WHAT CAUSES MY URINE TO SMELL?
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Answering a request for "smelly urine", I'm going to offer the following information. Hope it helps.
Your urine smells like ammonia? And it comes and goes every few days? More likely than not the ammonia smell is because you are dehydrated. Also medications and vitamin supplements may cause the smell. When the chemicals and body fluids interact and the waste in your body becomes very concentrated the color and smell of your urine can change. If you have a deep -yellow color urine, I would recommend that you begin drinking more water. You have to shoot for a very pale or near colorless urine flow. Vitamins and foods that contain B-6 (Salmon, Turkey) or garlic and asparagus can also cause your urine to smell with a strong odor. These foods contain a sulfur compound (methylmercaptan). And, don't overlook the possibility of stress and worry or changing medications or vitamin regimens which sometimes can cause smelly urine.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide .
