THE GOVERNMENT IS CLOSING A BLIND EYE TO KILLER VIRUS MERS
THE KUHNS REPORT
Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Here we go again folks. The United States government is playing Russian Roulette with American lives. I am talking about the MERS virus,(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome). The virus originated in Saudi Arabia. This virus has spread very rapidly, mostly through travelers to seven countries. The virus infected nearly 600 people and killed 171 of those people.
According to the CDC there have been two confirmed cases in the United States in recent days. What does the CDC do with the infected people? They release them and let them go home. This killer virus has no cure and the doctors allow the infected people to go home. There is no drug therapy to stop the killer virus. All the health care people do is help relieve the symptoms. Those symptoms are fever, cough, and shortness of breath.
Hospitals and clinics are being issued technical bulletins - - BIG DEAL. That doesn't help much. For those that are infected with the virus 30 to 35 percent die. Infectious control doctors and specialists in the field do not know to any medical certainty how serious MERS is and how to prevent the spread of the virus.
What the health community does agree on is that the virus was found in camels and bats and it spreads through person-to-person contact, most often through relatives and health care workers.
The CDC had alerted airlines to be on the lookout for passengers exhibiting the MERS symptoms but my concern is that our nammby-pammby government officials will let this virus get out of control and it will spread and infect hundreds if not thousands of individuals.
People, it's nothing new to have the government pull the wool over Americans eyes and lie to them about the seriousness of any incident. The government has a tendency to play down serious attacks of anything that may put Americans at risk.
Instead of taking full control of the two cases that popped up in the United States the doctors and government officials allowed the infected people to GET THIS - -go home. They told the infected individuals to stay and home and do not leave the house. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Does any reasonable person really believe that the two infected people would stay house bound? For how long? They will rationalize and make excuses why the should go outside the house, EVEN for a short run to a store or visit with others. Folks, there was no monitoring of these infected people to verify if they indeed would stay inside their house .
My thought: The doctors and government officials should have not only checked all the people these two infected people were in contact with but should have isolated and quarantined the two for a substantial amount of time until the doctors and government were assured that the virus was completely eradicated from the individuals.
It's easy for any infected person (no matter what virus, disease, etc.) may have to say to themselves: "I'll only been gone a few minutes." "I'll be back before you know it." They basically say anything to continue their lives as they knew it before contracting a deadly or infectious disease. However, that type of rationale and decision making can cause many other people to come down with the disease. As a good example, lets look at the millions of people who refuse to stay home from work when they have the flu or a serious cold. They rationalize and decide that it's okay to infect many other people. Now, just imagine if that person had a deadly disease or virus - -WOW!
I believe at the present time we have two people infected with the killer virus,I predict in a short while we will see four, then eight, and so, on.
You can bet that once the virus spreads and gets out of hand the doctors, infection control specialists and government officials will tell Americans what they SHOULD have done in the beginning to control the situation. It's not unusual for the government to come up with excuses AFTER THE FACT trying to explain what they missed and should have done better.
I would suspect that since the government does not want to rock any boats or offend other countries they will not take sufficient steps in order to check and/or forbid people coming into the USA from Saudi Arabia, the Emirates and other Middle East countries. Politics at play? Probably.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

STOP ANY FUTURE UNEMPLOYMENT EXTENSIONS. PEOPLE WORK WITHOUT THEM
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
It looks as though I was right when I predicted that if the unemployed people were not given any further extensions of federal unemployment the person would go out and get a job. Folks, I'm happy to report that the governments own figures states that millions of people that were unemployed got a job in the past 60 days. The do-gooders and enablers will come up with all kinds of excuses to rationalize the increase in employment but I maintain that it is because they ran out of unemployment benefits and HAD to get a job to survive and put food on the table.
I'm glad that many in Washington kept delaying any extension to the unemployment benefits. In fact, they should stop even considering extending any further federal unemployment benefits.Giving millions of dollars retroactive unemployment benefits to people is unwarranted. Those unemployed have clearly got along without those benefits and millions actually went out and got a job. They are employed. So, stop this boondoggle of "lets extend federal unemployment benefits." The program should be history.
I think my prediction that said if people who didn't receive federal unemployment extension benefits would go out and seek employment panned out. All government figures prove my prediction. I'm happy about that. - - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

A PSYCHOPATHS TENDENCIES
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
This reply goes out to Pamela, from Austin TX who asked me to describe a psychopaths actions.
Thanks for the question Pamela. First, let me say there are many things that affect and contribute to a psychopath but I will give you a thumbnail sketch of a psychopathic individual.
Pamela, the psychopath can be described as anti-social. This person does not have the same brain structure as everyone else. The psychopaths decision making process is neurologically entangled and it is not just a psychological occurrence. The person tends to show violent behavior towards others. They also have no real personal bond with anyone. The psychopath can come across as cool, calm and collected. They are a user and abuser of other people. They are a person who lies constantly. A person who can lie without conviction. A person who can lie with a straight face while looking another person in the eye. You can't believe what he or she says. They also can project as a kind, sweet, pretending person. A psychopath is also a "puppet master" of others. The object of the psychopath is that he or she gets what she wants, at any cost. And finally, a psychopath can kill another person without a care in the world.
Pamela, that basically sums up in a nut shell what to look for in a psychopath. I hope the information helps you out. -- And, that is my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

CURRENT LAWMAKERS ARE RUINING THE ECONOMY and MIDDLE CLASS
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
This current economy is taking down the middle class and the poor, without a doubt. The rich keep getting rich and the middle class and poor struggle to survive.
Millions and millions of Americans go to bed at night worrying where their next meal will come from. Most Americans live on a fixed budget each and every week and if $10, $15, or $20.00 more is spent on the same food items for the same amount of food there is a clear breaking point for those families.
Pork, beef, chicken prices keep climbing. Lets not forget the veggies and fruits. They are over the top.
Even as food and gasoline prices rise across the country it appears Obama, the White House and congress are exempt from these price increases. It's not only that most lawmakers in Washington are millionaires and multi-millionaires who doesn't give a damn about the cost of food, they flaunt it in the face of us everyday citizens. For example, President Obama was observed recently leaving a $400- a-person sushi bar in Japan. His attitude, "I got mine", "who cares." He got his and the hell with the little people. He and Washington lawmakers have no real clue as to the suffering of the American people in this war torn economy. It's a "let them eat cake" policy by Washington.
Folks, there are many families here in America that are eating dry cereals for breakfast and dinner because they cannot afford the high costs of food. USA Today found that eggs are up 5.7 percent; sausage up 8.7 percent; potatoes up 6.9 percent; and citrus fruit, especially oranges up 12.2 percent. And, that's just a sampling. Other foods are out of the reach of many Americans.
The sad part of this mess is that once prices go up they never seem to come down. The food distributors, farmers, producers, etc. hate to give up the higher prices even thought the food prices could be leveled off. Once they have that taste of the higher prices they don't want to return to the lower prices. It's greed people - -pure and simple. These producers, farmers, distributors never want the prices to return to any "historical norms" whatsoever.
Lets look at what's happening in the grocery stores. Sausage rings that used to be 16 ounces are now cut to 14, 13 and even 11 ounces; cans of soup are cut to 9 and 10 ounces. The same goes for coffee and thousands of other grocery items. The size of the items are cut and reduced but the prices continue to increase. People, we are getting less and less product and paying more and more money for it. We Americans shouldn't have to live like that.
I suggest that the American voter let these mentally-challenged, uncaring politicians know that enough is enough. The past few administrations have taken their eye off of what is needed in America. Rather than look out for us Americans they have kept us in a war for over a decade squandering our tax monies by giving it away to other nations like there was no tomorrow. What ever happened to "AMERICA FIRST?"
I say that if the lawmakers in Congress and this administration cannot get their act together and refuse to have the cost of food, gasoline and other essentials brought back down to norms of the recent past. My suggestion - - kick the idiots out of office. Whether the lawmaker is currently Democrat, Republican or Independent, get them out of office.
I believe the country needs a change, a drastic change. Ir is clear that over the past 10 years the country has been going downhill like a speeding train off the tracks. Vote these current individuals out of office. Give a new crop of politicians a chance to change things. Believe me when I say the new group in office couldn't do any worse than these current bunch of misfits. Give someone else a shot and if they can't deliver, dump them also. I say we can't keep putting these same millionaire clowns back in the same office and expect to have them change their thinking or ways. It will never happen. - - And, that's my opinion. CONGRESS- DON'T SEND A BILLION DOLLARS TO UKRAINE
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Congress approves Ukraine aid. Wow! They intend to give ONE BILLION DOLLARS to a bunch of corrupt politicians and people around the world. How and why our lawmakers decide to throw our tax money away boggles ones mind. Both Democrats and Republicans in Congress should have denied any aid to the Ukraine. Their problems is none of our business. What is happening there is the business of Ukraine and Russia. I clearly oppose any foreign intervention. It is not our job to come to the rescue of every foreign country that starts an internal conflict . This story happens over and over again. A country starts internal conflicts involving different factions and then decide to cry and sob to America for assistance. They want us, the USA to pull their fat out of the fire by giving them military support, billions of dollars in aid and rebuild their country for them and like a bunch of dumb bunnies our mentally challenged lawmakers choose up sides and send our tax dollars to those countries. Many in congress have their own agenda when they take these actions of interfering in conflicts of other countries.
Take Syria as a good example. That is not our problem. It was a civil war among Syria's population. Obama said he would not get involved in the Syrian conflict but yet, "another lie" by him. He and some of his colleagues on the hill chose sides and like previous situations decided to stick their nose in another country's business and internal strife. It has been reported that Obama is now going to send military weapons systems to the rebels who are fighting the Syrian government. What a hypocrite. Could you imagine if we here in the United States had an internal conflict happening, maybe a civil war, etc., - - and another country started to back the rebels or those people that took up arms against the government by supplying weapons, military support and money? You know Obama and lawmakers would tell the world to stay out of our internal situations while our government would use military might to put down an uprising here on our soil. So, why should the United States continue to interfere with other countries internal struggles and chose sides and support certain factions.
I predict that if the United States continues down this road of interfering with other countries internal problems our nation as we know it is doomed for failure - -economically and socially. We will be looked upon as the tyrant of the world. A country who is trying to force our way of life and beliefs on the rest of the planet.
Back to the main point of giving billions of dollars to the Ukraine. We don't even know where this money will go. Our lawmakers are so concerned about their fifteen minutes in the lime light they haven't even given thought as to how the billion dollars will be spent . They did the same thing in Afghanistan - -throwing billions and billions of dollars in CASH to corrupt politicians, heads of government and warlords. And what happened? Besides losing all of those billions of dollars to corrupt people our administration admitted that they actually lost track of additional millions of dollars that could not be accounted for. They didn't know where it went. My question to our Congress: How do you lose track of millions and millions of dollars? Folks, mark my words. The same thing will happen in the Ukraine deal. You would think our dummy lawmakers would learn by their mistakes but apparently they do not. They keep repeating the same stupid behavior over and over again expecting a different result.
This Ukraine payoff is a move by the United States only to save face because Russia's Putin poked a stick in the eye of the good ol' USA. Now our lawmakers are saying a billion dollars to the Ukraine will get them back on their feet but in reality people it will do nothing worthwhile for the Ukraine people. The money will be lost to corruption, maybe even pay offs to Russia.
After the billion dollars, what next? Are we supposed to support the Ukraine into perpetuity? Don't you think we are paying too many other countries to be loyal to the USA. We do nothing but try to buy other countries loyalty and allegiance by throwing billions of dollars into their coffers and rebuilding their country to the detriment of our own country. If the truth be known these countries willingly take our money and support but consider the USA as the ugly American. My suggestion: Do not send a billion dollars to Ukraine. Use that billion dollars here at home. AMERICA FIRST.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decision. You decide.

UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS SHOULD NOT BE EXTENDED.THIS TEMPORARY PROGRAM SHOULD BE CANCELED.
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS- Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Here we go again with restoring unemployment benefits. As I have stated in previous blogs, the Congress should not restore these benefits. The 13 weeks of benefits plus an additional 13 weeks as provided by the states is more than sufficient for the unemployed person. Six months to find a job is more than plenty. If the person can't find a job in 6 months there is something wrong. Either that person doesn't want a job or the person set their sites on living off the system.
Folks, it is fact that when a person is unemployed for over six months they begin to not look for work. I say there is no reason to support a group of people for years on end by giving them a benefit check. These people learn to live within that amount of free monies and refuse to take meaningful employment. In my research dealing with the unemployed, especially those collecting long term benefits, many of those people told me that they have given up looking for work. Others told me they could manage their life just fine on the benefits from the unemployment checks. Still other have said they go through the motions of looking for a job by filling out applications only for the sole purpose of receiving their unemployment checks.
People, the federal unemployment benefits program was only supposed to be temporary but now years later we, the taxpayers, are subsidizing these unemployed people while they continue to collect years of benefits. That's WRONG. And, the Washington lawmakers continue to allow this faulty, inappropriate program to go forward. The cost to pay these benefits for only 3 months runs in excess of $25 million dollars. That money could be going to our poverty children, our ruined roads, bridges, faulty electrical grids that affect most every city in the United States. Hell just in New York City alone the sewer pipes and plumbing beneath the city was built n the 1800's. The recent gas explosion in New York City that took out a number of apartment building causing injury, death and destruction should attest to that fact. Yet, Congress insists on supporting a special class of people. Go figure.
Congress says they are near an agreement to pay out these millions and allow these long term unemployed to again collect for THREE (3) to SIX (6) months, depending on who is speaking and what side of the political aisle that Congress person is on.
I am totally against this federal fiasco. I believe it should have been shut down years ago. What is it with the Feds? Once they say they are putting a program in place that is TEMPORARY that program gets a life of it's own and goes on forever with the blessing of our idiot lawmakers.
I would suggest that if Congress in their mentally deficient wisdom decides to pass this extended unemployment program they DO NOT make it retroactive which they have been saying they intend to do. I say if the program is extended the renewed benefits begin he day it passes. I do not think these long term unemployed people should be receiving a lump sum in months of retroactive payments. That act is like throwing gasoline on the fire. That will give these chronic unemployed still another reason not to look for work. Their attitude will be "I have a wad of money in my pocket" and still can collect more for months, if not years.
I only hope that Congress wakes up and faces reality and does not renew this unemployment extension. Better yet, CANCEL and REPEAL this boondoggle. Again, 26 weeks of state unemployment benefits are sufficient for anyone. The unemployed will clearly know that they will have to find some type of gainful employment or look to relatives and family to support them. Good luck with that after a couple of weeks living off relatives and family.- And, that's my opinion. Make your own decision. You decide.

NO MORE FEDERAL UNEMPLOYMENT EXTENSIONS-IT'S A SCAM
THE KUHNS REPORT
LAS VEGAS - Hello America, and how is the world treating you?
Harry Reid is still trying to pass an unemployment extension. The multi-BILLION dollar cost of the program is one that we taxpayers cannot afford.
As mentioned in some of my previous blogs there are people out there that have been collecting unemployment for over two years. It appears many of these unemployed people do not want to work. If a person can't find a job within the state's 13 week unemployment benefits payment and the additional 13 week extension there is something going on with that job seeker.
Folks, Senator Harry Reid and his buddies want to make the unemployment payments retroactive to December. What is that? If an unemployment benefits package is passed it should not include months of retroactive benefits. That is wasted monies. It appears the unemployed has been surviving all these months and they clearly do not need a whooping check of retroactive benefits.
If Senator Reid gets his way this unemployment package will ding us working taxpayers approximately $13 BILLION dollars for a six (6) month extension of benefits.
Oh, and get this: Reid and his supporters want to allow people who are currently collecting Social Security disability benefits to also collect unemployment benefits. WOW! I submit that if a person is disabled and already collecting Social Security disability benefits- -how can they collect unemployment benefits if they are in fact, UNABLE TO WORK?
I would suggest:
* All applicants be interviewed on a regular basis and determine as to why they can't find work.
* Determine if the applicant needs job training.
*If a person refuses any offer to take a job of any type of suitable work, they should be denied unemployment benefits.
* If he/she refuses to apply for any suitable work as referred by a state employment agency they should be refused unemployment benefits.
* No applicant that is already collecting Social Security disability benefits should be allowed to collect unemployment benefits. The rule should be: "Either/Or."
Folks, ever since this federal unemployment extension ( A TEMPORARY PROGRAM) was started years ago we taxpayers have been supporting a whole new sub-class of people. They collect unemployment benefits for years and learn to live within the income stream from those benefits and are more than happy to go through life living on the unemployment income. In fact, it has been proven that many of these unemployed persons have actually given up looking for a job. They are happy with the government hand out and expect it.
Another fact, when the unemployment benefits were not renewed thousands of the unemployed people cried the blues saying they had no time to prepare for the cut off. Really? Every one of the unemployed people knew exactly when their unemployment checks would terminate. However they expect the government to continue the payments into eternity as a regular paycheck.
It is a sad state of affairs when a group of people expect the government to continue to support them for years and years, if not indefinitely . Right now we have millions of people on the unemployment roles and many of these same people are collecting food stamps and welfare.
It is obvious that one person sees their neighbor gaming the system receiving benefits and decides they want that too. So they go on the same dole.
I urge the reader to look at some of the people collecting unemployment ,welfare benefits and food stamps. They show up wearing the latest name brand sneakers, Levi's, and clothes available out there. They drive up to the offices in Buick's, Cadillac's and expensive SUV's. I saw some driving a Mercedes Benz. And lets not forget to look at the cell phone these unemployed, welfare, food stamp people have glued to their ear while waiting to receive their check. Many of these gaming the system have all those goodies and at home they enjoy the best cable (ALL THE PREMIUM CHANNELS) and high speed Internet connections available. It's all on us working stiffs, taxpayers dime.
Bottom line: I object to any extensions of the federal unemployment program. Enough is enough. I think the unemployed person should be able to collect unemployment for the 13 weeks, with an extension of an additional 13 weeks from their state BUT after that nothing. PERIOD. If they know that they will run out of benefits after 26 weeks (6 months) they will go out and find a job. They will know they will have to have a job in six months. That's more than fair.
In closing that 13 BILLION DOLLARS for another 6 month unemployment extension could go a long way fixing our roads bridges, our electrical grids and infrastructure across the country. - And, that's my opinion. Make your own decisions. You decide.

You decide.
