how they relate to average John and Jane Doe who is not working and not eating and missing mortgage or rent payments, but they themselves show up for work and cash their paycheck. They keep whining and sniveling about having to shelter in place and why they can't be on the set with their colleagues. Well, BOO HOO, for them. The only things they miss are getting out of their homes and enjoying a seven course meal at a must be seen named restaurant.
I would venture to say that some of these major network hosts and commentators are raking in 30 or 40 Million Dollars, or more a year, and they are saying, "We want to get back to work?" Who are they kidding.
They will continue to break the rules that the rest of us are ordered to follow and laugh all the way to the bank.- And, that's my opinion. I suggest you look at the situation and come to your own conclusions. You decide.

PELOSI-THE HOUSE SHOULD TAKE SAME RISKS WE DO. OR NO PAYCHECK.

What a sham Congress is pulling on us. The House hasn't been in to work for weeks. Pelosi said she's not going to bring the House back into session. WOW!
While essential worker's like medical, police, fire, postal worker's grocery store worker's, fast food employees and others are on the front line showing up to do their job Pelosi refuses to have the House Democrats show up in Washington D.C., to do their job.
When it comes to the COVID-19 crisis Congress people are always spouting the phrase "We are all in this together," but that's really a crock on their part. They do not want to put themselves in the same risk pool as the rest of America. They continue to get their hair done by others, yet they restrict Americans across the country from visiting beauty or barber shops. They continue to enjoy a paycheck while we, out here in the real world go bankrupt . This "We are all in this together thing is a BIG JOKE, when it comes to the privileged, Congress people.
Folks, these self-entitled, privileged lawmakers who make close to $200,000 a year are continuing to collect their paycheck, , not working for us citizens, and Nancy Pelosi sits at home and eats special ordered ICE CREAM. If Congress is not essential workers I don't know what is. They are the ones that are supposed to show up, ON THE JOB, during times of crisis. Yet, CRICKETS in the halls of Congress. That's shameful!
These idiots should not be allowed to collect a paycheck when they do not show up at their desks for work. If the vulnerable, the senior citizen have to out and about to shop for their groceries and fill their gas tank while following the social distancing rule, and wear a face cover, I submit there is no reason why these wimpy, corrupt lawmakers, cannot take the same RISKS as everyone else in the nation.
The hard worker's of the USA, the people not in Congress, are keeping this dire situation stable by providing food on the table and keeping essential services running, and these Congress people are taking full advantage. They are keeping their bellies full. I bet they sure are not missing a meal or experiencing any trouble getting toilet paper hand sanitizer and other needed products that the average John and Jane Doe searches for each and every day.
Congress should pass legislation that they will not GET PAID if they do not show up in their offices to do the work of the people of the United States. I suggest that if we, us everyday citizens, can practice social distancing and wear face wear while going about our daily business, these lazy, do nothing lawmakers in the House CAN DO THE SAME. These Congress people should have to take the same risks and advice that they subject us to. - And, that's my opinion. You look at the situation and come to your own conclusion. You decide.

WHITE HOUSE AND REPUBLICANS HAVE TO REJECT BAILING OUT THE STATES.

Well, Congress passed the second Payroll Protection Plan for Small Businesses across America. Hooray! But now Speaker Pelosi, and the do nothing Democrats want all of us taxpayers across the nation to BAIL OUT poorly and incompetently run liberal Democratic states on still another stimulus bill.
Many of these liberal states like Illinois, California, And New York have run their states in to the ground by pandering to private sector unions, public employee unions, and teachers unions by always increasing their wages, benefits, and retirement pensions , all the while knowing that the state didn't have the money in their budgets to do so. These states have pension debts to these unions in the BILLIONS OF DOLLARS. Now they want you and me to pay off these debts so they can start over from scratch and continue to pay these unions, both public and private, more in benefits where they left off. What a CROCK!
These liberal Governors and politicians mismanaged their states budget for decades, racking up debt on debt for future generations to pay off. Just look at California, right now. The Governor is taking COVID-19 stimulus money from the federal government and had committed to pay ILLEGAL ALIENS the money that is intended for United States citizens. This one example shows you how incompetent these liberal Governor's are. In a crisis in AMERICA, they still intend to cater and push their open border agenda, operate sanctuary cities and states and take care of illegal alien's over American citizens. Believe me, these liberal Governor's will not change. They will accept everything the Federal Government gives them (OUR TAX MONEY) , which you and I are on the hook for and they will continue to bite the hand that feeds them..
Folks, if you and I, and every average John and Jane Doe has to live within their means and BUDGET, it is not unusual to expect our state representatives and lawmakers to DO THE SAME. They should pay reasonable salaries to Public Sector employees and union members, not over the top salaries, pensions and benefits.They should be expected to live within their state budget like you and I do each and every day. If we do not have the money to pay for something, we have to do without. It should not to hard for cities, counties, and states to know how much money they have coming in each and every month, just like you and I do. And it should not be hard for the cities, counties and states to know what expenses they have and what monies they have in the bank to pay those expenses. Hell, you and I do it on a daily basis. But when the Governors play politics and want to garner votes for themselves and their party, they have no problem of burdening us, the taxpayer to pay for their incompetence. These Governors, lawmakers and politicians have no problem whatsoever about spending other peoples money. It is easy to spend someone else's money, and they are spending your money, and my money, on these frivolous projects.
Now the Governors are using the COVID-19 crisis to scam more money from our tax money and the federal government. They shut down all businesses in their states, play politics, restrict peoples movement, pass unreasonable rules, regulations and policies and give lip service to those businesses that want to reopen. They are aware that many businesses are are the brink of bankruptcy. They do know many of these businesses cannot continue to hold on by a thread. But these do nothing Governors continue to extend their lock downs and insist we taxpayers BAIL THEM OUT for their mismanagement of the state. I suggest they go BANKRUPT. Why should they be any different that you or I, or a business that has to file for bankruptcy. If they cannot manage their own budgets, and pay for all state services by living within the budget from our taxes , then let them file for bankruptcy and begin all over again by restructuring the state budget.
It's a known fact that every state has a RAINY DAY FUND. Every individual usually has money set aside for emergencies or unexpected events. States are no different. Every month or every year these states should have been contributing to their rainy day fund. BUT guess what? They didn't do that. Now each state, mostly liberal states want you and I to pay up. Each state is requesting BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to pay off their debts. That's wrong.
This upcoming stimulus bill SHOULD NOT BAIL OUT ANY STATE. The Governors are responsible for the mismanagement of their state. They put themselves in this debt hole on their own, with their eyes wide open. I suggest that instead of a a bailout the states are offered the opportunity of applying for a loan. Let these states borrow the money and have the requirement to PAY IT BACK to the federal government. Under no circumstances should we the taxpayer be on the hook and have the federal treasury dole out BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to each state. A loan is okay, a bailout is not. And, that's my opinion. I suggest you look at and consider the circumstances, and come to your own conclusions. You decide.

INCOMPETENT CONGRESS PEOPLE HAVE TO RETURN TO WASHINGTON-SHOW UP FOR WORK=NOW.

Well, another much needed stimulus bill is being held hostage by Nancy Pelosi and the radical Democratic party. Instead of providing the much needed funds for the small business community across the nation Pelosi and her ilk is staying home, eating ice cream, and relaxing in their million dollar digs.
People, these Congress people are not WORKING. They are not in Washington, in their office or in halls of Congress. Instead, they are COLLECTING a paycheck. However, when you are not working and are not in your place of business, doing your job, guess what? YOU DON'T GET A PAYCHECK. The Congress peoples attitude toward you is, tough nuggies!! They are thumbing their nose at us. That's what these Congress people think about the rest of us out here in the real world.We have no job to go to, no office to report to. and most of all NO PAYCHECK. I say the first order of business is to have Congress people cease collecting a paycheck when they DO NOT show up for work. When they return to work, then and only then, do they begin collecting a paycheck again.
Congress should implement into law and mandate that when the Congress does not report to work, in their office or the halls of Congress, they forfeit their paychecks with the exception of sick or maternity leave. Folks, these very rich, arrogant, self-entitled elites have to feel a degree of the same pain that the average John and Jane Doe is experiencing during these times of crisis.
If other occupations can show up to work to earn the paycheck they are being paid, So can Congress people. I submit that it is a cop out when these Congress people say they are staying home from work. Hell, Postal Workers show up for work, Fed Ex, UPS, grocery store employees, restaurant people, Fire, Police, Health Care professionals, construction people, Uber and Lyft, grub hub people and many other occupations are out there everyday interacting with the general public on daily basis.
All of these people and business establishments are practicing good hygiene and social distancing, and guess what? Business is conducted and goes forward, as usual. SO, I say, Why isn't Congress WORKING? They certainly can return to their office by themselves and/or with limited staff to conduct business by tele- and -video conference,, even in person . They can social distance in the halls of Congress, they can wear masks in Congress. They can separate by six feet when sitting in groups in meeting rooms and chambers. It appears they just refuse to do this and refuse to continue with the business of governing. However, these same Congress people who have trouble showing up at their office to do the country's business have no trouble at all getting a lot of face time on the television shows, pod casts, and video chats with the media. It's a a rip off what these lawmakers are doing, while still collecting a paycheck.
I suggest that the Republican Party IMMEDIATELY report to work in their offices and halls of Congress and proceed with the business of the nation and vote on bills and I would think that then, and only then, Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic Party will be shamed into showing up for work.
Small business and the rest of the country need this bill to move forward and this lame-brained do nothing Congress has to return to Washington and DO THEIR JOB.

VOTE THESE BUM GOVERNOR'S OUT OF OFFICE. OR, RECALL THE IDIOTS.

Well folks, President Trump and the task force set out a very clear blueprint for the United States to open up again.But some of the liberal Governors in many states are resisting out of "spite and hate" for Trump. For example, the Governors of Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Virginia are just a few states who are totally resistant to President Trumps recommendations. Instead of easing up on the restrictions they already had in place these Governors added additional draconian, stupid, unwarranted prohibitions for the citizens of their states and the Michigan Governor threatened to impose even more if the protesters did not stop protesting.
I only hope that every citizen in these two states and the other states run by liberal Democratic Governors that imposed even more heavy restrictions on their people after they had the green light from the feds to begin opening up VOTE these BUMS out if office, or even start recall petitions against these power hungry idiots. My question is: Why do the residents of these states continue to vote these incompetents into office? Why not try to vote for another party to see if there is in fact, change, progress, prosperity. What the hell do the residents if these states have to lose.
People, there is no rhyme or reason for some of the restrictions these Governor's placed on their residents. It is only for the Governor's own ego's, political ambitions to higher office in their party and party agenda. That's wrong.
And you can bet the farm, and your last dollar that Governor Cuomo , (NY), will intentionally drag his feet and delay any opening just to get back at President Trump and the Republication party. How will he do that? He said he made a regional agreement with surrounding states as to what to shut down in unison so residents of New York would not cross state lines to visit restaurants, bars, etc., and enjoy the economy in those surrounding states. So now , since he keeps griping and complaining that it's to soon for him to even begin to open up, he will take the lead role in saying that since he cannot open up New York, the Governor's in the surrounding states cannot open up either. Result, Cuomo will lead the resistance of a number of East Coast states into trying to embarrass and malign Trump's blueprint to bring back the economy.
Remember, these Governor's and their families are not missing a meal. They will always have full bellies. They don't have a small business and have to worry about if they can survive day to day. These Governor's will always have their toilet paper, hand sanitizer, food on the table and continue receiving a paycheck.. They didn't lose their job. So, folks, they have no worries whatsoever. They are being paid and fed and taken care of by the taxpayers of their state.
I would suggest and urge the residents of these states to stage peaceful protests, write letters, send tweets, emails, and get on social media to call out these Governors , by name to everyone else in the country.

CONGRESS HAS TO INDIVIDUALLY VOTE "YES" OR "NO" ON THIS STIMULUS BILL.

LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Well Folks, the do nothing Congress is arguing over still another stimulus package.. Again the Democrats are stalling a d tying the bill up with a wish list that has nothing to do with the coronavirus. That's a shame. If the Republican bow to their demands again, Shame on them. The Republicans shoud hold ground and insist that any and all monies go only to CORONAVIRUS needs, Period!
And, like a previous blog I have to mention again that this wimpy , no backbone Congress signaled that they will only use a voice vote when they vote for this package. That is wrong people. We citizens of this country have an absolute right to know how each and every Congress person votes for an important bill such as this. The Congress copped out on the last stimulus bill vote so they could cover their tracks as to how they stood on the issue, so they decided to use a voice vote wherein the loudest group sound decided the vote.
Personally, I want to see how each and every Congressperson goes on record with their individual vote. Last stimulus they told us that they didn't want to congregate in the halls of Congress for fear of contacting the virus. That's fair. But they neglected to tell the people of this country that they could have registered their individual vote by teleconference calls, video podcasts, remote broadcasts, skype, telephone and even BY MAIL IN vote, sealed in a certified envelope.
This low rated Congress really has numerous ways to register their individual vote as to a clear "Yes" or "No", on the record, so we citizens can actually see or hear them register their vote.
As an example, just look at all of these lawmakers who are currently going on the numerous television shows every day during this coronavirus situation. They certainly have no trouble espousing their views just to get plenty of face time on the tube from their home now. So I suggest that they use these same forums and mediums to cast their vote where we, citizens of the USA can watch and listen to a "yes" or "no", up or down vote from each Congress person. There is no real reason for these Congress people no to cast their individual vote where we, across the country can observe them doing so. Christ, can you imagine the ratings for the media outlets and networks. They would be over the top.
We as citizens should insist on an up or down vote with a definitive "yes" or "no" from each Congress person. - And, that's my opinion. I suggest you look at the situation and come to your own conclusions. You decide.
