SUGGESTIONS FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP REGARDING THE DACA FIASCO. DON'T BUCKLE TO SCHUMER AND PELOSI.-STRICT RULES SHOULD BE DEMANDED.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
President Trump should be careful dealing with Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. They really do not like Trump and will continue to resist any plan the president has in mind. These two do not want to see the president succeed and will not allow him to pass any of his intended bills. Schumer and Pelosi are known for promising the Republicans certain things during a negotiation but after the Republicans give the two what they want, Pelosi and Schumer renege on their promises.
A good example is the recent deal the president made with these two Democrats over the DACA problem. After the deal between the parties the two Democrats said the deal did not fund the Wall which President Trump promised to his voters. Trump gave concessions to these two resisters and failed to receive anything in return. Talk about a bum deal--this is one.
I suggest that before president Trump and the Republicans cave in again to the Democrats and give away the store on DACA and the immigration solution, they should insist that the Democrats agree to fund the wall. Any deal with the Democrats regarding DACA should include a mandatory E-Verify system so as to discourage employers from hiring illegal aliens. And E-Verify should be enforced by stiff fines to any employer that hires illegal aliens. The DACA plan should also include a safe and secure entry-exit system so there will be be a way to track visitors to this country and prevent anyone from overstaying their visa. Finally the deal should include agreement that all state and local entities show full cooperation with the feds.
Folks, the GOP and its weak, spineless leaders have made crappy deal after crappy deal for decades. Most were all one-sided. And these one-sided deals gave the Republican party nothing in return.
The president should pull out on the stops on his deal making talents and refuse to give in to the naysayers. When he puts together the DACA deal with Congress I would like to suggest he include a super massive tax cut to juice the economy. The tax cuts must be very large for each and every income group in the country. Such a move would certainly stimulate the economy and produce millions of jobs for the middle-class. Also, no matter what Schumer and Pelosi said and did during their previous deal with the president he and Congress should "build the wall." Another area to include in any DACA would be to end anchor babies end the birthright that illegals have for citizenship.
Ending the birthright for illegal aliens would immediately stop another 800,000 to a million illegal alien children from becoming citizens like this current batch we are now dealing with. I believe that if we do not stop the birthright of illegal aliens we will never solve any DACA problem.
Any DACA agreement and/or law should also mandate that:
If any of the DACA applicants have indeed committed a crime while in the U.S.: DEPORTED, no question asked. If they fraudulently obtained a social security card, fraudulently collected welfare or benefits from city, county , state or the federal government: DEPORTED. If any applicant cast a vote in any election while here in the U.S.,that's fraud. Again, DEPORTED.
Further, any DACA agreement or law for these 800,000 to a million DACA people should include a stipulation and demand that they must sign and agree to not accept freebies from the government, which should include but not limited to such things as, going on the dole with welfare, collecting food stamps and/or any type of public assistance and/or support for a least seven years after the DACA program/law is passed. Another point should be a demand for these people to have language skills in English or, DEPORTED. Another requirement I would suggest for the DACA law is: Each and every one of these DACA individuals should have to serve in our U.S. military--what better way to show we, the American people, that they are serious about integrating into the American way? Maybe offer them a choice--the military or a program like the peace corp.
These DACA applicants and the Democrats say this particular group wants to integrate into America and the American way of life. They also insist they are here in America because they want t work. Well I say, knowing how to speak English and holding down a job, and not collecting free handouts from the government will have them prove their claims. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

I REFUSE TO PAY TO SEE AN NFL GAME. I WOULD'T GO IF THEY EVEN OFFERED TO PAY ME.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
JD from Cleveland, Ohio asked me for my opinion on the NFL controversy. So here it is.
First, I believe very strongly that all Americans have a right to offer their opinions and political and personal convictions. However, we are the "United States." the key word being "UNITED." And being united should mean believing in God, flag, and country. All of us Amnerican's learned from childhood to Pledge Allegiance to our wonderful country by placing our hand over our heart and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and stand for the National Anthem. We were all taught to be a PROUD AMERICAN and be PROUD of our country.
I believe the NFL players have disrespected our flag, country, and American values, by taking a knee when the national anthem is played--save one player who stood in "respect" to our flag, "The Star-Spangled Banner," and country, Kudos and my appreciation to Pittsburgh Steelers offensive, Alejandro Villanueva. What I don't appreciate is that the coach basically asked Villanueva to make a choice by using "tribe" mentality, telling him to choose between his teammates or being shunned by his team. Afterword's it appears Villanueva had second thoughts and took a step back from his brave stance and suggested he should have stuck with his teammates. What? This brave military veteran should not have to be ashamed of respecting the flag and country. I think he should hold to his beliefs and if his weak minded fellow players and coach resent him going out and honoring America--that's tough. I say let these losers who decided not to stand with him lose their respect and reputation in the sports world.
Villanueva completed several tours in Afghanistan, fighting and protecting our rights, privileges and freedoms we have in America. This man chose to "serve" our country. He did his patriotic duty for love of flag and country, and served in the military, like many of us did.
This Steeler knew what he fought for and what the Star-Spangled Banner" and flag means to this country.
What is the matter with these clowns who are wearing a costume(which they refer a uniform), and who are playing a kids game, while raking in millions and millions of dollars each "because they are in America?" If they really wanted to be a contributor to the American way why didn't most of these week-kneed jokers wear a "REAL UNIFORM", like Villanueva, and serve in the military. I believe that if these idiots had a taste of serving in our military they would know the value of flag and country.
I would bet that a person could count on one hand, the number of these NFL players that have actually served in our military service. For those few players that did serve I have enormous respect and appreciation for them, HOORAY!. For those loser NFL players, who probably could not cut it in the military- I hold no respect at all.
The tribal thinking the NFL players have is apparently to stick together as a majority and snivel and complain. My question would be--complain about what? These feeling offended cry baby's let other men and women in uniform allow them to become some of the richest and most looked up to figures in the history of the world-- and what do they do? They refuse to offer the slightest honor for a few minutes to the country and the flag which allowed them to become who they are today. I see it as these NFL players giving the finger to all of the sports fans in America--the ordinary people who gave them their wealth.
Disrespecting (dissing) all of the fans and the American people who cannot even imagine the wealth these men amass is bluntly, showing how ungrateful and disrespectful they are to the millions of Americans who actually pay their salaries.
Groups like the NFL with such tribal think often say, "You're "dissing me." They say they do not like to be disrespected. Are you kidding me? Groups like this, with their group think, who say they do not get respect clearly show total "disrespect" for our flag, national anthem, and country. Hey NFL players, you cannot to get respect unless you actually know how to give respect. And to top it off some of these same NFL players went to Britain to play a game--when the national anthem of Britain played "God Save the Queen," the players stood and showed respect, but when the "Star-Spangled Banner" was played, they showed total disrespect for America and took a knee. That says a lot folks. I believe these money-grubbing NFL players need a lesson in Civics and become informed about how the "Star-Spangled Banner," and respect for the flag and country came about,
This NFL movement started with Colin Kaepernick taking a knee, a player who wore socks on the playing field showing cops, dressed as pigs. Where is his respect for people that wear a REAL UNIFORM? And, this over-the-hill athlete dares to say people "diss" him. This loser then said that there is a lot of social injustice in America and that is why he and his fellow athletes take a knee.
True, there is social injustice in America. There always has been and always will be. However there are times and places to express your views and it certainly is not on a playing field, in or out of our country, where fans had come to enjoy a sports game. I suggest that if these overpaid losers want to express their views, feeling and emotions --do it on their own time, "off the field." These wealthy game players can rent a hall and voice their views about social injustice all night long to those who are interested in attending; they can march and peacefully protest in the streets of America; get involved in politics and run for office; better yet, take some of the millions and millions of dollars they possess and throw it into the various groups who agree and push their same social justice agenda.
I suggest there are numerous ways to have your voice heard--that's America. Free speech is a wonderful thing. But to mix politics with sports in front of millions of fans both at the stadium and at home who only wanted to see a "GAME." is not the forum.
And finally, talking about how disrespectful the NFL players are: One player was invited to the White House to be honored for his accomplishments in the sports arena. But the player refused the invitation. Then, when the White House revoked the invitation, he and the NFL yelled and screamed bloody murder. This moron chose to disrespect the office of the president. So he and the NFL should not be surprised when the invitation was revoked. I suggest that when anyone in America is invited to the White House, they should accept the invitation. The outright hate for our president by certain groups is an outrage. -- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. Yo decide.

BEFORE DREAMERS GET A FREE PASS THERE HAS TO BE A GUARANTEED STRICT POLICY TO PREVENT A FUTURE DREAMER INVASION.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
There are currently 800,000 illegal aliens who are currently considered "DREAMERS, under the DACA program, which was initiated by former president Obama. However there are a reported 200,000 more "Dreamers" in the pipeline, awaiting clearance. Wow! One million people who want to stay in America. Many of the dreamers are now in their 20's and 30's. But there is a number of misconceptions about these dreamers. Here are just a few which the liberal open border crowd want to push on the public to to make their case for dreamer amnesty.
1. 90 percent and more of the dreamers are employed. That's a farce. The figure was plucked out of the air. There has never been any concrete data or documentation assembled to support this frivolous claim.
2. The dreamers have been paying billions of dollars in taxes. Wrong, wrong, wrong , folks. Since the dreamers were brought here at the young age of 5,6, 7,8, as claimed, and now are in their 20's and 30's, the massive amount claimed to paid in taxes could not be mathematically possible.
3. A majority of the dreamers are currently serving in the United States military. That is a big, big whopper. It is estimated that there are only (800) dreamers currently serving in our military service. Again, do the math folks,. That probably comes out to far lest than 0.1 percent of the dreamers.
It appears the supporters of the dreamers want you to believe there are tons of these dreamers serving in our military--talk about fuzzy math. The dreamer crowd has no qualms about misleading and using misinformation.
4. The dreamers were brought to America by their illegal parents. That is partly true. Many were. But according to Obama's rules-- you just have to have entered the USA illegally before the age of 16-years-old. Thus, many minors came into the country on their own. Remember the large influx of minor children who came here on their own in the recent past?
5. As to the dreamers being in college, the military, and being high school graduates is a bug misnomer. All Obama required was that the person "be enrolled" in high school, even in an alternative program like an on-line study course.
6. For the most part, the dreamers who are working only hold down minimum wage jobs. It's a big lie to say most dreamers are in college and holding down well paying jobs. Fact is, many dropped out of school. It is fiction to say the dreamers are scientists, military personnel, police officers, and firefighters, who are a group wrapped in the American flag and patriotic , Many of the dreamers still refuse to speak English and assimilate into American society.
I still hold the opinion we should not allow an amnesty program for these dreamers. Once the lawmakers allow them to stay in the country every other minor child from around the world will know that all they have to do is illegally sneak into America and they too, will be a citizen. Then, where will it stop? That's wrong.
President Reagan gave amnesty to about three million illegal aliens in 1986. The lawmakers at the time promised the American people that the amnesty program was a one time thing. The president and Congress said the borders would be secure, preventing any further illegal aliens from entering the country. We all know how that promise turned out, don't we?Now we have approximately between 12 and 20 million illegals residing here.
We also have to halt this "chain" migration. Why can new citizens bring in their siblings, and adult children, who can bring in their children, their grandparents, and even their in-laws? If we allow these dreamers the privilege to become citizens and they in turn bring in all of their relatives we will have millions and millions more of additional migrants. And based on past experience these new arrivals will in all likelihood be low-skilled individuals.
I would suggest to president Trump and the administration that before any idea and/or form of amnesty for the DACA immigrants is even considered, some major changes in the way the immigration system now works should be put into place.
(A) I would suggest the administration and Congress make it mandatory that the E-verify system be put into place, which would allow "all" employers in the country to check and verify the legal status of all new employees.
(B) Cease and halt any policy that currently allows distant relative to be brought into the country. Eliminate all chain migration.
(C) Do away with the "anchor baby" program. Automatic citizenship for newborns by an immigrant is not appropriate. The newborn should be a citizen of the parents "country of origin."
Allowing the dreamers into the United states is an act of amnesty. It clearly is not a move at preventing future large, unruly waves of illegal immigrants. -- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

INFORMATION ON AN EPILEPSY PROBLEM.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Reply to GS:
Some of the information you offered about your condition said that your hand shook uncontrollably for at least three hours. You say your hand had been giving you problems for years and continually shakes when you read a book, newspaper and write, or hold something like a coffee cup. You also mention you have a history of two different types of epilepsy. Based on the information you provided, here is my opinion, without making any medical claims or offering you medical advice.
GS, Since you suffer from epilepsy you are already familiar with seizures. Seizures can be described as generalized, meaning that it affects both sides of one's brain. However a focal manifestation will only affect one side of the brain. But remember, people with epilepsy can also experience generalized and focal seizures.
Generalized seizures display motor problems, which are the tonic-clonic type seizure (what some refer to as "grand mal" (or) non-motor problems---absent a seizure (what some refer to as' petit mal).
Seizures often effect one's consciousness. From your description I would suspect a "focal" type seizure, since what you describe does not affect your consciousness. This type also is referenced as "epilepsia partialis continua." This usually occurs in those people who have a history of epilepsy. It generally comes to the forefront if and when the person is experiencing stressful situations.
Thank you for your inquiry.-- That's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

THE SWAMP RATS IN THE WASHINGTON SWAMP SHOULD TAKE A PAGE FROM TEXAS.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Hurricane Harvey really brings out the best in Americanism. I was truly impressed with all of the first responders actions and behaviors in Houston this past week. As the many videos and film reports flashed across my television set,day and night, I have to tip my hat to all of the members of our military, the National Guard and the Coast Guard.
These unselfish men and women made rescue after rescue of thousands of men, women and children. And lets not forget all of the pets and animals they retrieved from danger. Talk about heroes--the first responders went above and beyond even when some of the saviors had their own homes and property flooded out. Remarkable! Texas and the people that responded to the call is one of bravery, and hope.
Imagine the long hours, and the treacherous conditions they worked under. That's grit and determination. Houston and many other cities and towns in Texas was turned into one big swamp and these dedicated men and women were literally working in a swamp full of danger--snakes, crocs, tainted water, filthy conditions, etc.,but they forged ahead.
This swamp is so different than the mucked up swamp in Washington, where the swamp rats on both sides of the aisle (Democrats and Republicans) are partisan and who fight and bicker among themselves, who refuse to work as a team for America. The Washington swamp rats cannot make decisions to better the country. They cannot or will not come together.
Contrast that swamp with the one our heroic Texans and citizens from other parts of the country were waist deep in. I would like you readers to take note that all of these first responders, the Cajun navy, who came to Texas with their flat boats, the men and women that came to Texas with their monster trucks to roll through the flood waters, saving lives---they all worked in conjunction with the National Guard, the military and law enforcement officers. One big team.
Folks, when these people extended their hand, their arm, or slid down a rope from a helicopter to reach out for someone, they did not care if the person was Black, White, Brown,Asian or American Indian. All of these wonderful people that came to the aid of others in the state of Texas reached out to help. They didn't ask anyone before grabbing them up and pulling the person into a boat if they were a Republican or Democrat, or if the person was a Christian, Jew or Muslim, or what language they spoke.
The Texans themselves are bigger than life and that goes for the Governor on down. Even before other rescue people traveled to Texas, the Texans themselves were performing heroic acts toward one another. Most of those Texans who were exposing themselves to dangers were putting their lives at risk to save other people that were made from a kaleidoscope of many colors, from all races, religions, and sexes. It looked to me as though these tough, rough, determined Texans were the hard working middle-class individuals that are generally forgotten by the lawmakers in Washington. Yet, without hesitation, they worked as a team giving and sharing of what they had with strangers. The swamp rats in Washington should take a page out of the playbook of these outstanding men and women that came together in Texas this past week. -And, that's my opinion.Make your own decisions. You decide.

PRESIDENT TRUMP SHOULD NIX PLAN TO SELL AMERICAN TECH COMPANY TO CHINESE GOVERNMENT.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
President Trump should not allow Oregon's largest tech company, Lattice Semiconductor Corporation to sell to CHINA. The company wants to sell its firm to China for $1.3 BILLION dollars.
Generally the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States has a say in such matters.
The purchasers, China-backed Canyon Bridge Capital is funded in a large part by the Chinese Central government.
Lattice Semiconductors Corp., and representatives for the China buyers have been trying to convince the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States to okay the deal for the past eight or nine months. However there are National Security officials that have objections to the sale and it is believed that the Committee of Foreign Investment of the United States have indicated that they believe the sale would be a threat to national security. I agree with that assessment- -and, rightly so. I say prohibit the deal. Why? Because in reality, I do not believe China is a friend to the United States.
China spends billions of dollars buying up companies in the U.S. that are in the areas of high tech, defense, intelligence, etc., and then they use the U.S. know-how, intellect and systems to enhance their government military programs.
I suggest that there is a method to China's madness. It is easier for them to buy the companies in the U.S. and covert the tech information to their use instead of using spies and Chinese Nationals to gather the information covertly.
I further suggest the U.S. should cease selling good American know-how to China. I predict that if the U.S. allows American companies to continue to sell and provide sensitive information and technology to China, it will be turned against us in future.
President Trump has approximately fifteen (15) days to review the deal and make a decision. I would hope and suggest that president Trump nixes the deal and forbids the Oregon tech company from being sold to China. This is America and we should not allow tech companies to provide American ingenuity, equipment, information, data, etc., to a foreign power. It doesn't take a third-grader to know that such moves present a direct threat to America's national security. What the devil is the matter with these people's thinking? - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions, You decide.
