PRESIDENT TRUMP CAN BUILD THE WALL WITH MILITARY FUNDS. DON'T BELIEVE CONGRESS SWAMP  DWELLERS.

THE KUHNS REPORT

LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the world treating you?

Were vou as angry as I was when Trump signed that $1.3 trillion omnibus bill. There was no $25 to 28 billion for the wall that was a signature  item for president Trump. The Democrats and establishment Republicans in the swamp got what they wanted. They rolled the president over and over telling him the omnibus bill will give him everything he demanded but instead snookered him. The wall wasn't funded, planned parenthood got millions, and Trump's agenda was tossed under the bus so  the president would sustain damage to his policies, election promises, and his presidency.

Trump also said he was angry with the bill and stated he would not ever sign a bill like this again. That's  nice, but the damage is done. He signed the bill.

He came out a couple weeks later saying he would use some of the money allocated for the military to build the wall  on the southern border. But some of the establishment, Republicans and Democrats said he cannot do that unless it is permitted by an act of congress.  Here is where I say these establishment swamp monsters are wrong.  I submit it will not take an act of Congress. President Trump can use part of the military money for his wall. Let me explain. ARE YOU LISTENING, PRESIDENT TRUMP?

I submit that  this omnibus bill IS NOT a budget. If it were, yes,  Congress would have to give permission as to where Trump can spend the money. But again, the omnibus bill  is clearly not a budget. It is a spending bill. That's it. So, President Trump  can forget about any instructions and demands and wishful thinking by  the swamp monsters in Congress as to where to specifically spend the money.

I further submit that if president Trump declares that the building of the wall is a "national emergency" he indeed can spend funds on the project and anything else he wants to. Remember, there is already a precedent set here. In fact, the precedent was set by  former president Obama who ignored spending rules. So, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Right? So president I would suggest you disregard the Democrats priorities in this fiasco of a bill--and REDIRECT money to your own priorities.

There is a large cushion in the allocated funds for the military. And I further suggest that once the president declares the wall  between the United States and Mexico a "national emergency" for the security and protection of the United States he can, and should redirect about $25 billion of the military spending with an order to build the wall. And, folks believe it or not there will still be more that enough money in the omnibus bill to build up our military readiness. -- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.
