Releasing The Illegal Alien List In Utah Is A Good Thing

THE DOCTOR IS IN

LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the world treating you?

A few days ago a group in Utah who is in favor of immigration control released a list of 1300 names of illegal aliens. The list was compiled from a data base used by the state of Utah. It listed names, addresses, social security numbers and other relevant information about the alleged illegal aliens. The list was sent to ICE (Immigration Custom Enforcement) months ago but the agency closed their eyes to the illegal aliens and did not act on the information. Since ICE chose not to act and arrest the illegal aliens the group released the list to the media. Now, the governor of Utah and immigration groups are up in arms. What do they expect? Our own federal government and the agency that is responsible for enforcing immigration law does nothing about the illegals.

Additionally, the Utah state government is conducting an investigation into who released the data and they want to penalize the people that released this important list. I submit that the individual(s ) that did in fact release the illegal immigration list was acting as whistle blowers. I say, that's a good thing.

Imagine, the state of Utah had all of this information in their data base and was apparently paying Utah tax monies to illegals and knowingly providing them with food, shelter and education.

If these illegal aliens are living in Utah on the taxpayers dime and the state clearly knows everyone of them (names are in the states data banks) my question is: Why are these illegal aliens being protected by the state of Utah? It appears the state only wants to enforce laws that they choose too enforce. Selective enforcement I presume.

The financial and social drain on Utah's citizens by these illegal aliens is enormous just as it is in most other states across this country. The states that continue to enable the illegal alien and continue to spend taxpayer monies on them and give them taxpayer monies for housing and food and continue to educate their children are clearly committing a crime.

Each state should be mandated to release their data bank lists on all of the illegal aliens that they are protecting and who they are administering our tax dollars too. We the legal citizens have a right to know. The lists like the one recently released in Utah should be public information and available to all legal citizens for review. And,- that's my opinion. You make the decisions. You decide.
