According to Existing Fed Law: All Illegal Aliens Have To Carry Documents

THE DOCTOR IS IN
________________

LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how it the world treating you?

The Arizona immigration law was only bolstered to strengthen and reflect the Federal laws already on the books that allow law enforcement to ask "anyone" for identification and that includes "illegal aliens."

Lets acknowledge the fact that the majority of illegal aliens/immigrants illegally crossing our Southern border are from Latin America. However, that doesn't mean that every Latin and/or Hispanic person will be stopped for identification. When "any" person, whether(white, brown, black, olive or red skin) is stopped for a traffic violation, a criminal investigation or any lawful investigation by law enforcement officers they should indeed be asked for identification and if that individual is in the United States illegally it is only proper to detain and deport them, period!

Many other countries clearly have a strict border policy against illegal entry by aliens and those countries strictly enforce their immigration policy so, why not the the United States?

Just this week the Supreme Court of the United States used and interpreted Federal law to rule in favor of the government when a person sued federal medical officials out of claims for harm by federal employees.

Writing for a unanimous court decision Justice Sonia Sotomayor said:
"We are required . . .to read the statute according to its text."

So, I submit that if the Supreme Court can say that they are"required to read the statute according to its text" then what is the problem with the courts when it comes to reading the text regarding the laws pertaining to illegal aliens? The Federal law specifically reads: [Every alien, eighteen years of age and over, shall at all times carry with him and have in his personal possession any certificate of alien registration or alien registration receipt card issued to him.]

This law has been in on the books and in effect since 1952 and my view is that the courts should do as Justice Sotomayor said and abide by the law "according to its text." And, that's my opinion. People, draw your own conclusions. You decide.
